A wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces

This wrap is so simple and delicious to make. I decide to put some soya sauce chicken and cabbage with chicken pieces. At the bottom I have the recipe how to make the soya sauce chicken and the cabbage with
chicken pieces, if you decided to put these in your wraps. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put what ever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap make sure it is wrap tight without anything falling apart. Kids and adults would love these wraps. Kids can also have fun creating there own wraps, with a help of a adult wrapping it for them. You can have these wraps for lunch, dinner or at work. If you have some left over food for the wraps, you can put it in the fridge and have them the next day. Wraps are the easiest food to make, when you know what you want to put in the wraps. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!!

Direction Cleaning Chicken legs:
1. Put on a pair of dish washer gloves
2. Take the chicken out of the package
3. wash the chicken.
4. Take a scissors and cut out some of the fatty skins from the chicken
mostly from the butt part.
5. Take out all the dirty stuff in chicken.
6. Rinse the chicken inside until it is clean.
7. When you see if it is still dirty clean it some more.
8. Put some some salt all around the chicken.
9. rub it all around, so it would not stink.
10. Rinse the chicken again.
11. put the chicken in a plastic bowl to let the water out.

Ingredients
Dark soya sauce
light soya sauce
some water
3-4 pieces of cloves
Garlic powder
pinch of salt
sugar

Cooking soya sauce:
1. Take out a slow cooker or a pot. Place the slow cooker on the table or a pot on the
stove.
2. Pour in dark soya sauce into a slow cooker or a pot. The amount you need to use
for dark soya sauce.
3. Take a clean bowl and put 3-4 pieces of cloves. Put some water over the cloves.
4. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
5. Take it out of the microwave and put it in the slower cooker or pot.
6. In the slower cooker or pot, add in garlic powder, sugar, salt and light soya suace.
7. Turn on the heat on high. Cook the soya sauce for 10 minutes or until it is boiling.
8. When it is boiling, turn off the heat and taste the soya sauce. If you feel it is ready, that mean
the soya sauce is ready to use.

Cooking the chicken legs:
1. Put in 2-3 pieces of chicken legs in the slower cooker or pot.
2. turn on the heat and cook the chicken legs for 30-45 minutes.
3. When it is ready, take it out. use a scissors and cut in the middle and check
if it is all well cook. If you feel there are still some redness, cook it a few more minute, to
be sure it is all well done.
4. Once it is done you can eat it now.

Purple cabbage with bacon:

preparation:
1. Take the cabbage out of the fridge. peel the cabbage and wash the cabbage 2 times.
2. Take a cutting board and knife and cut the cabbage into think pieces
3. In the fridge take out 2-3 pieces of bacon and cut into pieces
4. cut up some garlic into pieces.

Cooking Direction:
1. Take a pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil on the pan.
4. When the pan is hot, add in some garlic and stir until it is ready.
3. Put the cabbage in the pan and stir for a few minutes
4. Add some salt, soya sauce, garlic powder,and a bit of flour.
5. Stir to combine for a few minutes.
6. Add in the bacon and continue string until the cabbage is tender,
by tasting the cabbage. Once it is tender that mean it is ready.
7. Scoop it up on to a plate and set it aside.

Making a wrap:
1. Take the package of tortilla wraps. Open the package.
2. Take out 2 pieces of tortilla wraps.
3. Place the wraps in the oven. Turn on the heat at 350F (150 degrees)
for 2-3 minutes.
(note: keep an eye on the tortilla wraps, so it will not get burn.)
4. When the tortilla wraps are ready, take it out of the oven and place it on
a plate.
5. Take a scissors and cut a couple pieces of soya sauce chickens and place it on the tortilla.
6. Scoop up a few cabbage with chicken and spread it around.
7. roll the wrap and make sure it is close tight with nothing falling apart.
8. repeat the same step for the other wrap
9. Once it is all finish. Place it on the plate and cut in an angle into 2 pieces.
10. Now you have a wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces.

Spaghetti noodles with seaweed and an egg with top green onions

This is an easiest recipe to make and not to hard. It does not contain a lot of work. All you need to do is boil the spaghetti noodles. cook it and stir until the noodles are tender. Rinse it in the strainer for 2-3 min with cold water. Put some cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.
Spaghetti noodles is a food that everyone loves to eat. I decided to make a bowl of noodles and put different varieties of my choice on the noodles.When I crack the egg, it did not come out perfectly. It came out half white and yellow after cooking in the microwave. Making an egg in the depend on the microwave of your wattage and the timing can be different.I also put some seaweeds and top some green onions. If you like you can add some boiling water in the noddles or just eat it like that with some soya sauce for the taste. What ever of your choice.
Kids and adult would love this bowl of noodles. You can have this for lunch and dinner. If you do not finish the spaghetti noodles that you have made on that day, you can leave it in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze it. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freeze and defrost it. This is a bowl of Spaghetti noodles with seaweed and an egg with top green onions is very delicious. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Noodles
Direction:

  1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the quantity
    spaghetti noodles that you would need.
  2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
  3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
  4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
  5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
  6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
    7-10 min.
  7. once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
  8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
  9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
    see if it is tender.
  10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
  11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
    pour the pasta in the strainer.
  12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
  13. take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
    put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.


    Making the bowl of Spaghetti noddles

    1. Boil the water in a kettle.
    2. In the a cupboard take out a bowl.
    3. Put as much spaghetti noddles you will eat in the bowl and set it aside.
    4. Take an egg out of the fridge. Crack the egg in the bowl.
    5. Put it in the microwave and cover with a lid. Press power then the time
    it takes to heat up the egg. When the time is done and you feel the egg is not ready
    heat it up a little bit more to be well done.
    (Note: when heating up egg, keep an eye on the microwave because egg will burst and
    goes every where.) All microwave cooking time for an egg can be different depending on the
    wattage.
    6. When the egg is done. Take it out of the microwave and place it on the table.
    6. Heat up the bowl of noodles in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
    7. When the noddles are ready. Use a kitchen glove and take it out of the microwave.
    8. Pour some boiling water in the bowl of noodles. (optional)
    9. Place it on the table.
    10. Put the microwave egg in the noodles. Add in 2-3 pieces of seaweeds. Wash a strip of green onion.
    Use a scissors and cut the green onions into pieces into the noddles on the top.
    12. Put some soya sauce for the taste.
    13. Enjoy!!!

Waffles and pancakes

These waffles and pancakes are very simple and delicious to make. If you have a waffle machine, you can use a pancake recipe and make these amazing waffles. You can also make pancakes on a non stick fry pan. It does not take long and you can have these delicious waffles and pancakes for breakfast in no time. Kids and adults will loves these waffle and pancakes. You can eat them for snack or breakfast. When you eat the waffles and pancakes, you can put some fruits, jam, syrup or just eat it plain. What ever of your desire. You can also make a lot of waffles and pancakes and freeze it in the freezer. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freezer and heat it in the oven. Heating it in the oven is more better and crispy. I recommend if you have a waffle machine try making these waffles. Pancakes will be also a great choice to make. You can make 2 different kinds and you will not have to worry what to have for breakfast and snacks. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
some oil for the brush waffle machine

Direction

preparing the batter:
1. In a cupboard take a large mixing bowl. Add 1 cup all purpose flour and 2 eggs.
Use a whisk and mix everything together well. 2. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water, mix everything to combine.
3. Add in 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract beat
until a smooth batter texture.
4. If you like, you can let it sit for 2-3 minutes to make sure there are no lumps and it is a
smooth batter.

preparing the waffle machine:
1. Take a waffle machine out of the box.
2. Use a clean wet cloth and wipe inside. Wait for a bit to dry.
3. Once it is dry. Plug the machine. Wait until the machine is hot.

Cooking waffles direction:
1. brush some oil on inside the waffle mold
2. Take the waffle batter mixture. Use a soup scooper and scoop up some batter and pour in
the 2 waffle molds evenly. Make sure no batter is licking out. Close the machine.
cook the waffles for 3-4 minutes. Make sure not to overcook the waffles or it will be burn.
(note: Each waffle machine mold are different with just 1,2 or 4.)
3. When you see steam coming out open the lid and check to see if it is ready.
4. When you see it is big and golden brown without any burn on both sides that is how you will
know it is ready.
5. For each waffles, that is finish place it on a wire rack over the plate.
6. Repeat the same thing for the rest of waffles
7. Once all the waffles are finish cooking, unplug the machine.
8. Now you can eat.
9. Enjoy!!!!

Cooking pancake direction:
1. In a cupboard, take out a non stick fry pan and place it on stove.
2. Turn on over medium high heat. When the heat is hot. put some oil. on the fry pan. Pour or scoop the batter onto the fry pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancakes. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
2. cook the crepe for 2 minute. until the bottom is light brown, Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side the same time.
3. For each batter before you scoop up, make sure you mix before scooping up the batter. It will have a better texture of the pancake.
4. For each pancake, that is finish place it on a plate.
5. Repeat the same thing for the rest of pancakes
6. Once all the pancakes are finish cooking, now you can eat.

Potatoes patties with ground beefs

These potatoes patties with ground beefs are very delicious and easy to make. It takes a bit of time and once you get the hand of it, you will have these potatoes patties with ground beefs in no time. I decide to mash up the potatoes, mix it with ground beefs. Make it as a patties and fry it on the pan. By doing these will have different style of making the potatoes and will taste so good
All you need to do is take 8 potatoes and wash the potatoes, peel the skins, rinse and cut into round shapes. and add some water in a large pan with a steamer tray. Turn the heat to high and Cook for 40 minutes, the time it take to boil the water and cook it. When it comes out tender, it means it is ready. Place the potatoes in the mixing bowl. While it is still hot and fresh, take a handheld potato smasher and press to smash the potatoes.
Take some ground beefs as need and put it in the bowl. Add some salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, flour, a bit of salt and some five spices. Mix everything together. Then put it in the mixture of potatoes and mix it together.
Take a plastic wrapper and place it on to a cutting board. Take an ice cream scooper. Scoop up the mash potatoes with the ground beefs the size of your desire. Place 2-3 mash potatoes with the ground beefs on the plastic wrapper and wrap it. Press it down into a around shape, to make a patty. Make sure the patty is stick together hard. If you like you can coat some bread crumbs (optional)
When the fry pan is hot, put some oil on the fry pan. Put the 3 potatoes patties with ground beef on the fry pan. Cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown. check each side and make sure they are not burn. If you feel it is still not ready give it a 1-2 more minutes.)
For each patties, that is finish frying on the pan, place it on the plate. Continue the same steps. Once all the patties are cook in the fry pan, you can start to eat them.
Kids and adults would love these potatoes patties with ground beefs. The best combination that goes well with this dish would be with rice. You can also put this potatoes patties with ground beefs in a hamburger bun with some tomatoes, lettuces, ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.. Which ever of your desire. Direction:

Preparation potatoes
1. Take out 8 potatoes out of the bag and put it in a bowl.
2. wash each potatoes
3. Take a potato knife peeler and peel all the potatoes skin.
(note: Make sure all the potatoes are peel nice and clean.)
4. Each potatoes that are peel, put it in a bowl.
5. When they are all finish peeling. Rinse all the potatoes in the bowl.
6. Pour the water out into the sink.
7. Take a cutting board and a knife. place the potato on a cutting board.
Cut the potatoes on the side into round shapes.

Steam cooking Direction:
1. Put a large pan on the stove Pour some cold water into the a large pan
and place the streamer tray on the pan.
2. Put all the potatoes into the steamer tray.
3. Turn the heat to high.
4. Cook for 40 minutes, The time to take for boiling water and to cook it.
5. When the potatoes are ready. Use a knife or a fork and poke to see if it’s tender.
If the potatoes are tender, it mean that it is ready.

Mash potatoes
1. When the potatoes are ready. Immediately put all the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
2. While the potatoes are still hot and fresh, use a handheld potato smasher and press on the potatoes, to smash them. Make sure there are no big or small pieces leftovers. Once the potatoes are smash, use a spatula
and scrap the sides, to have a clean bowl.
(note: When the potatoes are cold, they will not make a good mash potatoes.)

Marinate ground beefs:

1. Take a clean bowl.
2. Put as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in garlic powder, a bit of salt, five spices, flour, and soya sauce
4. Use a fork and mix everything well together.

Mixing marinate ground beefs with potatoes

1. Put the marinated ground beefs in the mash potatoes
2. Take the Handheld potato smasher or a fork and mix everything well together.
(Note: Make sure everything is coated in the mix together.)

Fry pan cooking Directions:
1. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to low.
2. While waiting for the fry fan to be hot, take a plastic wrapper and place it on the cutting board.
3. Take an ice cream scooper. Scoop up the mash potatoes with the ground beefs the size of your desire.
4. Place 2-3 mash potatoes with the ground beefs on the plastic wrapper and wrap it. Press it down
into a around shape, to make a patty. Make sure all the patty is stick together hard and nothing is falling apart.
5. If you like you can coat with some bread crumbs (Optional)
5. When the fry pan is hot, put some oil on the fry pan
6. Put the 3 potatoes patties with ground beef on the fry pan.
7. Cook one side for 3 minutes then flip on the other side and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown. check each side and make sure it does not burn.
(note: If you feel it is still not ready give it a 1-2 more minutes.)
8. For each patties, that is finish frying on the pan, place it on the plate
9. Repeat the same thing for the rest of potatoes patties with ground beefs
10. Once all the patties are finish cooking on the fry pan, turn off the heat.
11. Now you can eat.

Microwave bake potato with mozzarella cheese

These bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese are very delicious and easy to make. Making it from a microwave take less then 20 minutes and you can have these potato in no time. It all depends on how many potatoes you want to make and eat. The time may vary. I decide to put some cheese and spices on the top to make it more look good and tasty.
All you need to do is put a big potato in a bowl with some water that can almost cover the potato. Put in the microwave and heat it up from both sides for 5 minute. Use a knife and poke the potatoes and if you feel it is still tender and also the inside middle, heat it up for another 1 minute. Once it is ready, pour out the water in the sink. Then cut the middle and peel a bit of the side skin open to put some cheese and spices on it. Heat it up for 30 seconds, for the cheese to melt completely.
kids and adults would love this bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese on top. You can have these potato for lunch or dinner. This is a fast bake potato with cheese, you can make in the microwave. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 big potato
1 bowl
1 tong
1 knife
1 grant (to grant the cheese)
cutting board
some cold water
Mozzarella cheese ( you can use any kind of cheese)
spices for the taste (optional)

Direction:
1. Take a big potato in a bag.
2. Place the big potato in a bowl and put as much cold water that can over the potato
3. Put it in the microwave and cover the bowl.
4. Heat the potato for 10 minutes.
5. When the potato is at 5 minutes, stop the microwave. Open the microwave and take
lid off. You will see the water boiling up.
6. Take a tong and turn the potato over
7. Continue to microwave the potato for another 5 minutes.
8. When the microwave stops, take the bowl of big potato and pour the water out into the sink.
9. Use a knife and cut the potato in half, but not all the way.
(note: if the middle inside is still hard, put a soup spoon that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle. Heat it up for another 1 minute.)
10. In the fridge take out mozzarella cheese. Place it on a cutting board. Use a grant and grant
as many pieces as you need in the potato.
11. Sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese in the middle of the potato. Then add some spices on the potato for it to taste good
12. Put the same soup spoon, that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle, so that the cheese can be melt properly and evenly. Put in the microwave and cover it with a lid. Heat it up for 30 seconds. Take the lid off and if the cheese is melted. that mean it is ready.
13. Take the potato out of the microwave and transfer it into a plate.
14. Now you can eat. Enjoy!!!!

Steam potatoes

These steam potatoes are very delicious and easy to make. It does not take long and you can have these steam potatoes in no time. I decided to eat it plain with some ketchup on the side for the dip. They are very healthy without any butter or oil. Boiling potatoes is a very healthy food.
All you need to do is take 7 potatoes and wash the potatoes, peel the skins, rinse and cut into round shapes. and add some water in a large pan with a steamer tray. Turn the heat to high and Cook for 40 minutes, the time it take to boil the water and cook it. When it comes out tender, it means it is ready. Now you can eat it.
When it comes out of the steamer, the best time to eat it is when it is cook hot and fresh. If you like you can put cheese on top of the potatoes and put it in the microwave to melt the cheese or you can just eat it like that. Which ever of your desire. kids would love this steam potatoes a lot with cheese on top. Adult would love these steam potatoes also. If you like you can put sauce on top or just eat it the way it came out of the steamer. You can have these potatoes for lunch or dinner. The best way to eat a healthy potatoes by steaming it. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Boil Eggs

These are the easiest boil eggs to make. Does not take long and you can have this eggs in no time. They are very simple to do. When I boil my eggs, they all came out perfectly.
All you need is 5 eggs, sauce pan or you can do it in a slow cooker with water and heat it up in the boiling water until is boiling . Then wait for 7 minutes. Then take it out and put it in a bowl. Once you eat it, crack the eggs and peel the skin. (note: you can rise it under cold water for a few seconds, so that it will be easier to peel the egg shell.
You can cut the eggs in half or into pieces and put it into a salad. These eggs are very good to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. When you are not eating and you think you will eat it in a day, you can keep it on the table overnight. you can put it in the fridge for 2-3 days and take it out when you want to eat it. Use a fork to crack a bit on both side, so that it does not burst everywhere when you are heating up in the microwave. Heat it up a few seconds in the microwave
If you are allergy to eggs, I do not recommend you in trying this recipe because it would not be good for your health.
Who ever is not allergy to eggs . Try the recipe and you will know how fast you can make a boil eggs.

Direction:
1. Take 5 eggs out of the fridge.
2. In a cupboard take out a sauce pan.
3. Fill the sauce pan with cold water and place it on the stove.
(Note: You can also use a slow cooker and it will do the same way as you cook
the eggs on a sauce pan on the stove.)
4. Turn on the heat to high.
5. Put 5 eggs in the sauce pan. Then cover the lid.
6. Wait until it the water is boiling.
7. When the eggs are boiling in the sauce pan, wait for 7 minutes to be all
cook and ready.
8. When 7 minutes are up. Turn the heat off.
9. Take the eggs out of the sauce pan and put it on a bowl
(Note: you can leave it in the water or pour the water out and leave the eggs in the pot which ever you like for the day.)
10. Crack the eggs and peel the skin
(note: If you rise it in cold water for a few seconds it will be easier to peel the off.)
11. Now you are ready to eat
12. You can cut up the eggs in half or in pieces and put it in salad or just eat
it like that.

Omelette with green onions, red peppers and ham

These omelette are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how colourful and beautiful it came out after frying the omelette. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice. If you like you can eat it just like that. Which every choice of your desire. The Omelettes are the size of a plate after frying from the pan. These are very good to have for a breakfast meal. All you need to do is crack 3 eggs and put what ever ingredients you like inside the egg mixture. I decide to go with ham, green ions and red peppers. Frying time on the pan does not take long. Just make sure not to burn the egg on each sides. This is a very good dish to make. Kids and adult will love this a lot once you make this for a breakfast meal. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!!

Ingredients.
3 eggs
1 piece of ham (any ham of your desire)
Some red peppers
2 strips of green onions

Directions

Preparation
1. In a cupboard take out a clean bowl. Crack 3 eggs and set it aside. 2. Take out a cutting board and a knife.
3. In the fridge take out 2 strips of green onion. Rinse the green onions and place it on the
cutting board
and cut into small pieces.
4. Put it in the egg mixture. Use a fork and beat the eggs with the green onions together.
3. Use 1 pieces of ham and cut into small pieces. Then put it in the egg mixture.
Mix everything well.
4. In the fridge take out a red pepper. Rinse the red pepper. Place it on the cutting board and
cut into small pieces of pepper.
5. Put it in a bowl and set it aside

Cooking Direction
1. In a cupboard take out a non stick pan.
2. Place the non stick pan on the stove.
3. Turn on the heat high and put some oil.
4. Wait for the pan to get hot.
5. When the pan is hot, put in red peppers.
6. Take a cooking spatula and stir the red peppers for a few seconds
(note: make sure the some red peppers are spread in the middle, so that
when it comes out you have a colourful omelette.)
7. Pour in the egg mixture omelette into the pan.
8. Turn the heat to medium low heat.
9. Cook the eggs, until there are no egg mixture un cook. make sure do not burn the omelette.
(note: the egg mixture needs to be cook well and no eggs mixture are moving.)
10. Once the egg mixture is cook on one side, use a cooking spatula and turn it the
other side.
11. Cook the same way you cook the other side, until there are no egg mixture un cook.
make sure do not overcook or burn.
12. Once it is ready, turn off the heat.
13. In the cupboard take out a plate. place the plate on the pan and flip the omelette on to the
plate.
14. Place the plate of omelette on the table.

Shanghai bok choy

These Shanghai bok choy are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how greenly and beautiful it came out after boiling from the water. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with noddles or rice. Which every choice of your desire. The bok choy are very healthy vegetable to eat. Boiling bok choy are very healthy. After boiling the Shanghai bok choy, The water that is left in the pot or the large pan, you can drink it as a soup. This is a very good dish to make. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!!

Direction:

Washing process
1. Take the package of Shanghai bok choy and set it aside.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the shanghai bok choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it or on the counter with a container to hold the strainer from the water dripping everywhere.
4. Take the shanghai bok choy out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each shanghai bok choy pieces apart.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. While washing, shake each pieces in the water to take the dirty stuff out and rinse it with tap water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces of shanghai bok choy is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Repeat the same step by washing the shanghai bok choy 4-5 times.

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard take out a pot or a large pan.
2. Place on the stove.
3. Pour 5-6 cups of cold water into the pot or a large pan. If there is not enough water then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the shanghai bok choy.)
6. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
7. Wait for about 10-15 minutes or until the water is boiling
8. When the water is boiling ready, add the shanghai bok choy into the pot or a large pan and cover the lid.
(Note: Make sure all the shangai bok choy pieces are in the water and nothing is sticking out.)
9. Wait for the shangai bok choy to boil up again. It might take around 5-6 mintues
8. When the shangai bok choy is boiling again. Let it sit and cook in the boiling water for 4 minutes.
9. when 4 minutes is ready. Open the lid and take a fork or a cooking spatula and touch to see if the bok choy is soft.
10. When the shangai bok choy is soft that mean tit is ready. If they are still hard. You need to cook it a bit longer.
11. Once they are soft and ready. Turn off the heat and place all the shangai boy choy on to a plate and place it on the table.
