Zucchini with Chinese mushroom

This is an easiest recipe to make and not to hard. The Chinese mushroom has to be bought at a Chinese supermarket. This is a very tasty food. This is a good combination with rice or noodles. Depending on what you prefer. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Direction:
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. Boil for 20 min until they are soft.
3. Take four zucchini and peel off the skins.
and wash the zucchini very well.
4. Chop the Zucchini into pieces.
5. Put the Zucchini Pieces in a bowl. Marinate the
zucchini with garlic power, flour, garlic onion, and
some five spices. Mix it together very well.
6. Take some of the Chinese mushroom and chop into
small pieces
7. On the cutting board marinate with garlic power, flour,
garlic onion, and some five spices. Mix it together very well.
4. Take a big round plate and spread the Chinese mushroom everywhere
and the zucchini pieces also.
5. Use a big pan and but some water and bring it to boil.
6. Place a steam rack on the pan and place the plate of zucchini with
Chinese mushroom on the pan rack and close the lit.
7. Cook it for 20 min.
8. When it is ready take it out and enjoy!!!
