This steam Pampano fish is Very tasty. At first, cleaning this fish would be a very hard job. Once you get the hang of it, you can clean all kind of fishes. There are some bones in the fish, but just be careful eating. The meat inside is very good and tasty. You would love this fish a lot once you get it fresh. Direction Cleaning
1. Take the frozen Pampano out of the freezer
2. Take a bowl of hot water and soak the frozen pampano
fish in the bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 min.
3. Put a pair of dish washer gloves
4. Take it out of the bowl.
5. Open the bag with a scissors and take the fish out of the bag.
6. Wash the fish
6. Take a knife and fish. On an angle of the knife, scrape off the
scales everywhere on the fish.
7. This fish does not have a lot of scale to scrape off. Compare to
other fishes.
8. Take a scissors and cut off the mouth guard. Cut a straight line on the stomach almost
to the middle
9. Take out all the disgusting intestine, the red guts and also the mouth guard out of the fish.
10. When it is all clean . rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing
inside.
11. when done. Rinse the fish again and but it on a plastic bowl to get all the water out.

Direction cooking

1. put the fish on the plate.
2. sprinkle some garlic powder, turmeric and salt on the fish around and inside.
3. Pour some soy sauce on the fish and inside.
4. Slice up a couple of ginger and spread it on the fish and inside.
(optional you can slice the ginger the way you want)
5. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
to pieces.
6. spread some onions on top of the fish, inside and some on the bottom of the plate.
7. Take a steamer pot out and boil some water with a steamer rack.
8. Once it is boil hot, put the fish inside the steamer rack and close
the lid.
9. Cook the fish for about 12 min.
10. Once the fish is ready. Use a knife and stick in the middle,
to see if the knife touch the bone. Then you know if it’s ready
11. Turn of the heat.
12. In the fridge take out some coriander and rinse it.
13. Chop up some coriander and place it on top of the fish
14. Take it out steam pampano fish.
15. Enjoy this wonderful steam fish.

Green radish with Chinese mushroom and ground beef

This is a green radish with Chinese mushroom and ground beefs. It’s very delicious and easy to make. Look at how beautiful it came out after stir frying this dish. Preparation:
Chinese mushroom
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.

2. rinse the Chinese mushroom. 
3. Boil until the water is boiling.
4 . Place it on to another bowl.
5. Change the water.
6. Put it back in the pot of water and cook, for until it is soft and big
(Note: make sure the Chinese mushroom or clean after cooking 2 times in the water.)

Preparation:
1. Take out a green radish from the fridge.
2. Wash the green radish. Peel the skin with a knife peeler.
3. Rinse the green radish. Take a slice cutter and slice into pieces directly into a bowl
and set it aside
(note: be careful using a slice cutter because when you get to the end of the
pieces, if you are not careful it can slice your skin off.)
4. Take the Chinese mushroom and slice into small pieces using a slice cutter directly into a bowl
and set it aside
5. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside.

Cooking the green radish:
1. In the cupboard take out a pan and put it in the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high.
3. when the pan is hot, put some oil. Put in the chop garlic’s in the pan. Stir until it is almost done.
4. Put in the green radish in the pan and stir for a bit.
5. Add in salt, light soya sauce, and garlic powder stir to mix.
6. Take some tap water and pour it into the pan.close the lid and let it cook for a couple of minutes at high heat, until the texture is tender.
7. Open the lid and take a piece of red radish and taste to see if the green radish are tender. If the green radish is not tender, you need to cook it a bit longer.When the green radish is tender and all cook, turn off the heat
8. Put it in a container and set it aside.

Cooking Ground beef:
1. In the fridge or freezer take out some ground beef, the amount you need to eat and place it on a plate.
2. Take out a non stick pan and turn on the heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in the ground beef.
4. stir the ground beef.
5. flatting the ground beef on the pan.
6. Add some salt, dark soya sauce. garlic powder and turmeric.
7. stir a bit and flatten the ground beef again and add some flour
(note: make sure all the flour is coated.)
8. flip the ground beef on thee other side. Add in some flour.
(note: make sure all the flour is coated.)
9. cook until the ground beef is ready on both sides. When it ready, turn off the heat.

Cooking everything together
1. Turn on the fry pan
2. When the pan is hot put in some oil
3. Add in the dice garlic and cook until it is ready.
4. Add in the Chinese mushroom and stir. for a bit.
5. Add in salt, soya sauce and garlic powder and mix together
6. Put in the ground beef and stir a bit. Add in a bit of water.
7. Close the lid and let it cook for a few second.
8. Open the lid and stir a few second.
9. When you feel it is ready, turn off the heat.
10. Take a plate or a container and put all the green radish with Chinese mushroom and ground beef.
11. Place it on the table

Stir fry purple cabbages

This stir fry purple cabbage is the easiest recipe to make and not to hard. I decide to make the cabbage because it is good for the health. This purple cabbage is good for the eyes and it has vitamin A and helps improves vision.
This purple cabbages needs to be cook until is a tender texture. Make sure you add some salt, soya sauce and garlic powder, to have more flavour and taster. Add some water and close the lid to cook at low medium heat until it is tender.
How do you know when it is tender, by taking a piece and trying it. Once it is tender that is how you know it is ready. The best combination that goes well with the cabbages would be with rice or noodles. which ever you choose as your desire. This is a stew mackerel with potatoes and onions. It’s so simple to make. It takes a while to do because there are a few steps to make this dish. Once you get the hand of making this stew dish, you can make any kind of stew food.
The dish came out very colourful after stewing from the large pan. The best combination that goes well with this dish would be with rice because I find it a good match. It does not contain any bones in the fish since it is coming from a can. I really like this kind of dish. You can have this dish for lunch or dinner. Ingredient:
8 potatoes
large pan
knife peeler
knife
cutting board
3 small pieces of onions or 2 large onions
1 can of mackerel in water
couple of lime peels
4-5 pieces of lime
little salt
light and dark soya sauce
sesame oil
sugar
garlic powder
turmeric

Preparation
1. Take out 7 potatoes out of the bag and put it in a bowl.
2. Take out 3 small pieces of onions or 2 large in the bag and put it in a bowl.
3. wash each potatoes.
4. Take a potato knife peeler and peel all the potatoes skin.
(note: Make sure all the potatoes are peel nice and clean.)
5. Each potatoes that are peel, put it in a bowl.
6. When they are all finish peeling. Rinse all the potatoes in the bowl.
7. Place the potatoes on the cutting board. Cut each in half and into pieces.
8. Place all in the bowl and set it aside.
9. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Put all in a bowl and set it aside.
10. In the cupboard take out a can of Mackerel in water. Rinse the top and wipe with a cloth.
11. Use a can opener and open the can of mackerel in water. Remove the lid.
12. Use a spoon and remove all the oil from the can. Set it aside.
13. Take a lime out of the fridge. Use a Peeler knife and peel a couple of lime skin.
14. Cut up 4-5 pieces of lime pieces. Put all in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:

Onions
1. Take out one non stick pan and a large fry pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the non stick pan to medium heat and the large fry pan to high heat
3. Wait for the non stick pan to heat up. While waiting on the other pan
put some oil. When the pan is hot, put in the onions and stir until it is almost ready.
4. Turn off the heat.

Cooking potatoes
1. On the non stick put some oil and twirl the pan to have the oil around the pan.
2. Put all the potatoes in the pan.
3. Use a tong and separate the potatoes apart.
4. When potatoes will burn fast in the middle on one side.
5. immediately turn the potatoes over with a tong.
6. cook the potatoes until it slightly golden brown.

Transferring potatoes to a large pan
1. Turn back the other large fry pan to high heat.
2. When the potatoes are ready, pour all the potatoes in the
large fry pan.
3. Add in little salt, light soya sauce and mix.
4. add some water.
5. close the lid and let it stew for a few minutes at medium low.
6. Check and use a knife to feel if the potatoes are tender
7. Cooking the potatoes almost tender.

Cooking the Mackerel in water from can
1. Turn on the non stick pan to medium heat
2. On the non stick pan, put in the mackerel in water from can
3. let it cook for a few second on the pan
4. Add in the lime peels and lime pieces in the pan with the mackerel
in water.
5. Let it cook itself for a bit.
6. Add in a lot of garlic powder and turmeric to take the not a fresh smell
from the fish away.
7. hold the pan and move it a bit slowly.
8. Let it cook itself for a few more minutes.
9. When it is ready turn off the heat.

Transferring the mackerel in water to the large pan potatoes
1. Pour the pan of mackerel in water with the limes into the large pan of potatoes.
2. Let it cook itself for a few minutes.
3. Add in sugar and sesame oil to take away the not so good smell of the fish
4. Use a cooking wooden spatula and scrap the bottom slowly if it is sticking on the pan, so the
fish and potatoes will not stick.
5. close the lid and let the mackerel in water with potatoes and onions stew for a couple of minutes.
6. Taste the sauce and if it is salty add a bit of sugar.
(Note: If the sauce taste is good, you can eliminate this step.)
7. Add  in sesame oil to get rid of the not so fresh smell from the fish.
8. Let it cook for a bit.
9. When you feel it is ready, turn off the heat.
10. Take a plate and scoop up all the mackerel with potatoes and onions on to the place and place it on the table.

Preparation
Chinese mushroom
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. Boil for 20 min until they are soft.

Preparation cooking
1. In the freezer take out the package of Japanese assorted Chinese fish ball. Put as many
fish ball needed in the strainer. Rinse the fish ball with warm water.
2. Take a cutting board and a knife. Cut each fish balls into half pieces and put it on a plate.
(note: You can cut the fish ball any pieces you like.)
3. Put some water on the plate and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
( note: heating it in the microwave can cook fast on the pan.)
3. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside.
4. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Set it aside.
5. Cut the mushroom into pieces and set it aside.
6. In the freezer take out the frozen peas package. Pour out a bit of peas into a bowl.
Put in the water to soak the peas. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes, until the
water is boiling.
7. When the peas is ready, take it out and set it aside.

Cooking process:

1. In the cupboard take out a fry pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. Once the pan is hot. Put some oil.
4. Put all the garlic, onions in the pan.
5. stir for 2-3 minutes until they are almost ready.
6. Put in the mushrooms and use a wooden kitchen spatula and
stir for few minutes. Turn the heat to medium low.

8. Add in soya sauce, a bit of salt, garlic powder and turmaric.
stir for a few seconds until all the sauce is mix.
9. pour out the water from the peas bowl into the sink.
10. Pour the peas into the pan and stir a few seconds to mix.
9. Add in some water.

will not stick on the pan.
11. Cover the lid. Wait until the water is all dissolve and you do not see any

and stir, so it will not stick to the pan.
13. Once it is ready, scoop up all the Japanese assorted fish balls, Chinese mushroom with onions and frozen peas onto a plate and place it on the table.

Stir fry Frozen Okra dish#2

Preparation:
1. Take the package of frozen okra out of the freezer. Take some out of the package and put it on the bowl.
2. Soak it with some water and put it in the microwave and heat it up for 2 minutes.
3. Take the okra out of the microwave and drain the water over the strainer. Rinse the okra and set it aside.
4. Take 2 pieces of garlic. peel the skin and cut into pieces and set it aside.
5. Take out the Tahini sauce out of the fridge. Scoop up 2 tablespoon on the bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard take out a fry pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. Once the pan is hot. Put some oil.
4. Put all the cut up garlic pieces in the pan.
5. Stir for a few seconds until it is almost ready
6. Put in the frozen okra.
7. Add in soya sauce, salt and garlic powder and stir for 2-3 minutes.
8. Stir the bowl of tahini sauce while pouring into the fry pan
9. stir with a wooden kitchen spatula wit the sauce all together
(Note: make sure all the sauce is coated with the okra.
10. Keep on string for a few minutes.
11. Once it is ready, scoop up the stir fry frozen okra with the tahini sauce onto a plate
12. Place it on the table

Stir fry noodles with onions and coriander

This stir fry noodles is so delicious and simple to make. It does not take long and you can have these noodles in no time. I decide to put some coriander and onions to make the noodles look nicer.
The noodles that I use was the spaghetti pasta noodles. By using this simple dishes I added some onions and coriander, to make it more tasty. I also add some salt, garlic powder, light soya sauce and dark soya sauce and stir all together.
You can have this stir fry noodles for lunch and dinner. when you have left over noddles, you make this kind of noodles dish so fast. By mixing the noodles together, you will see some of the coriander and onions on top. If you can’t finish, you can put in the fridge, and eat it the next day. The taste is very delicious and I like it. Give this recipe a try and see if you like it enjoy.

Direction:

Spaghetti cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the quantity
spaghetti noodles that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

Cooking Direction:

1. In the cupboard take out a clean bowl
2. Use a tong and Take a bowl and put the amount of noddles that you will eat and microwave
it for 2 and a half minutes – three minutes, so that when you cook it on a pan it will be faster.
3. While waiting for the noodles, take out a non stick pan and put in on the stove.
4. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Set it aside
5. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside.
6. in the fridge take out some coriander and rinse with water.
(Note: make sure the coriander is very clean.)
7. Place it on a cutting board and cut the steams and the leafs. Separate each apart and cut both into
pieces and set it aside.
8. When the noodles are ready, use a kitchen mitten and take out the bowl of noodles and set it aside.
9. Turn on the heat high.
10. When the pan is hot, place all the onions and garlic and stir for a few minutes.
11. when the onions and garlic is almost ready, put in the steam coriander and stir for a few seconds.
12. Take the bowl of noodles and pour into the pan.
13. Use a wooden spatula and stir the noodles from the bottom
(note: When string the noodles, make sure you do not brake the noodles are it will not look good, when you
eat them.)
14. Sprinkle a bit of salt, and stir. Put some light soya sauce and dark soya sauce. stir to mix in the noodles.
15. Put in bit of garlic powder and stir.
16. Take the cutting board, and add in all the leaves coriander in a pan.
17. Stir all together, using the Wodden spatula string from the bottom
18. Once it is ready, scoop up all the stir fry noodles with onions and coriander in a bowl and
place it on the table.

1. Take the package frozen redfish out of the freezer
2. Take out the as many redfish and put it in a bowl of warm water and soak the frozen redfish
fish in the bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 min.
(note: If you are using the whole bag of fish then soak the whole bag in the warm water.)
3. Put on a pair of dish washer gloves
4. Take redfish out of the bowl.
(note: If using the whole bag, open the bag with a scissors and take the fish out of the bag.)
5. Wash the fish.
6. Take a knife and fish. On an angle of the knife, scrape off the
scales everywhere on the fish.
(note: Make sure the fish is clean without any scale.)
7. Take a scissors and cut a straight line on the stomach almost
to the middle.
8. Take out all the disgusting intestine, the red guts and also the mouth guard out of the fish.

9. When it is all clean. Rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing
inside.
10. when it’s all done. Rinse the fish again. Place it in a mixing bowl to get all the water out.

8. Sprinkle a little bit of turmeric on the body.
9. Add in a bit of turmeric inside the fish to prevent the fish from having a not
a fresh smell when you eat it.
10. Put a couple of ginger on top of the fish and inside also.
(Note: Putting ginger inside the finish can prevent the fish from having a not a fresh smell when you
eat it.)
11. Take a steamer pot out and boil some water with a rack inside.
12. Once the water is boiling hot, put the fish inside the steamer and close
the lid.
13. Cook the fish for about 10-12 mintues
(note: A large fish steam for 12 minutes. small fish steam for 8-10 minutes. It all depend on the size
of the fish.)
14. Once the fish is ready. Use a knife and stick in the middle
and feel if the knife touch the bone. Then you know if it’s ready.
15. When the fish is ready. Use a kitchen mitten and take it out and place it on the table.
16. Enjoy this wonderful steam fish.

1st dish Stir Fry Shanghai bok choy 2nd dish Stir Fry Tofu with Chinese mushroom, onions and garlic

The first dish is the easiest recipe to make and not to hard. You have these shanghai bok choy in no time. All you need to do is wash the shanghai bok choy 3-4 times. Take out a pan and place it on stove. Turn on the heat high. Add in oil. Add garlic and stir. When you hear the sizzling sound add in the shanghai bok choy. Add in some soya sauce, salt and bit of fish sauce.stir until it is very greenly. cook for 3-4 minutes . Do not over cook the shanghai bok choy. The boky koy are very delicious and good.
The second dish was simple to make. The Chinese roll soft tofu and dry mushroom can be found at a Chinese supermarket. All you need to do is soak the mushroom overnight. The next day when you use the mushroom make sure you soak the mushroom and put it in the microwave for 4 minutes to make it soft to eat. If you like it hard then eliminate this step. carefully take out the tofu and cut into pieces in a bowl.
Take a pan put it ion the stove and turn on the heat high. Add in oil garlic and onions and cook until it is almost ready. put in the mushroom and stir then tofu slowly into the pan. Put in some salt and stir. Then some light soy sauce, a bit of garlic powder and dark sauce sauce and stir slowly. Take the bowl of mushroom water and put half tablespoon of cornstarch. Stir to mix well. Pour in the mushroom water mixture into the tofu with Chinese mushroom, onions and garlic, while mixing. Add in some oyster sauce and mix using a wooden spatula; Use a wooden spatula and scrape the bottom to stir a bit, so it will not stick. When it is ready, turn off the heat and scoop it into a plate or a container.
The colour of this dish came out very nice. The taste was very delicious and I like it a lot. This is a good combination with rice. Kids and adults will love these 2 dishes. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Shanghai bok choy dish #1
Washing process
1. Take the package of Shanghai bok choy and set it aside.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the shanghai bok choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it or on the counter with a container to hold the strainer from the water dripping everywhere.
4. Take the shanghai bok choy out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each shanghai bok choy pieces apart.
6. Cut the end hard part.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. While washing, shake each pieces in the water to take the dirty stuff out and rinse it with tap water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces of shanghai bok choy is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Repeat the same step by washing the shanghai bok choy 3-4 times.

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard take out a large pan.
2. Place on the stove.
3. Take out a cutting board. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces
and set it aside.
6. Turn on the heat to high.
7. When the pan is hot, put some oil.
8. Put in the chop garlic in the pan.
9. Use a wooden cooking spatula and stir the garlic, until it is ready
10.. When the garlic are almost ready, put in the shanghai bok choy in the pan.
You will hear is sizzling sound.
11. Stir the shanghai for a few second. Add in some soya sauce, salt and bit of fish sauce.
12. Stir the shanghai. Close the lid and wait for 3 minutes.
(note: If you let it sit and cook to long, the colour will not look greenly.)
13. When the shangai bok choy is ready, Turn off the heat. Take a plate or a container and put all the shangai boy chok . Place it on the table

Tofu with Chinese mushroom, onions and garlic dish # 2

Preparation
Chinese mushroom
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. Boil for 20 min until they are soft.

Another kind of Chinese dry mushroom soak overnight

1. Take a clean bowl
2. In the Chinese package mushroom, take as many mushroom as you
need in thee bowl. Rinse 2-3 times,
3. soak over cold water.
4. Put in the microwave. Heat for 7-10 minutes, until the water is boiling
(note: keep and eye on the mushroom, to avoid water spilling.)
5. Once the water is boiling, take it out of the microwave.
(note: Use a kitchen mitten to take out the dry mushroom because it will be very hot.)
6. Pour out the bowl water in the sink.
7. Rinse the mushroom a couple of times.
8. Squeeze the water out from the mushroom 2-3 times
9. Use a scissor and cut off the end steam on each mushroom and place it on a bowl.
10. soak the mushroom with cold water.
11. Place it on the table overnight.
12. You can use it anytime the next day.

Cooking direction

Ingredient
Chinese soft tofu
3 small onions or 1 big onion
1 garlic
couple of mushroom
mixing bowl
knife
cutting board
Kitchen scissor

Preparation
1.Take the soft tofu roll package. Cut the 2 corner ends.
2. Slowly pour out the soft tofu into a mixing bowl
3. Directly Use a knife and slowly cut into piece
(note: if you cut the soft tofu too hard, it will brake easily.)
4. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside
5. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Set it aside
6. Take the mushroom and soak it in water. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 4 minutes,
to have a soft texture mushroom.
(note: if you like the mushroom to be hard you can eliminate this step.)
6. Use a kitchen scissor and cut the mushroom into pieces directly into the bowl and set it aside
7. Keep the mushroom water for the sauce cooking in the stir fry.

Cooking process:
1. Take a pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Once the pan is hot. Put some oil.
4. Take the cutting board and put all the garlic, onions in the pan.
5. stir for 2-3 minutes until they are almost ready.
6. Put in the mushrooms and stir for few minutes.
7. Add in the soft tofu slowly into the pan.
8. Put in some salt and stir. Then some light soy sauce, a bit of garlic powder and dark sauce
sauce and stir slowly.
9. Take the bowl of mushroom water and put half tablespoon of cornstarch. Stir to mix well.
10. Pour in the mushroom water mixture into the tofu with Chinese mushroom, onions and garlic, while mixing.
11. Add in some oyster sauce and mix using a wooden spatula
12. Use a wooden spatula and scrape the bottom to stir a bit, so it will not stick.
13. When it is ready, turn off the heat and scoop it into a plate or a container.
14. Place it on the table.
15. Now it is ready to eat

Spaghetti with mozzarella cheese

This is a spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. Very simple to make. When you first make the pasta you would find it hard, but once you make it a couple of times, you would find it easy. Then you can make any pasta of your choice.
I decide to put only mozzarella on the spaghetti, to make it similar to macaroni and cheese. You can put what ever your choice on the spaghetti of your desire. If you are allergy to cheese I suggest you not to try putting cheese on the pasta. The spaghetti with mozzarella is very delicious . Making the spaghetti noodles is just boil till it is tender.
Kids and adults would like this spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. You can have this for lunch or dinner If you can not finish all the pasta, you can leave it in the fridge for 2-4 days or freeze it. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freeze and defrost it. This is the delicious plate of spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. It will put a smile on your face knowing how delicious this plate would be. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!

Spaghetti cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the quantity
spaghetti noodles that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

Plate of spaghetti with mozzarella cheese:

1. In the cupboard take out a plate.
2. Use a tong and take as much spaghetti that you will eat on the plate.
3. Place the plate on the counter or table.
4. In the fridge, take out the package of mozzarella.
5. place the mozzarella on the cutting board. Cut a piece of mozzarella,
the amount you would need for your spaghetti.
6. Take a grant cheese or a knife and make slice into pieces.
7. Spread the cheese all around on top of the spaghetti.
8. Cover the cheese with spaghetti on top.
(note: If you do not cover the cheese with the spaghetti, it will become
hard when you heat it in the microwave.)
9. Take a plastic wrapper and cover the plate of spaghetti with mozzarella
put it in the microwave and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
10. When the spaghetti with mozzarella cheese is ready. Check and feel if the plate is hot
with all the cheese melted. If it’s not hot and not melted, place it in the microwave
and heat it a bit more.
11. Once it is ready. Take it out and place it on the table. Take a fork and mix the spaghetti with
mozzarella cheese.
12. Now it is ready to eat.

A wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces

This wrap is so simple and delicious to make. I decide to put some soya sauce chicken and cabbage with chicken pieces. At the bottom I have the recipe how to make the soya sauce chicken and the cabbage with
chicken pieces, if you decided to put these in your wraps. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put what ever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap make sure it is wrap tight without anything falling apart. Kids and adults would love these wraps. Kids can also have fun creating there own wraps, with a help of a adult wrapping it for them. You can have these wraps for lunch, dinner or at work. If you have some left over food for the wraps, you can put it in the fridge and have them the next day. Wraps are the easiest food to make, when you know what you want to put in the wraps. Direction Cleaning Chicken legs:
1. Put on a pair of dish washer gloves
2. Take the chicken out of the package
3. wash the chicken.
4. Take a scissors and cut out some of the fatty skins from the chicken
mostly from the butt part.
5. Take out all the dirty stuff in chicken.
6. Rinse the chicken inside until it is clean.
7. When you see if it is still dirty clean it some more.
8. Put some some salt all around the chicken.
9. rub it all around, so it would not stink.
10. Rinse the chicken again.
11. put the chicken in a plastic bowl to let the water out.

Ingredients
Dark soya sauce
light soya sauce
some water
3-4 pieces of cloves
Garlic powder
pinch of salt
sugar

Cooking soya sauce:
1. Take out a slow cooker or a pot. Place the slow cooker on the table or a pot on the
stove.
2. Pour in dark soya sauce into a slow cooker or a pot. The amount you need to use
for dark soya sauce.
3. Take a clean bowl and put 3-4 pieces of cloves. Put some water over the cloves.
4. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
5. Take it out of the microwave and put it in the slower cooker or pot.
6. In the slower cooker or pot, add in garlic powder, sugar, salt and light soya suace.
7. Turn on the heat on high. Cook the soya sauce for 10 minutes or until it is boiling.
8. When it is boiling, turn off the heat and taste the soya sauce. If you feel it is ready, that mean
the soya sauce is ready to use.

Cooking the chicken legs:
1. Put in 2-3 pieces of chicken legs in the slower cooker or pot.
2. turn on the heat and cook the chicken legs for 30-45 minutes.
3. When it is ready, take it out. use a scissors and cut in the middle and check
if it is all well cook. If you feel there are still some redness, cook it a few more minute, to
be sure it is all well done.
4. Once it is done you can eat it now.

Purple cabbage with bacon:

preparation:
1. Take the cabbage out of the fridge. peel the cabbage and wash the cabbage 2 times.
2. Take a cutting board and knife and cut the cabbage into think pieces
3. In the fridge take out 2-3 pieces of bacon and cut into pieces
4. cut up some garlic into pieces.

Cooking Direction:
1. Take a pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil on the pan.
4. When the pan is hot, add in some garlic and stir until it is ready.
3. Put the cabbage in the pan and stir for a few minutes
4. Add some salt, soya sauce, garlic powder,and a bit of flour.
5. Stir to combine for a few minutes.
6. Add in the bacon and continue string until the cabbage is tender,
by tasting the cabbage. Once it is tender that mean it is ready.
7. Scoop it up on to a plate and set it aside.

Making a wrap:
1. Take the package of tortilla wraps. Open the package.
2. Take out 2 pieces of tortilla wraps.
3. Place the wraps in the oven. Turn on the heat at 350F (150 degrees)
for 2-3 minutes.
(note: keep an eye on the tortilla wraps, so it will not get burn.)
4. When the tortilla wraps are ready, take it out of the oven and place it on
a plate.
5. Take a scissors and cut a couple pieces of soya sauce chickens and place it on the tortilla.
6. Scoop up a few cabbage with chicken and spread it around.
7. roll the wrap and make sure it is close tight with nothing falling apart.
8. repeat the same step for the other wrap
9. Once it is all finish. Place it on the plate and cut in an angle into 2 pieces.
10. Now you have a wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces.
