Stir fry Japanese assorted fish balls, Chinese mushroom with onions and frozen peas dish #1

Preparation
Chinese mushroom
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. Boil for 20 min until they are soft.

Preparation cooking
1. In the freezer take out the package of Japanese assorted Chinese fish ball. Put as many
fish ball needed in the strainer. Rinse the fish ball with warm water.
2. Take a cutting board and a knife. Cut each fish balls into half pieces and put it on a plate.
(note: You can cut the fish ball any pieces you like.)
3. Put some water on the plate and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
( note: heating it in the microwave can cook fast on the pan.)
3. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside.
4. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Set it aside.
5. Cut the mushroom into pieces and set it aside.
6. In the freezer take out the frozen peas package. Pour out a bit of peas into a bowl.
Put in the water to soak the peas. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes, until the
water is boiling.
7. When the peas is ready, take it out and set it aside.

Cooking process:

1. In the cupboard take out a fry pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. Once the pan is hot. Put some oil.
4. Put all the garlic, onions in the pan.
5. stir for 2-3 minutes until they are almost ready.
6. Put in the mushrooms and use a wooden kitchen spatula and
stir for few minutes. Turn the heat to medium low.
7. Put in the Japanese assorted fish balls into the pan.
8. Add in soya sauce, a bit of salt, garlic powder and turmaric.
stir for a few seconds until all the sauce is mix.
9. pour out the water from the peas bowl into the sink.
10. Pour the peas into the pan and stir a few seconds to mix.
9. Add in some water.
10. Stir the Japanese assorted fish balls, Chinese mushroom with onions and frozen peas, so it
will not stick on the pan.
11. Cover the lid. Wait until the water is all dissolve and you do not see any
12. When it the water is all dissolve, open the lid and take a wooden spatula and scrap the bottom
and stir, so it will not stick to the pan.
13. Once it is ready, scoop up all the Japanese assorted fish balls, Chinese mushroom with onions and frozen peas onto a plate and place it on the table.

Stir fry Frozen Okra dish#2

Preparation:
1. Take the package of frozen okra out of the freezer. Take some out of the package and put it on the bowl.
2. Soak it with some water and put it in the microwave and heat it up for 2 minutes.
3. Take the okra out of the microwave and drain the water over the strainer. Rinse the okra and set it aside.
4. Take 2 pieces of garlic. peel the skin and cut into pieces and set it aside.
5. Take out the Tahini sauce out of the fridge. Scoop up 2 tablespoon on the bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard take out a fry pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. Once the pan is hot. Put some oil.
4. Put all the cut up garlic pieces in the pan.
5. Stir for a few seconds until it is almost ready
6. Put in the frozen okra.
7. Add in soya sauce, salt and garlic powder and stir for 2-3 minutes.
8. Stir the bowl of tahini sauce while pouring into the fry pan
9. stir with a wooden kitchen spatula wit the sauce all together
(Note: make sure all the sauce is coated with the okra.
10. Keep on string for a few minutes.
11. Once it is ready, scoop up the stir fry frozen okra with the tahini sauce onto a plate
12. Place it on the table
