Chicken Soup with watercress and white radish

This is a chicken soup with watercress and white radish. It is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to make this soup from an instant pot. Look at how beautiful the colour came out after making the soup.The watercress from the water made it so greenly colour.
If you do no not have an instant pot, you can make it from a soup pot. The white radish can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
You can have this soup for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this soup would be with rice or noodles. You can take the chicken, white radish and watercress and have it with rice or noodles. Eating green vegetable is good for the eyes and body. I really like this soup a lot. Kids and adults would enjoy such a wonderful soup with different things inside the soup. Try this recipe and enjoy.

Washing Watercress

1. Take the package of watercress and set it aside.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the watercress.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it or on the counter with a container to hold the strainer from the water dripping everywhere.
4. Take the watercress out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each watercress pieces apart.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. While washing, shake each pieces in the water to take the dirty stuff out and rinse it with tap water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces of watercress is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Repeat the same step by washing the watercress 4 times.
9. When all done. Set it aside.

Preparation Of The White Radish

1. Take the White Radish out of the fridge.
2. Take a cutting board and cut the white radish in half and wash it.
Peel the skin off with a knife peeler
3. Rinse the white radish
4. Place the radish on the cutting board and cut into round pieces.
5. Put all the white radish in a strainer and rinse it again and place it over
a bowl to drain out the water from dripping everywhere and set it aside.

Chicken Pieces
1. If you have a pieces of chicken in the freezer, take it out and place it in the microwave
and defrost it. All microwave defrosting time can be different.
(note: If you just bought it in store and have it in the fridge, you do not need to defrost it in the
microwave and can eliminate this step.)
2. Place a bowl in the sink.
3. Take a cutting board and place the piece of chicken.
4. Cut some chicken meat into a bowl.
5. cut a piece of chicken bone in a bowl and set it aside.

Marinate the chicken pieces
1.Take a the bowl of chicken meat
2. Marinate the chicken meat with some garlic powder,and soya sauce, . Mix it all together well with a wooden spoon or a Tong.
3. Add some cornstarch and mix until you do not see any more white cornstarch
4. Add in a lot of flours and mix until you do not see any more flours.
5. Set it aside.

Cooking process using an instant pot
1. Take out the instant pot and place it on the table.
2. Plug in the instant pot
3. Fill it up with some water
4. press the instant pot soup button and set time to 30 minutes.
5. First put in the chicken bone.
6. Add in the white radish
7. Peel the 2 garlic’s skins and some ginger. cut into pieces.
8. Put it in the instant pot.
9. Close the lid and wait until the water is boiling. Once the water is boiling
leave it along and let it boil for a few of minutes.
10. Press the manual button and set it for 15 minutes to make sure the white radish is well cook.
11. When 15 minutes is ready and the water is boiling, add in the watercress for 4-5 minutes
12. Left the cover off.
(note: When you put the cover on and leave it the soup cook, the watercress will become not so
greenly colour.)
13. Wait for the the water to boil.
14. Once the water is boiling add in the marinated chicken pieces and wait for 3-4 minutes.
15. Now the chicken soup with watercress and white radish is ready.

Frozen spinach with ground beefs and onions.

This is a frozen spinach with ground beefs and onions. It’s very delicious and easy to make. Look at how greenly and meaty it came out after stir frying from the pan. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice.
At the bottom I have the recipe how to make this dish. When you eat it, it will taste so good that it will make you want to have some more. You can have this for lunch or dinner. Kids and adult will like this dish. This is a very good dish to make. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!!

1. Take out 1 onion out of the bag.
2. Use a knife and peel the onions skins. place it on the cutting board. Cut each onions in
half. Place it on the side and cut into pieces. Put all in a bowl and set it aside.
3. Peel the garlic skin. cut into pieces. set it aside.
4. In the freezer take out the bag of frozen spinach
5. Put as much spinach that you will eat on to a strainer.
6. Rinse the frozen spinach. Place the strainer of spinach over a bowl. so that the water will
not drip everywhere.

Marinate the ground beef:

1. In the cupboard take out a clean bowl.
2. Take the ground beef out of the package, the amount you need to eat.
3. Put the ground beef in the bowl. Use a fork and separate the ground beef apart.
4, Marinate garlic powder, soya sauce, and mix together using a wooden spoon or a tong.
5. Add in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Add in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
6. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take out a non stick pan and a pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the non stick pan heat to medium low
3. When the pan is hot, put in the ground beef.
4. Use a wooden cooking spatula and spread out the ground beef flat.
5. Let the ground beef sit on the fry pan and cook for a few minutes
(note: keep an eye on the ground beef because it can cook up fast.
6. when one side is ready, turn it over and let it sit on the fry pan and cook for a few minutes.
7. While waiting. On the other pan turn the heat to high.
8. When the heat is hot, put some oil.
9. Put in the chop onions and garlic together and stir until it is almost ready.
10. Pour in the frozen spinach into the pan and stir.
11. Add in salt, soya sauce, garlic powder, turmeric and fish sauce mix together.
12. On the non stick pan when the ground beef is ready, turn off heat.
13. On the other pan put some water and close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
14. At the mean time, use a wooden cooking spatula and cut the ground beef into pieces.
15. When you see the other pan is boiling up, open the lid, put in the ground beef with the frozen spinach and stir a few times.
16. Close the lid and let it cook itself for a few minutes. Open the lid and taste a pieces and see if it is salty or need to be cook a bit longer.
17. Once you feel it is ready, take a place and scoop up the frozen spinach with ground beefs and onions and place it on the table
18. enjoy.
