Steam tofu with Chinese preserve black beans and top green onions

This is an easiest recipe to make and not to hard. The healthy dish you can make by steaming the tofu. This time I decide to put some Chinese preserve black beans to make it look more beautiful and taster.
The tofu’s are very soft and tasty. You can find the Chinese preserve black beans at a Chinese supermarket. This is a good combination that goes will with rice. Kids and adults will love this tofu a lot, since it is an healthy steam recipe. If you do not want to put any Chinese preserve black beans you can eliminate it. Try the recipe and enjoy.


Preparing the Chinese preserve black bean:

1. In the cupboard take out a bowl
2. In the bag take out a hand full of Chinese preserve black bean and put it in the bowl.
3. put some cold water.
4. Put it in the microwave and heat it up, until the water is boiling up.
5. Take it out of the microwave.
6. Take a strainer and pour all the Chinese preserve black beans to drain the water.
7. Rinse with cold water and place it back into the bowl .
8. Cut up some garlic into small pieces and put in the Chinese preserve black beans
9. Use the end knife and pound the Chinese preserve black beans and garlic.
(make sure all the pieces are pound into small pieces.)
10. When it is all done, set it aside.

1. Take a package of tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open the package and drain all the water.
3. Raise all the tofu .
4. Take out a cutting board and knife. Place the tofu on a cutting board
and cut the tofu into square pieces.
5. Separate the tofu’s on a cutting board and marinate both sides with some garlic powder, soya sauce, turmeric, and some flour.
6. Place all the marinated tofu on a plate.
7. Put all the Chinese preserve black beans on top of the tofu, by separating it everywhere around the tofu.

Cooking process:

1. Take a large pan out of the cupboard and fill it up with water and turn the heat to high.
2. Put a wire rack in the pan.
3. Wait until the water is boiling. When the water is boiling, put the plate of tofu in the steamer.
Cook the tofu for 12 minutes
4. While you are waiting, you can cut up some green onions.
5. When it is ready, sprinkle some green onions on top, while it is still hot in the steamer. Take it out with a holder steamer and place it on the table.

Hamburger Steak

These homemade hamburger steak are so simple to make. It does not take long to make and you can have these hamburger steak in no time. When I marinate the ground beef I decide to put in 2 tablespoons of quick oats, to have a good taste After you can put garlic powder, soya sauce, and turmeric to it. At the end I recommend putting in the a lot cornstarch and then mix. Then put a lot flour and mix together.
Make each ground beef into a balls. I use a non stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil and put 4-5 pieces of hamburger patty depending on the size you can making. Use a cooking spatula and flatten the patty and cook for 5 mintues on each side with the lid close. when all ready place it on the plate.
These hamburger steak are very delicious. You have these for lunch or dinner. You can the hamburger steak in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. You can also have these with rice. It will be so good. What ever way you like to eat it , it is your choice of your desire.

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the bowl separate all the ground beef and roll into a ball. You can make any size of your desire.
1. Take out a non stick pan
2. Turn on the non stick pan heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot. Put in a bit of oil.
4. Put in 4-5 pieces of balls. Press each ground beef balls flat into a hamburger patty.
5. Cook each sides for 5 minutes with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster.)
6. When each hamburger steak is finish cooking, place it on a plate.
7. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the hamburger steak.
8. When all is done. Place it on the table.

Chinese green mustard vegetable soup with soft tofu and ground beef balls .

This is a Chinese green mustard vegetable soup with soft tofu and ground beef balls . It is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to make this soup from an slow cooker. Look at how beautiful the colour came out after making the soup.The Chinese green mustard vegetable from the water made it so greenly colour.
If you do no not have a slow cooker, you can make it from a soup pot. The Chinese green mustard vegetable can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
You can have this soup for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this soup would be with rice or noodles. You can take the Chinese green mustard vegetable, tofu and gound beef balls and have it with rice or noodles. Eating green vegetable is good for the eyes and body. I really like this soup a lot. Washing Chinese Mustard Green Vegetable:
1. Take the package of Chinese Mustard Green out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the Chinese Mustard Green.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it.
4. Take the Chinese Mustard Green out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each Chinese Mustard Green pieces apart. Use a knife and cut off the end hard part.
7. Open each Green mustard wide wash it in the water very clean, make sure there are no dirty stuff
in the vegetable.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. Take the end part of the mustard green on each hands. turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Cut the green mustard’s in half and separate the stems and leafs in two different strainer or bowl.
9. Fill the container with water and wash the green mustard 3-4 times and put it aside
(Note: make sure it is all clean and have no dirty stuff.)
10. Wash the stems 2-3 times and put it aside.

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. Put as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Put in garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce,and turmeric
4. Use a fork and mix everything well together.
5. Put some cornstarch and make sure everywhere is coated and mix all well
6. Put a lot of flour and coat everywhere and mix well.
7. When everything is all mix together and set it aside.

Making the ground beefs into a balls:
1. Take the bowl of marinated ground beefs
2. Take a spoon scoop up some ground beefs
3. Tilt the bowl and flip the spoon over, using the head of the spoon and roll it into a ball
from edge. Then move it back and forward a few times.
4. Each ball that is finish leave it in the bowl.
5. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the ground beefs balls.
6. When all is done set it a side.

Preparing the soft tofu
1.Take the soft tofu roll package. Cut the in hand slowly. Cut the 2 corners.
2. Slowly pour out the soft tofu into a mixing bowl
3. Directly, use a knife and slowly cut into pieces
(note: if you cut the soft tofu too hard, it will brake easily.)

Cooking the soup using a slow cooker:

1. Take out a slow cooker and fill up the pot with water
2. Peel the garlic’s and ginger’s skins. cut into pieces.
3. Put it into the slower cook. Turn on the slow cooker to cook
4. Wait for the water to boil.
5. When the water is boiling, add in the mustard green vegetable stems first and close the lid. Let it cook, until the water comes to a second time boiling.
6. When the water is boiling, add in the leaves mustard green vegetable and the soft tofu. boiling.
7. Leave the lid open because if you close the lid, the mustard green vegetable will become not so greenly.
8. When the water is boiling again, scoop up the mustard green vegetable into a bowl.
(Note: to prevent it from becoming not so greenly.)
9. Put in the ground beef balls slowly into the slow cooker.
(Note: Be careful the water is hot and does not splash on you.)
10. Once is boiling again turn off the heat.
12. Now the soup is ready to eat
