Baked 2 whiting fish topped with spices and onions

A baked 2-white fish topped with sliced onions is simple to make. You will have to clean the fish. Most of the time when you buy a frozen fish from a store, you will have to clean it. Put it in the pre-heat oven and bake it for 17 minutes. When it is done. Take it out of the oven and place it on the table. It is such simple and easy food to make. Once you make whiting fish a lot, you will know how fast and easy this salmon can be made.

Younger kids would need help from an adult picking the fish meat for them since it has bones in the fish. It is best to eat the whole fish on the same day fresh. Cleaning the whiting fish:
1. Take the package of frozen whiting fish out of the freezer.
2. Take out as many whiting fish as you need, put it in a bowl of warm water and soak the frozen redfish into the bowl to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.
(Note: If you are using the whole bag of fish, then soak the bag in warm water.)
3. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
4. Take the whiting fish out of the bowl.
(Note: If using the whole bag, open the bag with scissors and take the fish out of the bag.)
5. Wash the fish.
6. There are fins in the top and bottom. Use scissors and lift the fins.
7. Soak the fish in water for a bit.
8. Take the fish out of the bowl and cut all the fins off to prevent them from getting cut.
(Note: Cutting the fins off will be easier to clean the fish.
9. Take a knife and fish. At an angled knife, scrape off the scales everywhere on the fish.
(Note: Make sure the fish is clean without any scales.)
10. Take scissors and cut a straight line on the stomach almost to the middle.
11. Take out all the dirty stuff inside the stomach.
(Note: Make sure the fish is all clean inside.)
12. When it is all clean. Rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing inside.
13. When it’s all done. Rinse the fish again. Place it in a mixing bowl to get all the water out.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends.
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half.
3. Place the onion on the side and cut it into slice of pieces.
3. Place the sliced pieces of onions into a bowl and set them aside.

Marinating the Whiting fish:

1. Take a baking tray.
2. Put a parchment paper. Put a bit of oil.
3. Place the whiting fish on the baking tray.
4. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder, a bit of soya sauce and some spices on both sides.
5. Put some sliced onions on top of the salmon.

Baking the whiting fish:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 350F (180 degrees) until it is hot.
2. Put the baking tray of salmon into the a pre-heat oven.
3. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
4. When the time is ready, Take a pieces and taste to see if it’s ready. If it is not then you need to
cook it a bit longer.
5. Once you feel it is ready, You can leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat, to keep the
Whiting fish warm.
(Note: If you feel it’s not well-done then you can heat it in the microwave, to be sure it is properly cooked. Different
microwave wattage heatng time can be different.)
6. Once you are ready to eat, Use a kitchen mitten and take out the whiting fish and place
it on the table.
7. Enjoy.

Baked chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon

This is the 2nd time I baked a chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon. I decided to use two chicken tenderloins. I used the chicken tenderloin from the Giant Tiger brand. Looking at the chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon makes me very hungry.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the chicken tenderloin. Pre-heating the oven can save time in baking too long. Prepared a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake as much as you need. I baked 2 pieces of chicken tenderloin. This time I added oil on the baking sheet and spread it around the top and bottom. Then added some flour. Make sure it is coated everywhere. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, flip the chicken tenderloin over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
When you are ready to take it out. Use a tong and put all the chicken tenderloin onto a plate and place it on the table. When you want a piece, cut them into pieces. If you like, you can cut all the chicken tenderloin into pieces.

5. Put the frozen chicken tenderloin onto a baking tray,
6. Marinate some oil and flour on both side of the chicken tenderloin.
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken tenderloin for 30 minutes.
8. Every 10 minutes. Flip the chicken tenderloin over.
9. Bake the chicken tenderloin until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Take out the tray of chicken tenderloin. Place whole whole pieces on to a glass bowl.
11. Place 2 chicken tenderloin onto a cutting board and cut into pieces.
12. Put the chicken tenderloin pieces around the glass bowl.

Rose salmon topped with onions

Cleaning the rose salmon:

2. Put a parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and a bit of soya sauce on both sides.
4. Squeeze some lime juice on top of the salmon.
4. Put some onions on top of the salmon.

Baking the salmon:
3. Place the salmon on the baking tray,
4. Turn on the oven and pre-heat the oven at 350F (180 degrees) until it is hot.
5. Put the baking tray of salmon into the a pre-heat oven.
6. Bake it for 17 minutes.
7. When the time is ready, Sprinkle some green onions on top of the salmon.
(Note: You can leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat, to keep the salmon warm.)
8. Once you are ready to eat, Use a kitchen mitten and take out the tray of salmon and place
it on the table.
9. Enjoy.

Baked ready made chicken nuggets

These are the easiest ready-made chicken nuggets, you can just heat them up in the oven. They are fast and does not take long. It is the fastest way without having to make your homemade chicken nuggets. You can buy the frozen chicken nuggets at any stores.
When you are tired and do not want to make dinner and just have something fast. You can just heat up the chicken nuggets in the oven.
All you need to do is pre-heat the oven at 425F until the oven is hot. Take a package of chicken nuggets. Open the package. You can use a baking tray with parchment paper or round aluminum foil. Pour as many chicken nuggets that you will eat onto a baking tray or round aluminum foil. When the oven is hot, put the chicken nuggets into the oven and bake it at 425F for 15-20 minutes. Once it is ready, take it out. Take a wire rack and place it on the table. Place all the nuggets onto a wire rack to let it cool off. Once they cool off. It is ready to eat.
I like these chicken nuggets. It’s very delicious. You can have these chicken nuggets with ketchup, bbq sauce or honey mustard. You can also eat it like that without any sauce. You can also make a salad as a side dish that can go with some chicken nuggets. It will be so tasty and delicious.

This is a Greek pita pizza, it is simple and easy to make. Greek pita can be found at a Greek supermarket or any store that would sell Greek pita. It is fun to make your own pizza and put any kind of toppings on it. When you don’t have pizza dough. This can be another way of making pizza.
I decided to put leftover chicken tenderlion wrapped with bacon, but if you don’t like it, you can put regular ham, pepperoni or bacon. I also added some green onions, orange and red peppers to brighten the colours. Bake at 350f (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. It does not take long to bake. You can find the chicken tenderlion with bacon at a supermarket.
Kids and adults would love this Greek pita pizza. Kids can have fun creating their own pizza with their favourite toppings. Ingredients:
1 plate
1 Greek pita
7-8 pieces of chicken tenderloin
a bit of green onions
2 small orange and red peppers
some cheddar cheese.

Direction:
1. Preheat oven at 350F (180 degress) until you are ready to bake.
2. Take a greek pita and place it onto a plate.
3. Take out a jar of pergo pasta sauce. Take a spoon and scoop up some pasta sauce and spread it
all around the Greek pita.
4. In the fridge, take left over chicken tenderloin. tear off 7-8 pieces of chicken and spread it
all around.
(Note: If you don’t want to use Chicken tenderloin, you can use regular ham, pepperoni or bacon.)
5. In the fridge, take out the square package cheedar cheese and tear it into pieces. Spread the cheese everywhere.
5. In the fridge, take out 2 small orange and red peppers.
6. Cut the peppers in half and cut into small pieces and sprinkle some on top of the Greek pita.
7. In the fridge, take out a bit of green onions and chop into small pieces and place it
everywhere on the tortilla.
8. Put it in the preheat oven oven and bake it at 350F (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until it the cheese is all melted.
7. Once it is done, take it out and place it on the table.
8. Enjoy this awesome Greek Pita pizza.

Pork chops with breadcrumbs

This is the first time I baked pork chops with bread crumbs. I decided to bake the pork chops in the oven to try something new. When buying pork chops at the supermarket, I choose the pork that doesn’t have too much fat skin.
Marinating the pork chops will make the pork chops taste better. I put salt, garlic powder, soya sauce and flour. Mix it together. The flour needs to be coated everywhere. If you like eating spicy, you can marinate it spicy. I coat the pork chops with breadcrumbs to have a delicious taste of the pork chops.
Don’t forget to preheat the oven before baking the pork chops. It can help to bake faster. It all depends on what kind of food you will be baking.
When baking the pork chops, it will smell so good and make you very hungry. When baking the pork chops, it takes about 25-30 minutes. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork chops. If you cook them too long, it will become tough. I have the recipe for how to marinate and bake them.

2. Open the package, take as many pork chops as need.
3. Raise pork chops
4. Put the pork chops in a mixing bowl. If you find the pork chops are too big, you can cut them in halfor into pieces.
5. Marinate both sides with some salt, garlic powder, and pour some soya sauce. Use a tong and mix the pork chops.
6. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can put the pork chop package in the fridge the night before to defrost it. 

Baking process:

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put parchment paper on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the pork chops and coat it on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the pork chops.)
6. Place the pork chops on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the pork chops.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of pork chops in the oven.
9. Bake the porks chops for 25-30 minutes.
10. Half way through the baking process, flip the pork over.
10. When 30 minutes is up, open the oven and take a pieces of pork chop. Use a sisscors and cut the pork chop to see if there are any pink inside. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer.
(Note: Make sure you do not over bake the pork chop or it well become tough.)
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the pork chops out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the pork chops onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy this wonderful and delicious baked chicken legs.

Baked turkey meat

This is a baked turkey meat. The turkey meat is from turkey. I used the leftover turkey meat from the freezer. You have to take it out and defrost it in the microwave. Different microwave wattage defrosting time can be different.
I decided to marinate the turkey meat. I put some salt, garlic powder and soya sauce in it. I also added some flour to coat the turkey meat to have a better taste. I used a fork or a tong to mix everything well.
I pre-heat the oven until it is hot. I take a baking tray and place a parchment paper on top. I used a tong and put the marinated turkey meat on the baking tray. Once the oven is hot, I put the baking try of turkey meat into the oven and bake it for 18 minutes.
The turkey meat smells so good when baking in the oven. It will make you feel hungry. It will taste so good and delicious. When the turkey meat is done baking. Take out the tray of turkey meat. Place the turkey meat onto a cutting board and cut into pieces. Take a glass plate and place all the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.

3. Put the turkey meat onto the baking tray.
4. Put the tray of turkey meat into a preheat oven and bake for 18 minutes.
5. When it is ready, take out the turkey meat and set it side.

Making the plate of turkey meat:
1. Take a glass plate.
2. Put the turkey meat on a cutting board.
3. Cut the turkey into pieces.
4. Place the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.
5. Now you have a plate of baked turkey meat.

Panko-crusted baked chicken legs

Tasty panko-crusted baked chicken legs coming from an oven smell, so good when it is baking in the oven. You can see the juice dripping onto the tray. If you keep an eye on the chicken legs, you can see the chicken legs changing into golden brown. I decided to coat it with bread crumbs and bake the chicken legs to have a tasty and delicious juicy meat inside.
Cleaning the chicken legs is very simple than cleaning a whole chicken. I marinated the chicken legs the night before to have a better flavour texture. If you like, you can marinate the chicken legs, the day you will eat them.

The meat, and the juice, that you can mix in with the baked chicken. You can also eat these baked chicken legs with a side dish of vegetables or salad.

Cleaning the chicken legs:
1. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
2. Take three chicken legs out of the package.
3. Wash the chicken legs.
4. Take scissors and cut some fat skins off the chicken legs.
5. Cut off the end part of the bone.
6. Take all the dirty stuff out of the chicken.
7. Rinse the chicken legs.
8. If you still see dirty, clean it some more.
9. Put some salt all around the chicken.
10. Rub it all around, so it would not stink.
11. Rinse the chickens again.
12. Put the chicken in a mixing bowl to let the water out.
13. If you already have chicken legs in the freezer, take out the frozen chicken legs and put them in the microwave to defrost.
(Note: Different microwave wattage and defrost time can be different.)

Marinate the chicken legs:
(Prepare the night before or the day you will eat)
1. Take the bowl of chicken legs.
2. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and ginger powder. Mix with a tong.
3. Pour a bit of light soya sauce and mix with a tong.
(Note: Make sure all the chicken legs mix evenly.)
When the chicken legs are mixed, put them in the fridge to use the next day. (Note: Marinating the chicken legs the day before will have a better taste of the texture flavour.) 

Baking process:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put aluminum foil on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the chicken legs and coat on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the chicken legs.)
6. Place the chicken legs on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the chicken legs.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of chicken legs in the oven.
9. Bake the chicken legs for 45 minutes.
10. When 45 minutes is up, open the oven and check if there is any blood coming out. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer. If you want to make sure it is ready, you can bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the chicken legs out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the chicken legs onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. If you see some parts are not well done, you can put them in the microwave and heat them up
