Greek pita pizza

This is a Greek pita pizza, it is simple and easy to make. Greek pita can be found at a Greek supermarket or any store that would sell Greek pita. It is fun to make your own pizza and put any kind of toppings on it. When you don’t have pizza dough. This can be another way of making pizza.
I decided to put leftover chicken tenderlion wrapped with bacon, but if you don’t like it, you can put regular ham, pepperoni or bacon. I also added some green onions, orange and red peppers to brighten the colours. Bake at 350f (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. It does not take long to bake. You can find the chicken tenderlion with bacon at a supermarket.

Ingredients:
1 plate
1 Greek pita
7-8 pieces of chicken tenderloin
a bit of green onions
2 small orange and red peppers
some cheddar cheese.

Direction:
1. Preheat oven at 350F (180 degress) until you are ready to bake.
2. Take a greek pita and place it onto a plate.
3. Take out a jar of pergo pasta sauce. Take a spoon and scoop up some pasta sauce and spread it
all around the Greek pita.
4. In the fridge, take left over chicken tenderloin. tear off 7-8 pieces of chicken and spread it
all around.
(Note: If you don’t want to use Chicken tenderloin, you can use regular ham, pepperoni or bacon.)
5. In the fridge, take out the square package cheedar cheese and tear it into pieces. Spread the cheese everywhere.
5. In the fridge, take out 2 small orange and red peppers.
6. Cut the peppers in half and cut into small pieces and sprinkle some on top of the Greek pita.
7. In the fridge, take out a bit of green onions and chop into small pieces and place it
everywhere on the tortilla.
8. Put it in the preheat oven oven and bake it at 350F (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until it the cheese is all melted.
7. Once it is done, take it out and place it on the table.

Pork chops with breadcrumbs

This is the first time I baked pork chops with bread crumbs. I decided to bake the pork chops in the oven to try something new. When buying pork chops at the supermarket, I choose the pork that doesn’t have too much fat skin.
Marinating the pork chops will make the pork chops taste better. I put salt, garlic powder, soya sauce and flour. Mix it together. The flour needs to be coated everywhere. If you like eating spicy, you can marinate it spicy. I coat the pork chops with breadcrumbs to have a delicious taste of the pork chops.
Don’t forget to preheat the oven before baking the pork chops. It can help to bake faster. It all depends on what kind of food you will be baking.
When baking the pork chops, it will smell so good and make you very hungry. When baking the pork chops, it takes about 25-30 minutes. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork chops. If you cook them too long, it will become tough. I have the recipe for how to marinate and bake them.

Marinate the pork chops:
1. Take a package of pork chops
2. Open the package, take as many pork chops as need.
3. Raise pork chops
4. Put the pork chops in a mixing bowl. If you find the pork chops are too big, you can cut them in halfor into pieces.
5. Marinate both sides with some salt, garlic powder, and pour some soya sauce. Use a tong and mix the pork chops.
6. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can put the pork chop package in the fridge the night before to defrost it. 

Baking process:

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put parchment paper on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the pork chops and coat it on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the pork chops.)
6. Place the pork chops on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the pork chops.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of pork chops in the oven.
9. Bake the porks chops for 25-30 minutes.
10. Half way through the baking process, flip the pork over.
10. When 30 minutes is up, open the oven and take a pieces of pork chop. Use a sisscors and cut the pork chop to see if there are any pink inside. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer.
(Note: Make sure you do not over bake the pork chop or it well become tough.)
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the pork chops out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the pork chops onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy this wonderful and delicious baked chicken legs.

Baked turkey meat

This is a baked turkey meat. The turkey meat is from turkey. I used the leftover turkey meat from the freezer. You have to take it out and defrost it in the microwave. Different microwave wattage defrosting time can be different.
I decided to marinate the turkey meat. I put some salt, garlic powder and soya sauce in it. I also added some flour to coat the turkey meat to have a better taste. I used a fork or a tong to mix everything well.
I pre-heat the oven until it is hot. I take a baking tray and place a parchment paper on top. I used a tong and put the marinated turkey meat on the baking tray. Once the oven is hot, I put the baking try of turkey meat into the oven and bake it for 18 minutes.
The turkey meat smells so good when baking in the oven. It will make you feel hungry. It will taste so good and delicious. When the turkey meat is done baking. Take out the tray of turkey meat. Place the turkey meat onto a cutting board and cut into pieces. Take a glass plate and place all the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.
Kids and adults would love this dish a lot. This is such a delicious plate of turkey meat. You can have this for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this dish is rice or noodles. I like this dish a lot. If you have never baked turkey meat in an oven before, you can give it a try.

Preparing the turkey meat:

Marinating the turkey meat:
1. Take a tong and put the turkey meat into a mixing bowl.
2. Put some salt and garlic powder. Use a fork and mix it well.
3. Put a bit of oil and soya sauce and mix well.
4. Coat the turkey meat with some flour everywhere and mix until you see no more flour.
5. When it is all marinated. Set the bowl aside.

Baking the turkey meat:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F (175 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take a baking tray. Put a parchment paper.
3. Put the turkey meat onto the baking tray.
4. Put the tray of turkey meat into a preheat oven and bake for 18 minutes.
5. When it is ready, take out the turkey meat and set it side.

Making the plate of turkey meat:
1. Take a glass plate.
2. Put the turkey meat on a cutting board.
3. Cut the turkey into pieces.
4. Place the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.
5. Now you have a plate of baked turkey meat.

Panko-crusted baked chicken legs

Baked turkey with a bowl of gravy sauce

This is a 14-pound turkey. The size of the turkey is kind of big. It’s simple to bake, but the cooking time takes longer. Putting some potatoes and onions around the turkey can make it nicer. I put some aluminum foil on the wings and drumsticks to prevent it from getting burned.
When cutting the turkey, the knife has to be slanted at an angle to have a perfect piece of turkey. I prefer eating dark meat because it tastes good.
Making the gravy sauce is very simple. You can use the turkey sauce from the turkey and cook it in the slow cooker. You will need to make the cornstarch mix in the water. Pour it in the slow cooker and mix the sauce until it thickens and boils up, which means it is ready. Now you made a gravy sauce.
Kids and adults would love this turkey. The best time to bake the turkey is early in the morning. You can have the turkey for lunch or dinner. The taste of the meat is good. The best combination that goes well with this turkey is rice. With the turkey and sauce, you can mix in the rice. You can also make a turkey sandwich with some gravy sauce and a bowl of salad on the side. I like this turkey a lot.
If you know you will not finish it in 2-3 days, you can freeze it in the freezer and take it out to defrost when you eat it. Try making the turkey, you will have a lot to eat.

Direction:
(Turkey needs to be in the fridge to unfreeze for 2-3 days.)
Cleaning the turkey:
1. Take the turkey out of the fridge and place it in the sink.
2. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
3. Take a pair of kitchen scissors and open the package of the turkey.
4. Open the turkey body-wide. Take the bag of hearts out of the turkey.
5. Check if there is any dirty stuff inside the turkey. If there are, remove them.
6. Rinse the turkey.
7. Put some salt and rub it around the turkey.
8. Place the turkey on a strainer with a container over it.
9. Remove the plastic holder from the turkey.
10. Set the turkey aside.

Preparation:
1. In the bag, take out 3-4 onions and Peel the onion skin.
2. Take a slice cutter and cut into thin round pieces directly into a bowl.
3. Take 4-5 potatoes out of the bag and put them in a bowl.
4. Wash each potatoes.
5. Take a potato knife peeler and peel all the potatoes skins.
(Note: Make sure all the potatoes are peeled nice and clean.)
6. Each potatoes that are peeled, put in a bowl.
7. When they are all finished peeling. Soak all the potatoes in the bowl for 2-3 minutes.
8. Take the bowl of potatoes and pour the water out into the sink.
9. Take the potatoes and cut them into chunk pieces, but not too small. Just the right size and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take out a rectangular roasting pan.
2. Put the turkey on the rectangular roasting pan.
3. Put some potatoes around the roasting pan.
4. Put some slices of round onions on top of the turkey and around the pan.
5. Take some aluminum foil and wrap it around the wings and the drum stick to prevent it from burning.
6. Preheat the oven at 350f (190 degrees) for 10 minutes or until the oven is hot.
7. When the oven is hot, place the turkey into the oven and bake for 3-4 hours.
(Note: different size of the turkey, baking time can be different.)
8. When 3 hours are up. Put on a pair of kitchen mittens and open the oven. Take the turkey out.
Use a knife and insert it into the turkey. If blood comes out, it means it is not ready. You need to bake it for another 1 hour.
9. Once it is ready, insert the knife again. If there is no blood, the turkey is ready. Turn the heat off.
Use kitchen mittens and open the oven.Take the turkey out and place it on the table.

Craving the turkey process:
1. Take a knife, a fork and some glass tupperwares.
2. Remove all the potatoes and onions and put them into a bowl.
3. Use a kitchen soup spoon and scoop up all the sauce into a bowl.
4. Take a knife and cut off the wings and the drumsticks. Place it into a tupperware.
5. Put the knife at the slanted angle and cut all the turkey meat into pieces. Put it into a tupperwares.
6. When all done cutting, close the lid and put it in the fridge. If you know you will not finish it in 2-3 days, you can freeze it in the freezer and take it out to defrost when you eat it.

Slower cooker- making the gravy sauce:
1. Take out a slow cooker. Plugin the power.
2. Put some turkey sauce bowl into the slow cooker.
3. Turn on to rice cook
4. Stir the turkey sauce a bit.
5. In the cupboard, take out a bowl. Put some cornstarch and some water.
Mix together.
6. While stirring the cornstarch, pour a bit into the slow cooker turkey sauce.
7. Take a spatula and stir the turkey sauce a bit until it thickens.
8. If you feel the turkey sauce is not thicken, then you need to add a bit more of the cornstarch mixture.
It will make the sauce taste and look better.
9. Leave the lid open and let it cook until the sauce boils.
10. Once it’s boiling, use a spatula and stir to see if it’s thickened. If not, then you need to add more of the cornstarch mixture and mix.
11. Once the turkey sauce thickens, that means it is ready.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and set it aside.
12. Now you have a gravy sauce.

Making a plate of turkey:
1. In the cupboard, take out a plate.
2. Take a tong and put some turkey meat on the plate. You can choose the white or dark meat of your desire.
3. Pour the gravy sauce on the top of the turkey.
4. On the side, you can have some potatoes.
5. Enjoy this plate of turkey with potatoes.


Ready made Stampede pork button bones ribs just bake in oven

These stampedes of pork button bones ribs are very good. It is easy to make, and it does not take long. A long day at work and you do not want to cook a lot, you can buy these stampedes of pork bones ribs.

This is a mini tortilla pizza, it is simple and easy to make. It is fun to make your own pizza and put any kind of toppings on it. When you don’t have pizza dough. Ingredients:
1 plate
1 mini tortilla
4-5 pieces of Vietnamese ham (optional ) or ham and bacon
a bit of parsley
Some Swiss Cheese
Some mozzarella Cheese

4. In the fridge take out some Swiss cheese and sprinkle some on top of the tortilla.
5. Take some mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some on top of the tortilla.
6. Put it in the oven and bake it at 350F (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until it the cheese is all melted.
7. Once all the cheese are melted, take it out and place it on the table.

Microwave bake potato with mozzarella cheese

These bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese are very delicious and easy to make. Making it from a microwave take less then 20 minutes and you can have these potato in no time. It all depends on how many potatoes you want to make and eat. The time may vary. I decide to put some cheese and spices on the top to make it more look good and tasty.
All you need to do is put a big potato in a bowl with some water that can almost cover the potato. Put in the microwave and heat it up from both sides for 5 minute. Use a knife and poke the potatoes and if you feel it is still tender and also the inside middle, heat it up for another 1 minute. Once it is ready, pour out the water in the sink. Then cut the middle and peel a bit of the side skin open to put some cheese and spices on it. Heat it up for 30 seconds, for the cheese to melt completely.
kids and adults would love this bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese on top. You can have these potato for lunch or dinner. This is a fast bake potato with cheese, you can make in the microwave. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 big potato
1 bowl
1 tong
1 knife
1 grant (to grant the cheese)
cutting board
some cold water
Mozzarella cheese ( you can use any kind of cheese)
spices for the taste (optional)

Direction:
1. Take a big potato in a bag.
2. Place the big potato in a bowl and put as much cold water that can over the potato
3. Put it in the microwave and cover the bowl.
4. Heat the potato for 10 minutes.
5. When the potato is at 5 minutes, stop the microwave. Open the microwave and take
lid off. You will see the water boiling up.
6. Take a tong and turn the potato over
7. Continue to microwave the potato for another 5 minutes.
8. When the microwave stops, take the bowl of big potato and pour the water out into the sink.
9. Use a knife and cut the potato in half, but not all the way.
(note: if the middle inside is still hard, put a soup spoon that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle. Heat it up for another 1 minute.)
10. In the fridge take out mozzarella cheese. Place it on a cutting board. Use a grant and grant
as many pieces as you need in the potato.
11. Sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese in the middle of the potato. Then add some spices on the potato for it to taste good
12. Put the same soup spoon, that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle, so that the cheese can be melt properly and evenly. Put in the microwave and cover it with a lid. Heat it up for 30 seconds. Take the lid off and if the cheese is melted. that mean it is ready.
13. Take the potato out of the microwave and transfer it into a plate.
14. Now you can eat. Enjoy!!!!

Homemade Pizza (medium and Large)

This is the second time I make pizza and it is an easiest pizza to makes. All you need to do is mix it all together and then knead until smooth for 10 minutes until smooth and raise for 1 hour and a half in. then cut it in half and Shape the dough in a pizza shape. remember to poke holes on the dough before putting the topping or else there will be bubbles while cooking. You and your kids can decorate the pizza dough the way you desire. It will come out nice and tasty and everyone will like it. Try the recipe and enjoy!!

500 gram of flour to make 2 pizza (one large and a medium) (note: You can add more flour to make a bigger pizza)
4-5 gram of instant yeast
1 teaspoon and a half of sugar
1 tsp of salt
30 gram of oil
300 gram of cold water
if you need more water you can add some by bit by bit at a time.

Direction:
1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 500g of all purpose flour,  5g of instant yeast, 1 and a half teaspoon of sugar, 30g of oil and add in 300g of cold water

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. If the dough is dry you can add a bit by bit cold water, until you do not feel any dryness when you mix.

5. Knead the dough with your hands in the bowl, until you form a ball and if it is sticky, you can add some flour to your hands to take out some sticky pieces.

6. continue to knead until it is not sticky and become smooth for 10 minutes.

7. fold in the ball like you close a book for a 5-6 times. Then put it in a bowl and put some oil around the dough.

8. wrap the bowl with plastic paper so it will not get dry and let it set and raise for 1 and a half hours or until double the size.

9. When the dough is finish raising take dough and cut it in half. Use your fingers around the dough and spread the dough apart. Then use a rolling pin to try to shape it round a bit. Take the round dough and use your hands and toss it side ways back and forward a few seconds.

10. place the dough on a pizza tray and spread it round on the pizza tray with your hands.

9. use a fork and poke holes so there are no air bubble while baking.

10. You can spread tomato sauce around the dough, add shredded cheese, and mint herbs. (note: You can put what ever ingredients you desire and like in the pizza dough)

11. preheat oven at 450f for 10-12 mintues

12. Repeat the same steps for the second pizza dough.

12. When the preheat is done. Take the pizza pan and place in the oven and bake for 13-16 min until the bottom is slightly golden brown and the cheese are melted perfectly. (note: if you like it crispy and will eat it all tonight bake it for 20 min) for a medium. For a large pizza bake it for 19-20 minutes until the bottom slightly golden brown and the cheese are melted perfectly.

13. Transfer to a wire rake and let it cool. If you let it hot you can eat it right away.

14. slice into triangle pizza pieces with kitchen scissors or a pizza knife.
