Microwave bake potato with mozzarella cheese

These bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese are very delicious and easy to make. Making it from a microwave take less then 20 minutes and you can have these potato in no time. It all depends on how many potatoes you want to make and eat. The time may vary. I decide to put some cheese and spices on the top to make it more look good and tasty.
All you need to do is put a big potato in a bowl with some water that can almost cover the potato. Put in the microwave and heat it up from both sides for 5 minute. Use a knife and poke the potatoes and if you feel it is still tender and also the inside middle, heat it up for another 1 minute. Once it is ready, pour out the water in the sink. Then cut the middle and peel a bit of the side skin open to put some cheese and spices on it. Heat it up for 30 seconds, for the cheese to melt completely.
kids and adults would love this bake potatoes with mozzarella cheese on top. You can have these potato for lunch or dinner. This is a fast bake potato with cheese, you can make in the microwave. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 big potato
1 bowl
1 tong
1 knife
1 grant (to grant the cheese)
cutting board
some cold water
Mozzarella cheese ( you can use any kind of cheese)
spices for the taste (optional)

Direction:
1. Take a big potato in a bag.
2. Place the big potato in a bowl and put as much cold water that can over the potato
3. Put it in the microwave and cover the bowl.
4. Heat the potato for 10 minutes.
5. When the potato is at 5 minutes, stop the microwave. Open the microwave and take
lid off. You will see the water boiling up.
6. Take a tong and turn the potato over
7. Continue to microwave the potato for another 5 minutes.
8. When the microwave stops, take the bowl of big potato and pour the water out into the sink.
9. Use a knife and cut the potato in half, but not all the way.
(note: if the middle inside is still hard, put a soup spoon that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle. Heat it up for another 1 minute.)
10. In the fridge take out mozzarella cheese. Place it on a cutting board. Use a grant and grant
as many pieces as you need in the potato.
11. Sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese in the middle of the potato. Then add some spices on the potato for it to taste good
12. Put the same soup spoon, that can be put in the microwave to hold the potato together in the middle, so that the cheese can be melt properly and evenly. Put in the microwave and cover it with a lid. Heat it up for 30 seconds. Take the lid off and if the cheese is melted. that mean it is ready.
13. Take the potato out of the microwave and transfer it into a plate.
14. Now you can eat. Enjoy!!!!

Homemade Pizza (medium and Large)

This is the second time I make pizza and it is an easiest pizza to makes. All you need to do is mix it all together and then knead until smooth for 10 minutes until smooth and raise for 1 hour and a half in. then cut it in half and Shape the dough in a pizza shape. remember to poke holes on the dough before putting the topping or else there will be bubbles while cooking. You and your kids can decorate the pizza dough the way you desire. It will come out nice and tasty and everyone will like it. Try the recipe and enjoy!!

ingredients:
500 gram of flour to make 2 pizza (one large and a medium) (note: You can add more flour to make a bigger pizza)
4-5 gram of instant yeast
1 teaspoon and a half of sugar
1 tsp of salt
30 gram of oil
300 gram of cold water
if you need more water you can add some by bit by bit at a time.

Direction:
1. use a scale and measure all your ingredients before starting and
set it aside.

2. Use a clean bowl and add 500g of all purpose flour,  5g of instant yeast, 1 and a half teaspoon of sugar, 30g of oil and add in 300g of cold water

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. If the dough is dry you can add a bit by bit cold water, until you do not feel any dryness when you mix.

5. Knead the dough with your hands in the bowl, until you form a ball and if it is sticky, you can add some flour to your hands to take out some sticky pieces.

6. continue to knead until it is not sticky and become smooth for 10 minutes.

7. fold in the ball like you close a book for a 5-6 times. Then put it in a bowl and put some oil around the dough.

8. wrap the bowl with plastic paper so it will not get dry and let it set and raise for 1 and a half hours or until double the size.

9. When the dough is finish raising take dough and cut it in half. Use your fingers around the dough and spread the dough apart. Then use a rolling pin to try to shape it round a bit. Take the round dough and use your hands and toss it side ways back and forward a few seconds.

10. place the dough on a pizza tray and spread it round on the pizza tray with your hands.

9. use a fork and poke holes so there are no air bubble while baking.

10. You can spread tomato sauce around the dough, add shredded cheese, and mint herbs. (note: You can put what ever ingredients you desire and like in the pizza dough)

11. preheat oven at 450f for 10-12 mintues

12. Repeat the same steps for the second pizza dough.

12. When the preheat is done. Take the pizza pan and place in the oven and bake for 13-16 min until the bottom is slightly golden brown and the cheese are melted perfectly. (note: if you like it crispy and will eat it all tonight bake it for 20 min) for a medium. For a large pizza bake it for 19-20 minutes until the bottom slightly golden brown and the cheese are melted perfectly.

13. Transfer to a wire rake and let it cool. If you let it hot you can eat it right away.

14. slice into triangle pizza pieces with kitchen scissors or a pizza knife.

13. It’s ready to eat and enjoy!!!!

Homemade pizza (2 small pizza)

This is an easiest pizza to makes. All you need is mix. knead and put in the fridge overnight in a double ziplock bag with oil inside. The next day when ready take it out cut in half if you want 2 small pizza and raise for 1 hour and a half in 2 sperate clean bowls. Shape the dough in a pizza shape. remember to poke holes on the dough before putting the topping or else there will be bubbles while cooking. You and your kids can decorate the pizza dough the way you desire. It will come out nice and tasty and everyone will like it. Try the recipe and enjoy!!

3. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon and stir in the middle to form a dough as much as you can.

4. If the dough is try you can add a bit by bit cold water, until you do not feel any dryness when you mix.

5. Knead the dough with your hands in the bowl, until you form a ball and it is not sticky.

6. fold in the ball like you close a book for a 5-6 times, so it will raise better.

6. Put oil around the ball dough. Put oil in the ziplock bag and place the p ball dough in the bag and seal it. Then take another bag and put it over it and seal the bag. place it in the fridge overnight

7. When you are ready to use the dough the next day, take out the dough from the fridge. you will see the bag puffy. Use a knife to pop the air out. Take the dough out of the bag and use a clean cutting board and cut the dough in half. Place the dough on each clean bowl and let it sit and raise for 1-1 and a half hour.

8. When the dough is finish raising take one dough and take a pizza tray. Spread the dough out like a round pizza shape.

9. use a fork and poke holes so there are no air bubble while baking.

10. You can spread tomato sauce around the dough, add shredded cheese, and mint herbs. (note: You can put what ever ingredients you desire and like in the pizza dough)

11. preheat oven at 450f for 10-12 mintues

Two Frozen Wild Salmon

This is an easiest frozen wild salmon fish to make. It’s not that hard to clean and marinate.  The Salmon is very good and very tasty. It does not take long to bake in the oven. Just be careful if there are bones inside. Once you eat it, you will like this salmon fish a lot. This salmon goes well with rice, with all the juice inside. Trying this frozen wild salmon recipe and I think you will enjoy.



Direction
1. Defrost the two Frozen Salmon Fish for about 1hour.
2. Put on the washing dishes gloves.
3. Take the two salmon fish out of the package
4. wash the two fish then scrape off all the scale on the fish with a knife.
5. Take a knife and put it on a side angle and cut of the skin.
6. wash the Salmon fishes and put it on a plate
7. Take a baking pan
8. Put some aluminum foil on the baking pan and then parchment paper.
9. Lay the two wild frozen salmon fish on the baking pan.
10. Marinate the two salmon fishes
11. Put some soya sauce, onion powder, salt, corn starch, and garlic powder
12. For each sauce you marinate please spread it around.
13. repeat the same thing for the other side.
14. repeat the same thing for the other fish for both sides.
15. Cut up some pieces of red pepper and onions ( the way you desire)
16. spread it on the top of both salmon fishes evenly.
17. Preheat the oven at 350 until it is hot
18. Place the baking pan salmon in the oven and cook it for 17 min.
19. Make sure you are cooking it at 350.
18. When it is ready take it out.
