Ready made pan fried meatballs

These meatballs are simple to make. When pan-frying, the meatballs you do not have to put any oil since there is oil on the meatballs already. I like eating meatballs, and they are so good. Direction:
1. Take out a non-stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer, take out the package of meatballs
3. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
4. When the pan is hot, do not put any oil on the pan since the meatballs have oil on them already.
5. Use a tong and take out as many meatballs onto the frying fan.
6. Turn the heat to high.
7. Put some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water is dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the meatballs will not stick on the pan.
11. Once the water is all dried up. Pan-fried the meatballs until they are golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the meatballs or they will get burn.)
12. When you see some that are slightly golden brown, that means they are ready.
13. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put the rest of the meatballs onto a glass bowl
one by one.
13. If you see some on the bottom or not golden brown, you can place it back on the frypan and
cook for a few seconds. When you see slightly golden brown, it is ready.

Italian Sausage

This is Italian sausages, very delicious and simple to make. You can buy these Italian sausages at any supermarket. There are many different kinds of Italian sausage. I choose the one that is a bit spicy. If you do not like spicy sausage, you can use regular Italian sausage.
To make the Italian sausages, all you need to do is take a package of Italian sausage out of the freezer. Open the package and take as many as you need to eat and place it in a strainer.
Take a frying pan. Put a bit of water and turn the heat to medium-low. Put the sausages into the frying pan. When the water starts boiling, turn the heat to low. Boil until the water is all dried up. Once the water is all dried up, fry the sausages on both sides for 10 minutes or until you see both sides are golden brown on medium-low. Once golden brown, that is how you know they are ready. To ensure it is cooked properly, give it another 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on the sausages and make sure they do not get burnt. Once they are ready, place it onto a plate and set it on the table.
Kids and adults would love this Italian sausage. They are a bit spicy, but you can buy the non-spicy kind. You can have this for lunch or dinner. 12. Use a tong and put all the sausages on to a plate and set it on the table.

Shrimp with garlic and onions

These stir-fried shrimps are simple to make. When making these shrimps, I use the mid-size shrimps. When buying shrimps from a supermarket. They come in different sizes and brands. I decided to use the mid-size shrimps.
Making these shrimps is fast and easy. All you need to do is take a package of shrimp from the freezer, open the package and take out as many pieces of shrimps you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the shrimp. Put some salt on the shrimp to clean the fresh smell out of the shrimp and rinse until you see no more bubble. Open the water and soak the shrimp in running water for 10-15 minutes. When there is no more not a fresh smell. You can start to use the shrimp.
I cook the shrimps because they cook fast. I decided not to remove the shells. If you like, you can remove the shells. When cooking the shrimp, you can put seasoning of your preference because some people might like it spicy and others might not. I put some dice of onions and blended garlic with the shrimps to pan-fried it. Pan-fried the shrimp on each side until they are well-done. Do not overcook the shrimp, or it will not taste good. Once done, place it onto a plate.
Kids and adults would love these pan fried shrimps. They are very delicious and easy to make. If you are allergic to shrimps, I will not recommend making this dish. You can have these shrimps with rice or noodles. It will make a good combination and taste so good. You can also add some of your favorite vegetables. Adding vegetables can have more stuff to eat in the rice or noodles. If you have never pan-fried shrimp. You can try making this dish. If you make a lot, you can have it throughout the day. Preparing the shrimp:
1. Take the package of shrimp out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and pour out as many shrimps as you need to cook on a strainer.

Preparing the onion and garlic:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a mid-size blender and blend the garlic.
6. Put it into a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the some blended garlic and onions into the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of shrimps into the large pan.
6. Stir 2-4 times.
(Note: Keep an eye on the shrimps because they cook fast.)
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and put some light soya sauce and stir to mix
8. Turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Let the shrimp sit on the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
10. Turn the shrimps over. Continue cooking until they are well done.
11. When the shrimps are well done. Turn the heat off.
12. Use a tong and put all the shrimps onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Basa steak pangasius with coriander on the side

This is a frozen basa steak pangasius, very easy to make. It does not take long. When you buy the frozen basa steak pangasius, you do not need to scrap off the scales or clean. Most of the time it is clean. Ensure it is properly clean without any dirty stuff.
If it does not have a fresh smell on the basa steak, you will have to remove the skin. Marinate it with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, soy sauce and turmeric. For each sauce, toss the bowl to mix. In the non-stick frying pan, Pan fried the basa steak pangasius until both sides are golden brown. When you insert a tooth pick lighly into the basa pangasius and it goes through, that means it is ready. Place basa pangasis onto a plate. Take some coriander. Wash the coriander clean. Rinse the coriander and place it on the side plate corner plate, to look beautiful.
When it is pan-fried, it is very delicious and tastes so good. Some people might not like the basa steak pangasius, but if you don’t try it, you will never know whether you like it or not.
When eating this fish, be careful because there are bones in it. The meats are very good. You can have this fish for lunch or dinner. You can have the basa steak pangasius, with fries and a bowl of salad. It is best to eat the pangasius fish on the same day fresh. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Preparation:
1. In the freezer, take out the basa steak pangasius
2. Take the package of basa steak pangasius and put it in a bowl of warm water, soak the frozen package into the mixing bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
4. Take the package of basa steak pangasius out of the mixing bowl. Open the package, put all the basa steak pangasius into a mixing bowl.
5. Remove any dirty stuff inside the basa steak pangasius and rinse it.
(Note: make sure it is clean without any dirty stuff.)
6. If you smell any, not fresh, you can rinse the basa steak with hot water for a bit. Then remove the skins. (If there is no unfresh smell, you can skip this step).
7. Rinse the basa steak pangasius, put it into a mixing bowl and set it aside.

Marinate the basa steak pangasius:
1. Take the mixing bowl of steak pangasius.
2. Sprinkle some salt, a lot of garlic powder. Toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
3. Sprinkle a bit of the ginger powder and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
4. Sprinkle some turmeric and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
5. Put in some soya sauce and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
(Note: tossing the mixing bowl to mix so that you do not need to use any utensils.
6. When the basa steak pangasius is all mixed, set it aside.

Cooking process:
1.In the cupboard, take out a non-stick frying pan. Place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
3. When the frying pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Take a tong and place all the basa steak pangasius standing upwards into the frying pan.
5. Pan fry the around the skins until golden brown.
6. Turn the heat to low.
7. When the skin is golden brown, Put all the basa pangasius flat on the frying pan.
8. Close the lid. Wait until golden brown.
7. Open the lid. Take a tong and check on the basa pangasius if it is golden brown. Once it is golden brown, take a tong and flip it to the other side. If it’s not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. Repeat the same step on the other side.
9. Take a knife and insert each basa steak to make sure it is not frozen.
10. If it is frozen you need to turn it on each side to cook until it is not frozen.
(Note: if you already know it is not frozen and you have already removed the skins you can skip this step.)
11. Take a toothpick and lightly insert it in the basa pangasius. If it goes through and both sides are golden brown, that means it is ready.
12. When it is ready, take a tong, put all the basa steak pangasius onto a plate and place it onto a table.
13. In the fridge, take some coriander. Wash and rinse and place it on the side place to look nice.
14. Enjoy.

Spinach omelette

An omelette with spinach is very simple to make. I decided to use frozen spinach to mix in with the egg mixture. I pan fry the spinach until they are almost done. I added the egg mixture with the spinach. Pan-fried on one side until there is no more egg mixture. Flip it to the other and cook until there is no more egg mixture. I cut the omelette into big chunks of pieces. Cook until it is well done. Make sure do not over cook the omelette or it will get burn.
Look at how beautiful the dish came out after stir-frying from the frying pan. It is very colourful, and the spinach with scrambled eggs makes a good combination dish. I like this dish a lot.
Kids and adults would love this dish a lot. You can have this for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this dish is rice. The omelette with spinach that you mix in with the rice. Very delicious and tasty. The easiest dish that you can try and make. Enjoy.

Preparation of the spinach:
1. In the freezer, take out the package of frozen spinach.
2. In the package, take as much spinach as needed to cook and place it onto a strainer.
3. Close the package of spinach and place it back into the freezer.
4. Rinse the spinach and put it over a bowl so the water will not drip everywhere. Then set it aside.

Preparing the eggs:
1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge.
2. Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour a bit of milk to make the eggs smoother.
4. Beat the eggs using a teeth knife and mix well.
(Note: using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices. Then cut it into small pieces.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard, and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onion and stir until done.
5. Take the frozen spinach strainer and put the spinach into the frying pan. Close the lid and let it cook by itself until the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying-pan.
6. Open the lid. Once the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying pan, stir the spinach.
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soy sauce. Stir to mix.
8. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low.
9. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit.
10. Open the lid and when you see no more egg mixture liquid, use a cooking spatula and cut the spinach with
scramble eggs into chuck pieces and flip it over.
(Note: keep an eye on the eggs because they cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
11. Let it cook until no more egg mixture liquid. Let it cook for a few seconds.
12. Once done, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and spinach into a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Ready made pan fried Vegetable and chicken dumplings

It is the 2nd time I pan-fried ready-made vegetable and chicken dumplings. You can buy ready-made dumplings at a Chinese supermarket or anywhere that sells dumplings. They come in many varieties of dumpings. I chose the vegetable and chicken dumplings.
I like eating dumplings, and they are so good. Look at how nice it came out golden brown from the frying pan. It is very delicious, and I like it a lot.
Kids and adults would love these dumplings a lot. When eating these dumplings, you can dip the sauce in Chinese vinegar, soya sauce or chilli sauce whichever you choose as your desire. You can have these dumplings for lunch, dinner or for a snack. These are the amazing dumplings that you should get and try making it. Enjoy.

Direction:
1. Take out a non stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer take out the package of vegetable and chicken dumplings
3. Turn on the heat to low medium.
4. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
5. Use a tong and take out as many dumplings that you will eat and place it on the fry fan.
6. Separate them apart and let it cook for a few seconds.
7. Add some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water are dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the dumplings will not stick on the pan.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the dumplings or else it will get burn.)
11. When you see some that are slightly golden brown at the bottom, place it on a plate.
11. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put the rest of the dumplings on the plate
one by one.

Napa cabbage with Chinese mushrooms

This napa cabbage with Chinese mushroom is very delicious and simple to make. When washing the napa cabbage, if the outer part of the cabbage is not very dirty, you can rinse and cut it into pieces. If it’s dirty, then wash it 3-4 times to be sure it’s properly clean. Cutting the napa into small pieces will help cook faster in the large pan.
Napa cabbage cooks fast, and it does not take long. You can put any seasoning of your desire. Cook until the desire of your texture. Be sure to taste it to see if it’s the right texture. I added a bit of water, so it will not be hard and helps the process cook faster.
I decided to use Chinese mushrooms to have a combination dish with the napa cabbage. I put some onions to stir-fry with the mushroom on high heat. Stir until done. The Chinese mushroom cooks fast. You can find Chinese mushrooms at a Chinese supermarket.

Chinese dry mushroom soak overnight:
1. Take a clean bowl
2. In the Chinese package mushroom, take as much mushroom as you need in the bowl. Rinse 2-3 times,
3. soak over cold water.
4. Put in the microwave. Heat for 7-10 minutes, until the water is boiling
(note: keep an eye on the mushroom to avoid water spilling.)
5. Once the water is boiling, take it out of the microwave.
(Note: Use a kitchen mitten to take out the dry mushroom because it will be hot.)
6. Pour out the bowl of water in the sink.
7. Rinse the mushroom a couple of times.
8. Squeeze the water out from the mushroom 2-3 times
9. Use a scissor, cut off the end steam on each mushroom and place it on a bowl.
10. soak the mushroom with cold water.
11. Place it on the table overnight.
12. You can use it anytime the next day.

Preparing the napa cabbage:
1. In the fridge, take out the bag of napa cabbage.
2. Take the napa cabbage out of the bag.
3. Remove the outer part of the cabbage if it’s not good.
4. Take off as many napa cabbages as you need to cook.
5. Wash the cabbages. If it’s dirty, you need to wash it a couple of times.
6. Place the cabbage on a cutting board and remove the stems. Cut the stems into pieces directly into a mixing bowl.
7. Take the leaves. Cut the leaves into pieces directly into another mixing bowl and set them aside.

Preparation the mushroom and onions:

1. Take the bowl of Chinese mushrooms soaked overnight.
2. Take a bowl and put the Chinese mushrooms. Soak it in water, put it in the microwave and heat it for 4 minutes to have a soft texture mushroom.
(note: if you like the mushroom to be hard, you can eliminate this step.)
3. Use a kitchen scissor and cut the mushroom into pieces directly into the bowl, and set it aside
4. Take an onion, peel the skins.
5. Place it on the cutting board. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
6. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.

Cooking napa cabbage:
1. In the cupboard, take out a frying pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onions. Take a wooden cooking spatula and stir until almost done.
5. Put the napa cabbage into the pan. You will hear a sizzling sound.
6. Stir the napa cabbage until done.
7. Sprinkle a bit of salt, garlic powder and pour in some light soya sauce.
8. Stir the napa cabbage. 
9. Pour in a bit of water and close the lid.
10. Once the water starts boiling, open the lid.
(Note: keep the lid off will prevent the napa cabbage from not being a good colour)
11. Take a pieces and taste if a bit crunchy and tender, once it’s the right texture. it is ready.
11. Stir the cabbage a bit and let it cook for another 2 minutes to ensure it is properly cooked.
12. When it is ready, turn off the heat. Put it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking the Chinese mushrooms:
1. Re-use the same large pan.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the large pan is hot, put some oil.
4. Put in the onions and stir until done.
5. Put in the Chinese mushrooms.
6. Stir a bit. Let it cook for a few seconds.
(Note: Keep an eye on the Chinese mushrooms, they cook fast.)
7. Stir a bit.
8. Once done. Turn off the heat and set it aside.

Making the plate of napa cabbage with Chinese mushrooms:
1. Take a clean plate.

Pan fried sole fish with breadcrumbs

This frozen Sole fish is very delicious and tasty. There are many different ways of cooking the sole fish. This is the 2nd time I made sole fish. This time I decided to pan-fry the sole fish to have a flavoured taste of sole fish Marinating the sole fish will make the fish taste better.
Before putting the sole fish in the frying pan, I coat the sole fish on both sides with breadcrumbs. While cooking the sole fish, both sides of the sole fish need to be cooked until golden brown. Keep an eye on the sole fish, so that it will not get burnt.
Kids and adults would love this sole fish a lot. It does not have any bones inside. It only had fish meat. You can have this sole fish with rice. This would be a good matching combination dish. If you like eating sole fish, you should try making this sole fish. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Marinate the sole fish:
1. Take the frozen sole fish out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and take the frozen sole fish out of the package.
3. Rinse sole fish

4. Take out some breadcrumbs and put it in a container. Use a tong and put the sole fish into the container of 5. breadcrumbs. Coat the sole fish on both sides with breadcrumbs. Place the sole fish in the frying pan.
(Note: Ensure both sides are coated with breadcrumbs and no spots are missing. )
6. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the sole fish.
7. Turn the heat to low. Let it cook by itself on one side. You will see the sole fish has shrunk. Cook until golden brown.
8. Keep an eye on the sole fish and check each minute to ensure it is golden brown.
9. Once golden brown, turn the sole fish over and cook until golden brown.
10. Once the sole fish is cooked to a golden brown, that means it is ready. If it’s not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
11. Turn the heat off the frying pan and carefully put all the sole fish onto a plate and place it on the table.
(Note: The sole fish are delicate and easy to break. Be careful scooping up the sole on to a plate.)

These pork chops are very delicious and easy to make. It does not take long, and you can have these pork chops in no time. When pan-frying pork chops, they cook fast. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork. If you cook them for too long, it will become tough. At the bottom, there is a recipe on how to marinate, cook the pork chops and make the sauce.
I decided to use what is left in the pan to make the sauce. It is a simple pork sauce to make. All you need to do is add water and cook until it starts to boil. There is no need to add anything since there is flour and pork taste after cooking.
This can be a perfect combination of a dish with noodles or rice. Whatever you choose as your desire. You can have this for lunch or dinner, and if you do not finish it, you can put it in the fridge and eat it the next day.

Marinating the pork chops:
1. Take a package of pork chops
2. Open the package. Take as many pork chops as you need.
3. Raise pork chops.
4. Separate the pork chops on a cutting board or a plate. Marinate both sides with some salt, garlic powder, light soya sauce, and some flour.
5. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can take them out the night before and put them in the fridge to thaw.

Cooking process:

Cooking the pork chops:
1. Take a frying pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Use a tong and put the pork chops into a pan.
5. You can add some more flour while the pork are on the pan (Optional)
5. Turn the heat to medium
6. Close the lid and cook one side for 5 minutes.
7. Open the lid and if it sticks to the pan, use a cooking spatula and scrap it hard, and turn the pork chops over and cook it for another 5 minutes with the lid closed.
(Note: If you cook the pork chops for too long, it will be tough.)
8. Make sure there is no pink or blood coming out.
9. Open the lid. When the pork chops are all done cooking.
10. Take a cooking spatula and place it all nicely onto a plate. Place it on the table.

Making the sauce for the pork chops:
1. The flour and the pork taste that is left in the frying pan after cooking, leave it in the pan.
2. Put some water
3. Turn the heat to high.
4. Use a spatula and stir the water in the pan.
5. Wait for the water to boil.
6. When the water starts boiling, it will turn into a pork sauce base.
7. Stir the pork sauce a bit.
8. When it is ready, turn off the heat and pour it into a bowl.
9. Now you have pork sauce.
