Stir-fried shell pasta with persely

Pasta shells cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the quantity
shell pasta that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the pasta shells in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the pasta shells boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the pasta back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

Preparing the persley:
1. Take the persley out of the fridge.
2. Place the persley on a cutting board
3. Cut the persley into small pieces and place it onto a bowl
and set it aside.

Cooking the pasta with persley:
1. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Pour in as much pasta shells that you will eat into the pan.
5. Stir a bit.
6. Put in some five spices and garlic powder and stir.
(Note: If you do not like the seasoning that I put, you can put your preference of seasoning.)
7. Turn the heat to medium.
8. Put some sliced parsley and stir the pan.
9. Stir the pan until you feel it is ready.
10. When it is ready, scoop it all the shell pasta with persely onto a plate and place it on the
table.
11. Enjoy.

Boiled shell pasta

These pasta shells are so simple to make. The pasta shell package that I used is from a brand called lancia. I usually buy a bigger package size, so I have more to eat or save some for next time.

This is a spaghetti with pergo pasta sauce and shrimps. I use an already made pasta sauce from a jar. It is called pergo pasta sauce. You can find this already made pergo pasta sauce at any store or supermarket that sells this kind of sauce.

2. Open the package and pour out as many shrimps as you need to cook on a strainer.

4. Remove all the shells from the shrimps. (option
5. When all done. Rinse the shrimps.
6. If you smell a not fresh shrimp smell, put some salt and rinse until you see no more bubble.
7. Open some water and rinse in soak water for 10 minutes.
8. When you smell no more not fresh smell anymore, you can start to use the shrimp.

Cooking the shrimp:

1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. Put in some water.
5. Pour the bowl of shrimps into the frying pan.
(Note: Keep an eye on the shrimps because they cook fast.)
6. When the water starts boiling and it flows onto the top, that mean they are ready.
7. Turn off the heat and let it boil in water for another 1 minutes to ensure it is cooked well.
8. When the shrimps are well done. Use a tong and put all the shrimps onto a plate and place it on the table.

Making the plate of pasta with pergo pasata sauce and shrimp:
1. In the cupboard, take a plate.
2. Put as many Spaghetti pasta as you want to eat into a plate.
3. Take a jar of pergo pasta sauce and scoop as much as you want to eat on the Spaghetti.
4. Place it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes.
(Note: Heating a place of pasta depends on the wattage of your microwave.)
5. When the pasta is ready, take it out of the microwave and place it on the table.
6. Use a fork and mix the sauce pasta.
7. Put couple of shrimp pieces on top of the pasta.
8. Enjoy.

Rotini pasta with cream of turkey sauce top with parmesan cheese

This is a Rotini pasta. I made a cream of turkey sauce. I cut up some turkey meat from the turkey and frozen it in the freezer. I use frozen turkey meat, a can of cream of mushroom and frozen peas to make this sauce. It is a good pasta sauce to make. Inside the sauce there contains some turkey meat and frozen peas. I made a plate of Ronti pasta mixed with cream of turkey and top with some parmesan cheese, but you can put any kind of cheese of your choice. If you are allergic to cheese, I recommend you not to put any. Look at how colourful the sauce came out and the plate of pasta.

8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 minutes or until it’s boiling with bubbles.
9. Once boiling, open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste it too to see if it is tender.
10. If the pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit longer until you taste it, the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta cooked to a tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink. Pour the pasta into the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 minutes with cold water.
13. Put cold water into a pan and pour the pasta back into the pan and rinse pasta.
(Note: Make sure to rinse the pasta in cold water. If you don’t rinse the pasta in cold water, you will not be able to keep it longer).
14. Pour it in a strainer to lose the Rotini and rinse the pasta again. It’s easier to take it out.

Sauce cooking:
Preparation:

1.If you have leftover turkey meat frozen in the freezer, take some turkey out and place it in the microwave and defrost it.
2. Once all defrosted, cut the turkey meat into pieces and put it into a bowl.
3. Take out a can of cream of mushroom. Wash the cover and wipe it clean with a cloth.
4. Open the can with a can opener and set it aside.
5. In the freezer, take out a bag of mix peas. Open the bag and pour some mix peas onto a strainer. Rinse the mix peas.
6. Take an onion and peel the skin. Place the onion on a cutting board and cut it in half. Then cut into slices.

Cooking the sauce:
1. In the cupboard, take out a frying pan.
2. Turn the heat to high
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onions and stir until almost done.
5. Put the turkey meat into the pan and separate them apart
6. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder.
7. Stir them a few times and turn the heat to medium
8. Close the lid and let the turkey meat cook for a few minutes.
9. Open the lid and keep on stirring the turkey meat until they are well-done without any pink showing.
10. Put the frozen mix peas into the pan and stir for a few seconds and let it cook for a few seconds.
11. Pour in the can of cream of mushroom into the pan with one cup of cold water.
(note: Make sure everything in the can is poured into the pan.)
12. Keep on stirring until the sauce thickens.
13. When stirring through halfway process. Put in a lot of flour and continue stirring to make the sauce thicken. If you feel you need to add more flour, do not hesitate. It will make the sauce thicken better and more to eat.
14. When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat and put all the sauce into a bowl and place it on the table.
15. Enjoy.

1. In the cupboard, take a plate.
2. Put as many rotini pasta as you want to eat into a plate.
3. Place it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes.
(Note: Heating a place of pasta depends on the wattage of your microwave.)
4. When the pasta is ready, take it out of the microwave and place it on the table.
5. Use a spoon and take as many cream of turkey sauce as you needed and put it into the pasta.
6. Mix it with the pasta
7. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.

Rotini pasta with vegetarian pasta sauce top with parmasen cheese

This is a Rotini pasta. I made a vegetarian pasta sauce. For those who do not eat meat, this is the a good pasta sauce to make. Inside the sauce contain soyabean, onions and potatoes. I made a plate of Ronti pasta mix with vegetarian sauce and top with some parmasen cheese, but you can put any kind of cheese of your choice.
When you first make the pasta you would find it hard, but once you make it a couple of times, you would find it easy. Then you can make any pasta of your choice. The sauce is very delicious, since it is very healthy. Without the sauce it would not be a pasta. Making the sauce has a lot of preparation and cooking to do. Once you do it, you will get the hang of it and can make any type of sauce.

Sauce cooking
:

Soya bean cooking in an instant pot
1. Take out the instant pot.
2. Wash the soybean.
3. Put the soyabean in the instant pot
4. press the bean button and cook for 45 minutes until it is tender.

Preparation:
1. Take out 2 tomato paste and rinse the top can and set it aside.
2. Take out 5 potatoes and peel the skins. Take a bowl of water and soak the potatoes
for a few minutes, to make the potatoes are well clean.
3. Pour out the water and rinse all the potatoes.
4. Take a slice cutter and cut the potatoes into slice pieces directly into the bowl.
5. Take out 2 onions and peel the skins. place it on the cutting board and cut in half.
Place the onions on the side and cut into slice pieces then cut into dice pieces.

Direction cooking:
1. Take out a pan. turn on medium heat.
2. Put some oil on the pan.
3. Put in the slice potatoes in the pan.
4. Stir the potatoes
5. Close the lid and cook until it is almost done.
6. Set it aside.
7. Take out another pan. Turn on the heat to high
8. When the pan is hot, put in some oil and put in the onions
9. stir the onions. Add some salt and continue string, until they are well cook.
10. Add in one can of tomato paste. stir the tomato paste and onions with a spatula

11. While waiting at the mean time, take some soybean and blend into a paste and put it directly
into the pan with the tomato sauce and stir a couple of times.
12. Add some water if the tomato sauce is to thick.
13. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit. turn the heat to low medium.
14. Open the lid take a spoon and taste the sauce, to see if it’s too thick or need to add something more.
15. If the sauce is too thick, add a half can of tomato sauce and stir a few times.
16. Add a little bit of water and close the lid and let it cook for a little bit.
17. Open the lid and taste the sauce to see if it’s too thick or just the right texture.
18. Once you feel the texture of the sauce is good, put in the potatoes and stir a few times.
Turn off the heat.

This is a spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. Very simple to make. When you first make the pasta you would find it hard, but once you make it a couple of times, you would find it easy. Then you can make any pasta of your choice.
I decide to put only mozzarella on the spaghetti, to make it similar to macaroni and cheese. You can put what ever your choice on the spaghetti of your desire. If you are allergy to cheese I suggest you not to try putting cheese on the pasta. The spaghetti with mozzarella is very delicious . Making the spaghetti noodles is just boil till it is tender.
Kids and adults would like this spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. You can have this for lunch or dinner If you can not finish all the pasta, you can leave it in the fridge for 2-4 days or freeze it. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freeze and defrost it. This is the delicious plate of spaghetti with mozzarella cheese. Spaghetti cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the quantity
spaghetti noodles that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

1. In the cupboard take out a plate.
2. Use a tong and take as much spaghetti that you will eat on the plate.
3. Place the plate on the counter or table.
4. In the fridge, take out the package of mozzarella.
5. place the mozzarella on the cutting board. Cut a piece of mozzarella,
the amount you would need for your spaghetti.
6. Take a grant cheese or a knife and make slice into pieces.
7. Spread the cheese all around on top of the spaghetti.
8. Cover the cheese with spaghetti on top.
(note: If you do not cover the cheese with the spaghetti, it will become
hard when you heat it in the microwave.)
9. Take a plastic wrapper and cover the plate of spaghetti with mozzarella
put it in the microwave and heat it for 2-3 minutes.
10. When the spaghetti with mozzarella cheese is ready. Check and feel if the plate is hot
with all the cheese melted. If it’s not hot and not melted, place it in the microwave
and heat it a bit more.
11. Once it is ready. Take it out and place it on the table. Take a fork and mix the spaghetti with
mozzarella cheese.

Sauce cooking
Preparation

1. Take the celery out of the fridge. Wash it very clean.
2. Take a knife and a cutting board and cut all the celery into pieces and put it in a bowl. Then set it aside.
3. Take 2-3 pieces of carrots in the fridge and cut all the carrots into pieces and put it in a bowl. Then set it aside.
4. In a bag take out 4 potatoes and wash it very clean without any dirt.
5. Peel the skins
6. Cut the potatoes into pieces. put all the potatoes into a a clean bowl, Rinse it again and set it aside.
7. Take a large onion and peel the skin. Then put it in the cutting board and cut it into dice pieces. Put it in a clean bowl and set it aside.
8. In a cupboard take out a can of tomato sauce. Rinse the top cover very well and wipe it clean.
9. Use a can opener and open the tomato sauce can.
10. In a cupboard take out a can of mushroom. Rinse the top cover very well and wipe it clean.
11. Take a strainer and pour all the can of mushrooms. Rinse it very well. Then use a bowl to hold the strainer of mushroom so the water can drip over the bowl and dry the mushrooms.

Marinate the pork:
1. Take the pork out of the package.
2. cut up the pork into pieces
3.Take a bowl
4, Put all the chicken legs in the bowl.
5. Marinate paprika, garlic powder onion powder, soya sauce, garlic and some cornstarch. Mix it all together well with a wooden spoon or a Tong.
6. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.

Direction cooking:
1. In a cupboard take out a sauce pan.
2. Put some hot water into the sauce pan.
3. Turn the heat to high and bring it to a boil.
4. When the sauce pan is boiling pour in the celery and carrots
5. Close the lid and wait until it bring to another boil.
6. In the cupboard take out a fry pan and put in on the stove and turn the heat to high.
7. Put some oil on the pan. When the pan is hot, put in the onions, use a cooking spatula and stir until the onions are slightly ready.
8. Pour in the can of mushroom and keep on string until it is ready.
9. Pour in the potatoes and keep on string and string a 2 minutes and then close the lid and wait for 2-3 minutes
10. When the sauce pan is boiling up the second time, take a fork and taste and see if the texture is tender. once it is tender it means that it is ready. If it is not you need to cook it a bit longer.
11. When the 2-3 minutes is ready, open the lid and take a fork and see if the potatoes are tender texture is tender. once it is tender it means that it is ready. If it is not you need to cook it a bit longer.
12. Once the celery and carrots are ready , pour it to the frying pan and keep on string continuously for a few minutes.
13. Pour in about 3-4 cooking soup spoon of the left over water from the sauce pan.
14. put in the marinated pork into the middle of the pan and keep it there for a few minutes. You can move it and turn it,
15. Cook it until is all well done without any raw showing.
16. keep on siring for a few seconds. Then cover the pan with a lid to cook for a bit. Then low to medium heat.
17. Then after a 1-2 minutes open the lid and taste to see if it’s ready. Once it is ready place it on to a plate and set it aside
18. Turn the heat to high. Pour in the tomato sauce.
19. Stir for a few seconds. Then pour in the plate of mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes and pork.
20. Keep on string for until it is ready.
21. Take 2 pieces of Swiss cheese and put it on top of the sauce and mix it together until the cheese are melted inside.
22. Once the cheese is melted inside it is ready.
23. Scoop it up on to a plate and place it on the table.
