Smoke meat sandwich

A fast smoked meat sandwich that you can make for lunch or dinner. It is delicious. I decided to use the box of smoke meat that is already made. It comes in 4 packages in the box. The brand is called Levitts, and the name is Montreal smoked meat. I bought it at a store called giant tiger. You can find this store in most Canadian provinces. Only British Columbia does not have this store.
All you need to do is open the box. Take out as many packages of smoke meat that you will eat. Open the package and place it onto a plate. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 90 seconds. If you feel not ready yet, heat it a bit more. When ready, take it out and separate the smoke meats. Then set it aside.
I decided to use regular sandwich bread instead of rye bread. I put the bread in the oven and heat it at 350F (170 degrees) for 5 minutes. When it is ready. Use a tong and take out the regular sandwich bread immediately. Keeping the bread in the oven too long will make the bread become hard. Then put it onto a plate and set it aside.
To assemble the sandwich, I put a few pieces of smoked meat. Spread some mustard on the sandwich and then close the top. Cut the sandwich in half into a traingle shape. Then place the sandwich nicely in an angel onto a plate. Now you have a smoked meat sandwich.
Kids and adults would love this sandwich. Kids can also have fun creating their sandwiches with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this sandwich for lunch or dinner. A smoked meat sandwich uses a rye bread. If you do not have any then you can use regular sandwich bread. It will still taste delicious. I like this sandwich a lot. Preparing the smoke meat:
1. Take out the box of smoke meat.
Note: ( In the smoke meat box has 4 packages.)
2. Take as many packages that you will eat.
3. Open the smoke meat package and place it onto a plate.
4. Heat it in the microwave for 90 seconds. If it still not ready
heat it up a bit more.
Note: ( Different microwave wattage heating time can be different).
5. When ready, take the plate out and seperate the smoke meat apart from
each other.
6. Set the place of smoke meat aside.

Oven the sandwich bread: (Optional)
1. Take the package of a sandwich bread.
2. Take a sandwich bread
3. Separate the sandwich bread.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out immediately and set it aside.

Making the smoke meat sandwich:
1. Take out theregular sandwich bread. 
2. Place the 2 slices of bread onto a cutting board.
3. Seperate the bread apart.
4. Take the mustard out of the fridge.
5. Squeeze some mustard on one bread. Use a knife and spread
it around.
6. On the other side of the bread, put some smoke meat.
7. Close the bread together
8. Use a knife, cut the sandwich in half into a traingle shape.
9. Take a plate, and place the smoke meat sandwich nicely in an angle on
the plate.
10. If you like it hot, you can heat it in the microwave.
Note: ( Make sure not to heat the sandwich too long or it will be hard.)
10. Now you have a smoke meat sanwhich.
11. Enjoy.

Hotdog

This is a simple and easy-to-make hotdog. I decided to use the jumbo hotdog. When buying jumbo hotdogs, they come in a different brand. I decided to buy the Schindlers brand that comes in 6-7 pieces in a package. When buying jumbo hotdogs, you can have more to eat. Some hotdogs come in spicy, mild or none spicy. It all depends on your taste.
The jumbo hotdogs I decided to bake in the oven. Baking them in the oven will taste better when putting them in a hotdog bun. Bake the hotdog until they are slightly burnt, but make sure do not overbake them or it will not taste good.
To make the hotdogs, I take a hotdog bun. I did not heat the bun. I kept it the way it is. If you like, you can heat the bread in the oven at 350f for 5 minutes. Make sure to take it out right away. Leaving the bread in the oven too long will become tough.
I put the hotdog in the middle of the bun. I use a tong and spread some purple cabbage on top of the hotdog on one side. Then squeeze some mustard and ketchup on top of the hotdog. I used a knife to spread it on the hotdog all around. I sliced some tomatoes and added teo pieces of tomatoes on the other side of the hotdogs. If you do not like the ingredients I have on my hotdog, you can put whatever you like as your choice. At the bottom I have the recipe on how to make cabbage, hotdogs and tomatoes.
Kids and adults would love this hotdog. Kids can also have fun creating their hotdogs with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have these hotdogs for lunch or dinner. If you like, you can put some vegetables on the side plate will make the plate look nicer. I like this dish a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Jumbo hotdogs:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until you are ready to bake.
2. In the fridge, take out the package of jumbo hotdogs. The brand of the hotdog is called “Schlnder”.
3. Open the package.
4. Take as many jumbo hotdogs that you will eat and put it in the strainer.
5. Rinse the jumbo hotdogs and set it aside.
6. When the oven is hot, use a tong and put the jumbo hotdogs into a pre-heat oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until it is slightly burnt.
(Note: Do not over bake the jumbo hotdogs, or it will get burnt and not good.)
7. When it is ready. Take a tong and place all the jumbo hotdogs nicely onto a place and place it on the table.

Preparing the tomatoes:
1. Take out a tomato.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
4. Set the tomatoes aside.

Heating the hotdog bun: (Optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.

Preparation the purple cabbage:
1. In the fridge, take out the purple cabbage and place it on a cutting board.
2. Cut the purple cabbage in half.
3. Use a slice cutter and cut the cabbage into pieces directly into a bowl, the amount you need to eat.
4. Rinse the cabbages.
5. Take 2 garlics and peel the garlic’s skins and cut into pieces.

Cooking the purple cabbage:
1. In the cupboard, take out a pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high.
3. When the pan is hot, put some oil in it.
4. Put the garlic in the pan.
5. Stir until it is almost done.
6. Put the cabbage in the pan and stir for a bit.
7. Put a bit of salt, light soya sauce, and garlic powder.
8. Stir to mix.
9. Take some tap water and pour it into the pan.
10. Close the lid and let it cook for a couple of minutes at low medium heat until the texture is tender.
11. Open the lid and take a piece of cabbage and taste it to see if the cabbage is tender. If cabbage is not tender, then you need to cook it a bit longer.
12. When the cabbage is tender and all cooked, turn off the heat.
13. Take a plate or a container and scoop up all the stir-fry purple cabbage and place it on the table.

Making the hotdogs:
1. Take a hotdog bun out of the bag.
2. Use a tong and place the jumbo hotdog.
3. Spread some cabbage on side of the hotdog.
4. Take a bottle of ketchup and mustard out of the fridge.
5. Squeeze some ketchup and mustard onto the hotdog bun and use a knife to spread it.
6. Put 2 slices of tomatoes on the other side of the hotdog.
7. Now you have a plate of hotdog with purple cabbage, tomatoes and some ketchup and mustard.
8. Enjoy.

Hamburger with cheese and tomatoes

This hamburger is simple to make. I used ground beef to make the hamburger patty instead of buying from a store. Making home-made patties is very delicious and test better, You can put what ever you like on top of the patty, If you want to know how to make the hamburger steak, I have the recipe at the bottom that shows you the steps how to do it.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the hamburger bun on the plate. Separate the bun. Take a bottle of ketchup. Squeeze the ketchup on both top and bottom bun. Use a tong and place the hamburger onto the hamburger bun. I added a couple of slice tomatoes. I use a square package of cheddar cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes. Close the top of the bun and place it nicely onto the plate. Now you have a hamburger.
Kids and adults would love this hamburge. Kids can also have fun creating their hamburger with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this hamburger for lunch or dinner. If you like, you can Put some vegetable on the side plate will make the plate look nicer. I really like this dish a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Cooking hamburger steak:
1. In the fridge, take out a non-stick pan. and put it on the stove.
2. When the pan is hot. Put some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until done.
4. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together.
5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak
into any size piece of your choice.
6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and place it on the table.

Preparing the tomatoes:
1. Take out a tomato.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
4. Set the tomatoes aside.

Making the hamburger:
1. Take a large plate, put the hamburger bun on the plate.
2. Take ketchup out of the fridge. Squeeze the ketchup on the top and bottom bun.
3. Put the hamburger steak on the bread.
4. Place a couple of slices of tomatoes on top of the hamburger.
5. In the fridge take a square package of cheddar cheese.
6. Open package. Place the cheese on top of the tomatoes.
6. Close the top bun.
7. Place the hamburger bun nicely on the plate.
8. Enjoy.

English muffin scramble egg with strawberry jam sandwich and a blueberry yogurt on the side

There are two sandwiches that I made. One is a English muffin scramble egg and the other is a strawberry jam sandwich. Both are very simple to make. I decided to use English muffin and two regular white breads. Making two different sandwiches can have different kinds of variety to eat.
To make the two sandwiches is very simple, and everyone can make it. All you need to do is take a package of English muffin and white breads. Open the package. Take out the English muffin and separate it apart. Place it in the oven. Then place the other two white breads into the oven. Heat the muffin and the white breads at 350F for 5 minutes. If you heat it for too long, it will become hard and no good.
In the meantime, take an egg out of the fridge, take a bowl and crack the egg into the bowl. Beat the eggs very well. Place it in the microwave and heat it up for 1 minute. Different microwave wattage heating time can be different. When the egg is done, take it out and set it aside.
Take a plate and take out the English muffin and two white breads. Take out the bowl of scramble eggs and place it on top of the English muffin. Close the top and place it nicely on the plate.
In the fridge, take out the strawberry jam. Open the jar. Take a knife and spread all the strawberry jam on both breads. Make sure it is all spread evenly. When done, close the top bread. Cut it diagonally into a triangle shape. Place the strawberry jam sandwich on both sides and the English muffin scramble egg in the middle. I decided to place an astro original blueberry yogourt on the top of the plate to make the dish look nicer.

1. Take an egg from the fridge.

5. Place it in the microwave and heat it up for 1 minutes.

6. When done take it out.

Making the egg mcmuffin and strawberry jam sandwich:

1. Use a plate and take out the english muffin and 2 white breads.
2. Use a spoon and take the egg out.
3. Place the egg on top of the mcmuffin. Close the top english muffin.
4. Place the egg mcmuffin on the plate.
5. In the fridge, take out a strawberry jam.
6. Use a knife and take some strawberry jam.
7. Place it on both breads and spread it evenly all around the bread.
8. Close the bread together.
9. Use a knife and cut diagonally on the bread into a tranigle shape.
10. Place it nicely on the place.
11. In the fridge, take out anAstro original blueberry yogourt.
12. Place it on the side of the plate.
13. Now you have a egg mcmuffin with strawberry jam sandwich and an
Astro original blueberry yogourt on the side plate.

Egg and chicken tortilla wraps

A mini tortilla wrap is very simple. I decided to use 3 mini tortilla to make a wrap. I made a big and a small wrap. If you have never made a tortilla wrap sandwich, I have a recipe at the bottom that can show you how to make it. Once you make the tortilla wrap, you will know how easy it is.
I heat up the tortilla in the oven at 350 degress for 3-5 minutes or until it is hot. If you do not like it oven, you can just leave it the way it is.
I decided to put scramble egg and chicken. One of the tortilla pieces, I used 2 pieces. One is flat and the other is at the bottom edge. I used half of the egg with chicken on the tortilla and rolled it tightly.. I repeat the same thing for the other tortilla, but this time I use only 1 piece of tortilla. When done I place it on the plate. This is how the wrap looks like from the inside about it has been made. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put whatever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap, make sure it is wrapped tight without falling apart.

If you have some leftover food for the wraps, you can put it in the fridge and have them the next day. Wraps are the easiest food to make when you know what you want to put in the wraps. Making scramble egg in the microwave:
1. Take one egg out of the fridge.
2. Take a mid-size bowl or a small bowl.
3. Crack an egg.
4. Beat the egg with a fork or a spoon.
(Note: Make sure the egg is beaten evenly.)
5. Put it in the microwave and heat the egg for 1 minutes.
(Note: Heating the egg depends on the wattage of your microwave timing.)
6. When the egg is ready, take it out and place it on the table.

Preparing the chicken:
1. Take leftover whole chicken or bbq chicken from the fridge.
2. cut off some chicken meat into pieces.
3. Place it in the bowl of egg.
4. when done, set it aside.

Heating the the mini tortilla:
1. Take the package of mini tortilla.
2. Open the package.
3. Put 3 mini tortillas into the oven,
4. Heat the mini tortilla’s at 350F (190 degrees) for 3-5 minutes or until it is hot.
5. When the tortilla’s are ready, place it onto a plate.

Making the mini tortilla wraps:

1. Use a spoon and cut the egg in half with some chicken meat on top.
2. Take a mini tortilla. Put the other mini tortilla on slightly at the bottom edge of the tortilla.
3. Put the half egg with chicken on top of the tortilla wrap.
4. Fold the bottom and the sides. Then roll the tortilla wrap
(Note: Make sure the tortilla wrap is wrapped tightly without anything falling off.)
5. Repeat the same steps, but this time just one tortilla wrap.
6. Now you have a big tortilla and a mini tortilla egg with chicken wraps.
7. Enjoy.

Cheddar cheese chicken burger with strawberries and cherries

This is a cheddar cheese chicken burger. It is very delicious and simple to make. I used the breaded chicken burger from the Giant Tiger brand.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Depending on how many people are eating, bake as much as you need. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. At halftime, flip the burgers over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun, it looks like a chicken burger. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better. If you do not like it being oven, you can just leave it like that and make the buger.
At the bottom and top of the burger, I pour some ketchup. Then I added the breaded chicken burger. In the fridge, I took out a package of cheddar cheese. I took a square pack of cheese. I open the plastic and place the cheddar cheese on the top of the burger. I place the top bun on top of the breaded chicken burger. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your choice in the burger. Now you have a cheedar cheese chicken burger.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. In the fridge, take out some cherries and strawberries. Rinse the cherries and strawberries. Put them onto a bowl. Take a cutting board and cut off the strawberries top part. Take some tooth picks and insert them into the strawberries. Place the cherries and strawberries around the plate. It will make the plate look nicer and delicious. It is place very nicely on the plate. Make sure you do not let the chicken burger sit too long on the plate, or it will be cold. If the burger gets cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Make sure the bun does not get dry.

Breaded chicken burger (Giant Tiger brand):
1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen breaded chicken burger out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many burgers as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen burgers onto a baking tray,
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken burger for 18 minutes.
8. When it is 9 minutes. Flip the burger over.
9. Bake the breaded chicken burger until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Leave the breaded chicken burger in the oven until you are ready to eat.

Hamburger bun: (optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
6. If you do not like to heat it in the oven, you can just make the hamburger bun
just like that.
7. It will still taste good.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a large plate.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the plate.
3. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Squeeze the ketchup on the top bun also
(Note: If you want to put more sauce, you can put whatever you like as your desire.)
5. Use a tong and put the chicken burger on top of the ketchup.
6. Take the package of square cheddar cheese. Take one pack of square cheese.
7. Open the cheese and place the cheddar cheese on top of the burger.
8. Put the top bun together.

Making the plate:
1. Use the large plate that you used to make the burger.
2. Put the burger on the plate nicely,
3. Wash some cherries and strawberries. Cut off the top part of the strawberries.
4. Insert some toothpicks into the strawberries.
5. Place the strawberries and cherries around the swiss cheese chicken burger.
6. Now you have a cheddar cheese chicken burger with cherries and strawberries around the plate.
7. Enjoy.

Egg sandwich

All you need to do to fry an egg is take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat high. When the pan is hot, Put in some oil. Crack the egg onto the frying pan. I decided to make half yolk and the other white. If you like, you can make a scrambled egg or sunny side up. Whatever you, like as your desire. Let the eggs cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat too low. If you like, you can flip the egg over or leave it like that. Cook it for another 1 or 2 minutes to make sure it is well done. Once done, turn off the heat and set it aside.
I decided to use white bread. I did not heat the bread in the oven. If you like, you can put the bread in the oven and heat it at 350F (190 degrees) for 5 minutes.
To assemble the sandwich, I use Japanese mayonnaise and squeeze some on both sides of the bread. I use a knife and spread the mayonnaise evenly on the bread. I Use a tong and put the egg on top Place the sandwich onto a plate and cut it in half. Place the sandwich nicely on the plate. Now you have an egg sandwich.
The Japanese mayonnaise is found at a Chinese supermarket or a Japanese store. You can also use regular mayonnaise.

Making the sandwich:
1. Put the bread onto a cutting board.
2. Take some Japanese mayonnaise and squeeze some on to the bread on both sides.
3. Use a knife and spread the Japanese mayonnaise evenly onto the bread.
3. Use a tong and put an egg on top of the bread.
4. Close the top bread.
5. Use a knife and cut the sandwich in half.
6. Place it nicely onto a plate.
7. Now you have an egg sandwich
8. Enjoy.

Chicken egg sandwich

This chicken egg sandwich is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to use the chicken meat already made at the supermarket. It is very simple and fast.
All you need to do to fry an egg is take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat high. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. I decided to make a scramble egg. Let the eggs cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat too low. If you like, you can flip the egg over or just leave it like that. Cook it for another 3 minutes to make sure it is well done. Once done, turn off the heat and set it aside.

To assemble the sandwich, I put a few pieces of chicken meat. Use a tong and put the egg on top. Put a few more pieces on top of the egg. Then I place the top bread. Place the sandwich onto a plate. Place the sandwich nicely on the plate. Now you have a chicken egg sandwich.

Preparing the eggs:
1. In the fridge, take out 3-4 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour a bit of milk into the egg mixture.
4. Use a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When finished mixing, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Cooking the scrambled eggs:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Pour a bit of egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low.
5. When one side is cook without any liquid, turn it to the other side and cook until there is no more egg liquid.
(Note: you can fold the egg and turn it to the other side.)
6. Cook until it is well done.
7. When done, pour it onto a plate.

Rye bread:
1. Take the package of a rye bread.
2. Take a rye bread
3. Separate the rye bread.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out immediately and set it aside.

Making the sandwich:
1.Take out the rye bread. 
2. Place the 2 slices of bread onto a plate.
3. In the fridge, take chicken.
4. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. When ready take it out.
(Note: Heating time depends on your microwave wattage.)
5. Put a couple of chicken pieces of turkey on the bread.
6. Put the scramble egg on top of the chicken pieces.
7. Put some more chicken pieces on top of the scramble egg.
8. Close the top bread.
9. Now you have a chicken and egg sandwich

Chicken tenderloin burger

This chicken tenderloin burger is very simple to make. I used the chicken tenderloin from the Giant Tiger brand. It is wrapped around with bacon, and when you look at it, it looks very delicious and tasty.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake as much as you need. Put some oil and flour on both sides of the chicken tenderloin. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, flip the chicken tenderloin over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
When you are ready to take it out. Put it onto a cutting board and cut the chicken tenderloin into pieces.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun,you can put pieces of cut chicken tenderloin. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better.
At the burger at the bottom, I put some ketchup and spread it around. Then I added some chicken tenderloin. Pour some ketchup on the top. I place the top bun on top of the chicken tenderloin. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your desire choice in the chicken tenderloin burger.
I took a mid-size plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. If you like, you can add some french fries, potatoes or a bowl of salad on the side of the dish.

1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen chicken tenderloin out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many chicken tenderloin as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen chicken tenderloin onto a baking tray,
6. Marinate some oil and flour on both side of the chicken tenderloin.
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken tenderloin for 30 minutes.
8. Every 10 minutes. Flip the chicken tenderloin over.
9. Bake the chicken tenderloin until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Take out the tray of chicken tenderloin. Place it onto a plate and set it on the table.

Hamburger bun:
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a cutting board.
2. Place the chicken tenderloin onto a cutting board and cut into pieces.
3. Place the bottom and top buns on the cutting board.
4. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
5. Use a knife and spread it around.
6. Use a tong and put a couple of chicken tenderloin.
7. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the top of the chicken tenderloin.
8. Put the top bun together.
9. Enjoy.

Turkey meat egg sandwich

This turkey meat egg sandwich is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to use the turkey meat already made at the supermarket. It is very simple and fast.
All you need to do to fry an egg is take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat high. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil. Crack the egg onto the frying pan. I decided to make half yolk and the other white. Let the eggs cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat too low. If you like you can flip the egg over or just leave it like that. Cook it for another 3 minutes to make sure it is well done. Once done, turn off the heat and set it aside.

Preparing the extra lean turkey meat:
1. Take the package of extra lean turkey meat.
2. Open the package and place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the lean turkey meat into pieces.
4. Take a plate, put some lean turkey meat onto a plate and set it aside.
5. The leftover pieces. Wrap it with a plastic wrapper and put it in the freezer.
When you want to eat it, you can take it out and defrost it.

Cooking the egg:
1. Take an egg from the fridge and set it aside.
2. Take a non-stick pan. Rise the pan and clean it very well.
3. Put the pan on the stove.
4. Turn on the heat on high and wait until the pan gets hot.
Pour some oil in the frying pan.
5. Crack the egg in the pan. (you can cook the eggs the way you like it) Once the eggs are in the pan you will see the white egg coming out fast,
6. Let the egg cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat to medium-low. (Make sure you scrape the bottom, so it does not stick),
7. If you like the egg yolk coming out, you can leave it like that by not turning over.
Cook another 3 minutes to make sure it is well done.
8. When it is done, you can put it on the plate and set it aside.

Heating up the bread:
1. Take a bag of bread, take out 2 pieces of bread
2. Put it in the oven.
3. Turn on the oven at 350F (190 degrees)
4. Oven the bread for 5 minutes.
5. When it is ready, use a tong and take the bread out.
6. Put it onto a plate and set it aside.

Making the sandwich:
1. Put the bread onto a cutting board.
2. Put in 2-4 pieces of lean turkey meat.
3. Use a tong and put an egg on top of the lean turkey meat.
4. Close the top bread.
5. Use a knife and cut the sandwich in half.
6. Place it nicely onto a plate.
7. Now you have a turkey meat egg sandwich
