All you need to do to fry an egg is take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat high. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. I decided to make a scramble egg. Let the eggs cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat too low. If you like, you can flip the egg over or just leave it like that. Cook it for another 3 minutes to make sure it is well done. I decided to use rye bread. I put the bread in the oven and heat it at 350F (170 degrees) for 5 minutes. When it is ready. Use a tong and take out the rye bread immediately. Keeping the bread in the oven too long will make the bread become hard. Then put it onto a plate and set it aside.
To assemble the sandwich, I put a few pieces of chicken meat. Use a tong and put the egg on top. Put a few more pieces on top of the egg. Then I place the top bread. Place the sandwich onto a plate. Place the sandwich nicely on the plate. Now you have a chicken egg sandwich.

Preparing the eggs:
1. In the fridge, take out 3-4 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.

5. When one side is cook without any liquid, turn it to the other side and cook until there is no more egg liquid.
(Note: you can fold the egg and turn it to the other side.)
6. Cook until it is well done.
7. When done, pour it onto a plate.

Rye bread:
1. Take the package of a rye bread.
2. Take a rye bread
3. Separate the rye bread.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out immediately and set it aside.

Making the sandwich:
1.Take out the rye bread. 
2. Place the 2 slices of bread onto a plate.
3. In the fridge, take chicken.
4. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. When ready take it out.
(Note: Heating time depends on your microwave wattage.)
5. Put a couple of chicken pieces of turkey on the bread.
6. Put the scramble egg on top of the chicken pieces.
7. Put some more chicken pieces on top of the scramble egg.
8. Close the top bread.
9. Now you have a chicken and egg sandwich

Chicken tenderloin burger

This chicken tenderloin burger is very simple to make. I used the chicken tenderloin from the Giant Tiger brand. It is wrapped around with bacon, and when you look at it, it looks very delicious and tasty.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake as much as you need. Put some oil and flour on both sides of the chicken tenderloin. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, flip the chicken tenderloin over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
When you are ready to take it out. Put it onto a cutting board and cut the chicken tenderloin into pieces.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun,you can put pieces of cut chicken tenderloin. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better.
At the burger at the bottom, I put some ketchup and spread it around. Then I added some chicken tenderloin. Pour some ketchup on the top. I place the top bun on top of the chicken tenderloin. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your desire choice in the chicken tenderloin burger.
I took a mid-size plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. If you like, you can add some french fries, potatoes or a bowl of salad on the side of the dish.

1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen chicken tenderloin out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many chicken tenderloin as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen chicken tenderloin onto a baking tray,
6. Marinate some oil and flour on both side of the chicken tenderloin.
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken tenderloin for 30 minutes.
8. Every 10 minutes. Flip the chicken tenderloin over.
9. Bake the chicken tenderloin until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Take out the tray of chicken tenderloin. Place it onto a plate and set it on the table.

Hamburger bun:
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a cutting board.
2. Place the chicken tenderloin onto a cutting board and cut into pieces.
3. Place the bottom and top buns on the cutting board.
4. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
5. Use a knife and spread it around.
6. Use a tong and put a couple of chicken tenderloin.
7. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the top of the chicken tenderloin.
8. Put the top bun together.

1. Take the package of extra lean turkey meat.
2. Open the package and place it on the cutting board.

1. Take a bag of bread, take out 2 pieces of bread
2. Put it in the oven.
3. Turn on the oven at 350F (190 degrees)
4. Oven the bread for 5 minutes.

Making the sandwich:
1. Put the bread onto a cutting board.

1. Take the package of lettuce and remove the wrapper.
2. Rinse the lettuce.
3. Remove the outer part of the lettuce.
(Note: if it’s dirty, you need to wash it 3 times.)
4. Take a knife and remove any red colour or not-good colour directly into the garbage.
5. Place the lettuce on the cutting board and cut it in half.
6. Separate the lettuce apart as many as you need to eat,
8. Rinse the lettuce and put it into a bowl and set it aside.

1. Take out a cutting board.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the cutting board.
3. Take the bottle of mustard and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Use a knife and spread it around.

5. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the top of the lettuce.
6. Use a tong and put the chicken burger on top of the ketchup.
7. Put mayonnaise on the top bun and spread it around.

4. Wash some grapes and put them on the side plate.

Peanut butter tortilla wrap

A white tortilla wrap is so simple to make. I use the Casa Mendosa original tortilla wrap. I have never tried eating or making the white tortilla wrap. I feel that the white tortilla wrap is softer than the whole wheat tortilla wrap. The white tortilla is easier to eat. I like it a lot.
I decided to use the brand planters peanut butter to spread peanut butter all around the tortilla and roll it into a wrap. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put whatever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap, ensure it is tightly wrapped. I cut it in half and placed it on a plate. One straight and the other at an angle on top of the tortilla wrap.

8. Now you have a peanut butter tortilla wrap.

Seaweed tortilla wrap with some Chinese yu choy on the side.

A wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces

This wrap is so simple and delicious to make. I decide to put some soya sauce chicken and cabbage with chicken pieces. At the bottom I have the recipe how to make the soya sauce chicken and the cabbage with
chicken pieces, if you decided to put these in your wraps. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put what ever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap make sure it is wrap tight without anything falling apart. Kids and adults would love these wraps. Direction Cleaning Chicken legs:
1. Put on a pair of dish washer gloves
2. Take the chicken out of the package
3. wash the chicken.
4. Take a scissors and cut out some of the fatty skins from the chicken
mostly from the butt part.
5. Take out all the dirty stuff in chicken.
6. Rinse the chicken inside until it is clean.
7. When you see if it is still dirty clean it some more.
8. Put some some salt all around the chicken.
9. rub it all around, so it would not stink.
10. Rinse the chicken again.
11. put the chicken in a plastic bowl to let the water out.

Ingredients
Dark soya sauce
light soya sauce
some water
3-4 pieces of cloves
Garlic powder
pinch of salt
sugar

Cooking soya sauce:
1. Take out a slow cooker or a pot. Place the slow cooker on the table or a pot on the
stove.
2. Pour in dark soya sauce into a slow cooker or a pot. The amount you need to use
for dark soya sauce.
3. Take a clean bowl and put 3-4 pieces of cloves. Put some water over the cloves.
4. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
5. Take it out of the microwave and put it in the slower cooker or pot.
6. In the slower cooker or pot, add in garlic powder, sugar, salt and light soya suace.
7. Turn on the heat on high. Cook the soya sauce for 10 minutes or until it is boiling.
8. When it is boiling, turn off the heat and taste the soya sauce. If you feel it is ready, that mean
the soya sauce is ready to use.

Cooking the chicken legs:
1. Put in 2-3 pieces of chicken legs in the slower cooker or pot.
2. turn on the heat and cook the chicken legs for 30-45 minutes.
3. When it is ready, take it out. use a scissors and cut in the middle and check
if it is all well cook. If you feel there are still some redness, cook it a few more minute, to
be sure it is all well done.
4. Once it is done you can eat it now.

Purple cabbage with bacon:

preparation:
1. Take the cabbage out of the fridge. peel the cabbage and wash the cabbage 2 times.
2. Take a cutting board and knife and cut the cabbage into think pieces
3. In the fridge take out 2-3 pieces of bacon and cut into pieces
4. cut up some garlic into pieces.

Cooking Direction:
1. Take a pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil on the pan.
4. When the pan is hot, add in some garlic and stir until it is ready.
3. Put the cabbage in the pan and stir for a few minutes
4. Add some salt, soya sauce, garlic powder,and a bit of flour.
5. Stir to combine for a few minutes.
6. Add in the bacon and continue string until the cabbage is tender,
by tasting the cabbage. Once it is tender that mean it is ready.
7. Scoop it up on to a plate and set it aside.

Making a wrap:
1. Take the package of tortilla wraps. Open the package.
2. Take out 2 pieces of tortilla wraps.
3. Place the wraps in the oven. Turn on the heat at 350F (150 degrees)
for 2-3 minutes.
(note: keep an eye on the tortilla wraps, so it will not get burn.)
4. When the tortilla wraps are ready, take it out of the oven and place it on
a plate.
5. Take a scissors and cut a couple pieces of soya sauce chickens and place it on the tortilla.
6. Scoop up a few cabbage with chicken and spread it around.
7. roll the wrap and make sure it is close tight with nothing falling apart.
8. repeat the same step for the other wrap
9. Once it is all finish. Place it on the plate and cut in an angle into 2 pieces.
10. Now you have a wrap with pieces of soya sauce chicken with cabbage chicken pieces.
