This stir-fried mustard green is simple to make. When you buy a Chinese big mustard green from a Chinese supermarket, there are 2 in a bag. When you grow them in the garden, they are big but not very big like you would buy from a store. You do not need to eat all at once, you can save some to eat next time. Washing the mustard green does not take long. Wash it 4-5 times until there is no dirty stuff and the water is clear. The mustard green are easier..
Stir the Chinese mustard green with the gingers. Put some water and close the lid. The water starts boiling, let it cook for a few minutes. Open the lid. Take a piece of Chinese big mustard green and taste if it’s a bit tender. If it’s the right texture, that means it is ready. Now the mustard green is ready.

Washing Chinese Mustard Green Vegetable:
1. Take the package of Chinese Mustard Green out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the Chinese Mustard Green.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it.
4. Take the Chinese Mustard Green out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each Chinese Mustard Green pieces apart. Use a knife and cut off the end hard part.
7. Open each Green mustard wide wash it in the water very clean, make sure there are no dirty stuff
in the vegetable.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. Take the end part of the mustard green on each hands. turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Cut the green mustard’s in half and separate the stems and leafs in two different strainer or bowl.
9. Fill the container with water and wash the green mustard 3-4 times and put it aside
(Note: make sure it is all clean and have no dirty stuff.)
10. Wash the stems 2-3 times and put it aside.

Preparing the ginger:
1. Take ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
2. Use a slice cutter. Make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
3. Slice the ginger into strips of pieces.
4. Put the ginger in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking the Chinese mustard green:

1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the large pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. put the ginger into the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of Chinese mustard green.
6. Stir a bit.
7. Pour in a bit of water. Close the lid.
8. When the water starts boiling, let it cook in the large pan for a few minutes.
9. Open the lid. Take a piece and taste it. If it’s a tender, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to cook it a bit longer.
(Note: keeping the lid off will prevent the mustard green from being not a good colour.)
10. When the Chinese mustard green is ready.
11. Turn off the heat immediately. Take a plate, pour all the Chinese mustard green onto a plate and place it on the table.

Greek pita pizza

This is a Greek pita pizza, it is simple and easy to make. Greek pita can be found at a Greek supermarket or any store that would sell Greek pita. It is fun to make your own pizza and put any kind of toppings on it. When you don’t have pizza dough. This can be another way of making pizza.
I decided to put leftover chicken tenderlion wrapped with bacon, but if you don’t like it, you can put regular ham, pepperoni or bacon. I also added some green onions, orange and red peppers to brighten the colours. Bake at 350f (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. It does not take long to bake. You can find the chicken tenderlion with bacon at a supermarket.

Ingredients:
1 plate
1 Greek pita
7-8 pieces of chicken tenderloin
a bit of green onions
2 small orange and red peppers
some cheddar cheese.

Direction:
1. Preheat oven at 350F (180 degress) until you are ready to bake.
2. Take a greek pita and place it onto a plate.
3. Take out a jar of pergo pasta sauce. Take a spoon and scoop up some pasta sauce and spread it
all around the Greek pita.
4. In the fridge, take left over chicken tenderloin. tear off 7-8 pieces of chicken and spread it
all around.
(Note: If you don’t want to use Chicken tenderloin, you can use regular ham, pepperoni or bacon.)
5. In the fridge, take out the square package cheedar cheese and tear it into pieces. Spread the cheese everywhere.
5. In the fridge, take out 2 small orange and red peppers.
6. Cut the peppers in half and cut into small pieces and sprinkle some on top of the Greek pita.
7. In the fridge, take out a bit of green onions and chop into small pieces and place it
everywhere on the tortilla.
8. Put it in the preheat oven oven and bake it at 350F (180 degrees) for 10 minutes or until it the cheese is all melted.
7. Once it is done, take it out and place it on the table.

Stir-fried spinach with onions and ginger

A stir-fried spinach, when it is put into a large pan, you can hear the sizzling sound. It smells so good. It makes you feel hungry. I put some onions and ginger to stir-fry the spinach. This spinach was bought at a Chinese supermarket, but you can find spinach at any supermarket.
When washing spinach, I separate the end part and the leaves. I separate washing them 4-5 times to ensure proper clean without any dirt. When the water is clear, it means that the spinach is clean. When cooking the spinach, they cook ready fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes. Putting seasoning is your preference. I decided to put a bit of water to cook the spinach. Keep an eye on the spinach. They will cook fast because they are already texture and soft. If you overcook the spinach, it will not be a very green colour.
Kids and adults would like this stir-fried spinach. It is very healthy and good for the eyes.
The colour of this dish came out very nice. It tastes very delicious, and I like it a lot. You can have this for lunch or dinner. This is a good combination with rice. Washing the spinach:
1. Take the bag of spinach out of the fridge.
2. Remove spinach from the bag.
3. Place the spinach onto a cutting board.
4. Cut all the spinach end part.
5. Take 2 mixing bowls and separate the leaves and the end parts.
6. Wash all the end parts. When each part Is washed, put it onto a strainer. IF you see dirty stuff in the bowl of water, throw it outside.
7. Wash 4-5 times or until you see no more dirty stuff in the water, that is when you know it is very clean.
8. Take the bowl of leaves and shake it in the water and rinse it over tap water.
9. Wash it 4-5 times until the water has no more dirty stuff, and it is clear. That
is how you know it is clean.
10. When it is all cleaned. Set it aside.

Preparing the onion and ginger:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices and cut some
onions into dice pieces.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
6. Place the ginger on a cutting board.
7. Cut the ginger into pieces and place it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onions and ginger and stir until done.
5. Put the bowl of spinach into the large pan
6. Pour a bit of water.
7. Put in some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soya sauce.
8. Stir to mix
9. Keep an eye on the spinach because they cook really fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes
10. When the water starts boiling, turn off the heat immediately.
(Note: Do not cook too long or it will not be taste good.)
12. Pour the spinach onto a plate immediately.
13. Place the plate of spinach onto the table.

Chicken egg sandwich

This chicken egg sandwich is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to use the chicken meat already made at the supermarket. It is very simple and fast.
All you need to do to fry an egg is take a non-stick pan and turn on the heat high. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. I decided to make a scramble egg. Let the eggs cook for a minute or 2. Put the heat too low. If you like, you can flip the egg over or just leave it like that. Cook it for another 3 minutes to make sure it is well done. Once done, turn off the heat and set it aside.
I decided to use rye bread. I put the bread in the oven and heat it at 350F (170 degrees) for 5 minutes. When it is ready. Use a tong and take out the rye bread immediately. Keeping the bread in the oven too long will make the bread become hard. Then put it onto a plate and set it aside.
To assemble the sandwich, I put a few pieces of chicken meat. Use a tong and put the egg on top. Put a few more pieces on top of the egg. Then I place the top bread. Place the sandwich onto a plate. Place the sandwich nicely on the plate. Now you have a chicken egg sandwich.

Preparing the eggs:
1. In the fridge, take out 3-4 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.

5. When one side is cook without any liquid, turn it to the other side and cook until there is no more egg liquid.
(Note: you can fold the egg and turn it to the other side.)
6. Cook until it is well done.
7. When done, pour it onto a plate.

Rye bread:
1. Take the package of a rye bread.
2. Take a rye bread
3. Separate the rye bread.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out immediately and set it aside.

Making the sandwich:
1.Take out the rye bread. 
2. Place the 2 slices of bread onto a plate.
3. In the fridge, take chicken.
4. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. When ready take it out.
(Note: Heating time depends on your microwave wattage.)
5. Put a couple of chicken pieces of turkey on the bread.
6. Put the scramble egg on top of the chicken pieces.
7. Put some more chicken pieces on top of the scramble egg.
8. Close the top bread.
9. Now you have a chicken and egg sandwich

Ready made pan fried meatballs

These meatballs are simple to make. When pan-frying, the meatballs you do not have to put any oil since there is oil on the meatballs already. I like eating meatballs, and they are so good. Look at how nice it is golden brown coming out after pan-frying. If you have never pan-fried the meatballs, I have the recipe on how to pan-fried the meatballs.
Kids and adults would love these meatballs a lot. When eating these meatballs, you can put them in spaghetti with some pasta sauce.
Another way of eating them is making a sandwich. You can cut them up into pieces and put them in bread with some sauce and vegetables. It will taste so delicious. You can have the meatballs for lunch or dinner. These are are the amazing meatballs that you should get and try making them. Enjoy.

Direction:
1. Take out a non-stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer, take out the package of meatballs
3. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
4. When the pan is hot, do not put any oil on the pan since the meatballs have oil on them already.
5. Use a tong and take out as many meatballs onto the frying fan.
6. Turn the heat to high.
7. Put some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water is dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the meatballs will not stick on the pan.
11. Once the water is all dried up. Pan-fried the meatballs until they are golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the meatballs or they will get burn.)
12. When you see some that are slightly golden brown, that means they are ready.
13. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put the rest of the meatballs onto a glass bowl
one by one.
13. If you see some on the bottom or not golden brown, you can place it back on the frypan and
cook for a few seconds. When you see slightly golden brown, it is ready.
14. Place the meatball glass bowl on the table.

Stir fried cabbage

This stir-fried cabbage is simple to make. This cabbage was bought at a Chinese supermarket. There are many different kinds of cabbage, you can use. This time I used the Taiwanese cabbage.
All you need to do is take the cabbage out of the fridge. Remove any bad part of the cabbage if there are any. If there are none, you can take off the outer skin. Separate the cabbage and cut it into pieces. Wash the cabbage if it’s dirty.
Take out a large pan. Stir-fried the onions and garlic until done, put in the cabbage. Stir a bit. I added some salt, garlic powder and pour some light soya sauce. Stir to mix. I pour a bit of water and let it cook in the boiling water until they are tender for 20 minutes at medium-low. Take a piece of cabbage and taste to see if they are tender. Once tender, it means they are ready. Scoop up all onto a plate.
Kids and adults like this dish a lot. It is very delicious and very healthy. When you make a lot, you can have it throughout the day. If you are a vegetarian, this can be a dish to make. It is very healthy and good for the eyes. Eating green vegetables is good.

4. Put in the onions and stir until done.
5. Put the bowl of cabbage into the frying pan.
6. Stir the cabbage a few times.
7. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder. Pour a bit of light soya sauce.
8. Stir the cabbage a bit.
9. Pour in some water. Turn the heat to medium-low and close the lid.
10. Let the cabbage cook in boiling water for 20 minutes.
11. When the time is ready, open the lid.
12. Take a piece of cabbage and taste if the texture is tender. If it’s not tender, you need to cook it a bit longer.
(Note: Do not close the lid once it is boiling again, or cabbage will not be green.)
13. Once the cabbage is cook to a tender texture, that means it is ready.
14. Stir it a bit.
15. Turn the heat off. Scoop up all the cabbages, put it onto a plate and place it on the table.

Spaghetti noodles

These spaghetti noodles are so simple to make. The spaghetti package that I used was bought at a store called giant tiger. It was a brand from their own brand, giant tiger. It was the first time I tried this giant tiger spaghetti. A giant tiger store can only be found in Canada, but not in BC. There are also other brands of spaghetti that you can use.
If you made spaghetti noodles before, it would be an easy task. Most people would already know how to make spaghetti noodles since they eat it most of the time. Making spaghetti noodles is like making any kind of pasta. It is a similar step.
All you need to do is add some water onto a large pan. Put some salt and stir it. Turn the heat to high. Close the lid and wait until the water starts boiling. When the water starts boiling, put as many spaghetti noodles into the large pan that you will eat. Close the lid and let it cook in boiling water. Once it is boiling, stir it a few times, so that it will not stick on the large pan. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 minutes or until it boils with a bubble. When it is boiling with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste it to see if it is tender. If the noodles are not tender, let it cook for a bit longer until you taste it and the pasta is tender. When the pasta is cooked to the tender. Turn off the heat. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and pour the pasta in the strainer. Rinse the pasta with cold water until it is completely cold. Take cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then put it in a strainer to losen the noodles.
Your kids and adults would love this spaghetti. You can have this spaghetti for lunch or dinner. You can have this spaghetti in a bowl with some chicken broth soup. Another way of eating these spaghetti noodles is with some pasta sauce. You can add any kind of pasta sauce of your choice of your desire.

spaghetti noodles that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

Pork chops with breadcrumbs

This is the first time I baked pork chops with bread crumbs. I decided to bake the pork chops in the oven to try something new. When buying pork chops at the supermarket, I choose the pork that doesn’t have too much fat skin.
Marinating the pork chops will make the pork chops taste better. I put salt, garlic powder, soya sauce and flour. Mix it together. The flour needs to be coated everywhere. If you like eating spicy, you can marinate it spicy. I coat the pork chops with breadcrumbs to have a delicious taste of the pork chops.
Don’t forget to preheat the oven before baking the pork chops. It can help to bake faster. It all depends on what kind of food you will be baking.
When baking the pork chops, it will smell so good and make you very hungry. When baking the pork chops, it takes about 25-30 minutes. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork chops. If you cook them too long, it will become tough. I have the recipe for how to marinate and bake them.

Marinate the pork chops:
1. Take a package of pork chops
2. Open the package, take as many pork chops as need.
3. Raise pork chops
4. Put the pork chops in a mixing bowl. If you find the pork chops are too big, you can cut them in halfor into pieces.
5. Marinate both sides with some salt, garlic powder, and pour some soya sauce. Use a tong and mix the pork chops.
6. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can put the pork chop package in the fridge the night before to defrost it. 

Baking process:

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put parchment paper on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the pork chops and coat it on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the pork chops.)
6. Place the pork chops on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the pork chops.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of pork chops in the oven.
9. Bake the porks chops for 25-30 minutes.
10. Half way through the baking process, flip the pork over.
10. When 30 minutes is up, open the oven and take a pieces of pork chop. Use a sisscors and cut the pork chop to see if there are any pink inside. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer.
(Note: Make sure you do not over bake the pork chop or it well become tough.)
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the pork chops out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the pork chops onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy this wonderful and delicious baked chicken legs.

Boiled lettuce

These lettuce are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how greenly and beautiful it came out after boiling them. When boiling the lettuce they cook ready fast to be well done. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with noddles or rice. Which every choice of your desire. The lettuce are very healthy vegetable and good for the eyes. 1. Take the package of lettuce and remove the wrapper.
2. Rinse the lettuce.
3. Remove the outer part of the lettuce.

5. Place the lettuce on the cutting board and cut it in half.
6. Separate the lettuce apart as many times as you need to eat, and cut the lettuce into pieces.

8. When all is cut into the mixing bowl. Rinse the lettuce and pour out the water and set it aside.

1. In the cupboard take out a large pan

3. Put in some water.
4. Turn the heat to high.
5. When the water starts boiling, pour in the bowl of lettuce.
6. Boil at medium-low for a couple of minutes.
(Note: Keep an eye on the lettuce because they cook really fast)
7. Take a pieces and taste if it’s the desire texture.
8. Once ready, Use a tong and put all the lettuce onto a plate and place it on the table.
9. Enjoy.

Cornstarch stick noodles

This bowl of cornstarch stick noodles is the second time I made this noodles. It is very simple to make and It does not take long, and you can have these noodles in less than 30 minutes. You can make a chicken broth to have a better texture of the noodles. It’s very delicious, and I like it a lot. I decide to eat them just the noodles and chicken broth without putting anything else. This is one of my favourite noodles.
The noodles cook, ready fast. All you need to do is boil the water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add 2-3 sheets of cornstarch stick noodles. Once it is boiling, immediately turn off the heat and let it cook by itself for 10 minutes. Do not overcook the noodles or else it will become too soft. Once it is done, pour it in the strainer and rinse it with cold water until it is completely cold. Now you can eat.
If you like, you can make a chicken broth using the chicken broth can. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes. Put the chicken broth soup into the noodles. If you like, you can add some egg or ham to go with the noodles.
Kids and adults would love this type of noodles. You can have this for lunch or dinner. To eat. When you’re in a hurry and hungry, this will be a good choice to make.to eat. If you can’t finish the noodles, you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the fridge if you know you will finish them in 3-4 days. Making the Cornstarch stick noodles:
1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan or a pot and place it on the stove.
2. Put some water into the large pan or pot.
3. Turn on the heat to high. and cover the lid
4. Just wait until the water is boiling.
5. Once the water is boiling, sprinkle some salt and stir.
6. Put in two sheets of cornstarch stick noodles and close the lid.
7. When it is still boiling, turn off the heat. Let it sit and cook for 10 minutes.
(Note: Don’t let the noodles cook too long, or else it will become too soft.)
8. When the noodles are ready, take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the noodles into a strainer.
9. Rinse the noodles until they are completely cold.
10. Take a strainer of noodles over a bowl to prevent the water from dripping everywhere.

Making the chicken broth soup:
1. In the cupboard, take out a pot.
2. Take the can of chicken broth.
3. Wash the can top and wipe it clean.
4. Use an opener can and open the can.
5. Pour the chicken broth into the pot.
6. Put in 1-2 cups of water using a can and pour it into the pot.
7. Turn on the heat to high
8. Let the chicken broth cook until it is boiling.
9. Once it is boiling, lower the heat and wait 1 minutes.
10. Turn off the heat.
11. Now you can use the broth.

Making the bowl of noddles:
1. Take a bowl.
2. Put as many noodles as you will eat into a bowl.
3. Put it in the microwave and heat it up for 3 minutes.
