Cheddar cheese chicken burger with strawberries and cherries

This is a cheddar cheese chicken burger. It is very delicious and simple to make. I used the breaded chicken burger from the Giant Tiger brand.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Depending on how many people are eating, bake as much as you need. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. At halftime, flip the burgers over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun, it looks like a chicken burger. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better. If you do not like it being oven, you can just leave it like that and make the buger.
At the bottom and top of the burger, I pour some ketchup. Then I added the breaded chicken burger. In the fridge, I took out a package of cheddar cheese. I took a square pack of cheese. I open the plastic and place the cheddar cheese on the top of the burger. I place the top bun on top of the breaded chicken burger. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your choice in the burger. Now you have a cheedar cheese chicken burger.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. In the fridge, take out some cherries and strawberries. Rinse the cherries and strawberries. Put them onto a bowl. Take a cutting board and cut off the strawberries top part. Take some tooth picks and insert them into the strawberries. Place the cherries and strawberries around the plate. It will make the plate look nicer and delicious. It is place very nicely on the plate. Make sure you do not let the chicken burger sit too long on the plate, or it will be cold. If the burger gets cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Make sure the bun does not get dry.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their chicken burgers with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this chicken burger for lunch or dinner. Putting some cherries and strawberries around the plate, will make it look nicer.

Breaded chicken burger (Giant Tiger brand):
1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen breaded chicken burger out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many burgers as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen burgers onto a baking tray,
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken burger for 18 minutes.
8. When it is 9 minutes. Flip the burger over.
9. Bake the breaded chicken burger until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Leave the breaded chicken burger in the oven until you are ready to eat.

Hamburger bun: (optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
6. If you do not like to heat it in the oven, you can just make the hamburger bun
just like that.
7. It will still taste good.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a large plate.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the plate.
3. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Squeeze the ketchup on the top bun also
(Note: If you want to put more sauce, you can put whatever you like as your desire.)
5. Use a tong and put the chicken burger on top of the ketchup.
6. Take the package of square cheddar cheese. Take one pack of square cheese.
7. Open the cheese and place the cheddar cheese on top of the burger.
8. Put the top bun together.

Making the plate:
1. Use the large plate that you used to make the burger.
2. Put the burger on the plate nicely,
3. Wash some cherries and strawberries. Cut off the top part of the strawberries.
4. Insert some toothpicks into the strawberries.
5. Place the strawberries and cherries around the swiss cheese chicken burger.
6. Now you have a cheddar cheese chicken burger with cherries and strawberries around the plate.
7. Enjoy.

Spinach omelette

An omelette with spinach is very simple to make. I decided to use frozen spinach to mix in with the egg mixture. I pan fry the spinach until they are almost done. I added the egg mixture with the spinach. Pan-fried on one side until there is no more egg mixture. Flip it to the other and cook until there is no more egg mixture. I cut the omelette into big chunks of pieces. Cook until it is well done. Make sure do not over cook the omelette or it will get burn.
Look at how beautiful the dish came out after stir-frying from the frying pan. It is very colourful, and the spinach with scrambled eggs makes a good combination dish. I like this dish a lot.

Preparation of the spinach:
1. In the freezer, take out the package of frozen spinach.
2. In the package, take as much spinach as needed to cook and place it onto a strainer.
3. Close the package of spinach and place it back into the freezer.
4. Rinse the spinach and put it over a bowl so the water will not drip everywhere. Then set it aside.

Preparing the eggs:
1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge.
2. Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour a bit of milk to make the eggs smoother.
4. Beat the eggs using a teeth knife and mix well.
(Note: using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices. Then cut it into small pieces.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard, and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onion and stir until done.
5. Take the frozen spinach strainer and put the spinach into the frying pan. Close the lid and let it cook by itself until the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying-pan.
6. Open the lid. Once the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying pan, stir the spinach.
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soy sauce. Stir to mix.
8. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low.
9. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit.
10. Open the lid and when you see no more egg mixture liquid, use a cooking spatula and cut the spinach with
scramble eggs into chuck pieces and flip it over.
(Note: keep an eye on the eggs because they cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
11. Let it cook until no more egg mixture liquid. Let it cook for a few seconds.
12. Once done, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and spinach into a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Chinese green radish with red peppers

This stir-fried Chinese green radish with red peppers is very delicious and simple to make. Green radish is a type of Chinese radish that can be bought at a Chinese supermarket.
I decided to use a slice cutter and slice the green radish into pieces, which can be easier to cook. When cooking the Chinese green radish, it can take longer to cook until they are a tender texture. I added a bit of water to let it cook until they are tender. Stir the green radish in the large pan sometimes. Close the lid. When water starts boiling, let it sit and cook by itself for a few minutes. Open the lid. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of soya sauce and stir. Preparing the green radish:

2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onions and stir until done.
5. Pour the Chinese green radish into the large pan and stir a bit.
6. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and a bit of light soya sauce.
7. Stir to mix.
8. Pour in some water. Close the lid.
9. When the water starts boiling, let it cook for a couple of minutes.
10. Open the lid stir a bit. Take a piece of green radish and taste if tender. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
11. When the Chinese green radish is cook to tender, Pour in the red peppers.
12. Stir to mix.
13. Put some flour and stir until you see no more flour showing.
(Note: Putting flour can coat the water to have a sauce base.)
14. When the water starts boiling again. Chinese green radish is tender that means it is ready.
15. Turn the heat off. Take a plate and pour all the Chinese green radish with red peppers onto a plate and place it on the table.

Broccoli with lunch meat

Broccoli with lunch meat is so simple to make. The creation of the dish looks so colourful. Being creative in making a dish can make you very happy. I decided to make something different by putting the lunch meat at an angle at the bottom plate and some broccoli around the lunch meat.
Before cooking the broccoli, you need to remove the hard part from the bottom of the stem. Removing the strips hard part will make the broccoli to be not crunchy. If you like it crunch, you can leave it the way it is. I prefer to eat it tender because easier to chew. I use the can of lunch meat and pan-fry it until both sides are golden brown on low heat.
Keep an eye on the lunch meat because they cook fast.

Preparation the broccoli:
1. Take the broccoli out of the fridge. Remove from bag.
2. Rinse the broccoli’s
3. Place the broccoli on the cutting board and cut it in half.
4. Separate the broccoli and place it directly into the sink.
5. Take a knife, and peel the end hard part strips off the broccoli to prevent crunchy.
(Note: If you like it crunchy, and hard you can leave it the way it is.)
6. When you see big pieces of broccoli that are not separated, cut the broccoli into broccoli pieces.
7. When it’s done separating, Place it into a mixing bowl.
8.Rinse the broccoli, pour the water into the sink and set it aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Peel the onion skin. 
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.

Preparation the lunch meat:
1. In the cupboard, take out a can of lunch meat
2. Rinse the can top very clean and wipe it clean with a clean cloth.
3. Remove the opening key from the can.
4. You will feel a bump on the can, use the key and open the can.
5. Place the open can on the cutting board, slowly use a knife and take the lunch meat out of the can.
6. Cut the lunch meat on the side and cut it into rectangle pieces and set it aside.

Cooking process:

Pan frying the lunch meat
:
1. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick frying pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Use a tong and place all the lunch meat into the frying pan.
5. Turn the heat to low.
6. When one side is golden brown, turn it to the other side and cook until golden brown. The lunch meat does not have to be fully 7. golden brown.
(Note: Keep an eye on the lunch meat because they cook fast. )
8. Once it’s done frying on the pan, turn off the heat. Place it onto a plate and set it aside.

Stir frying the broccoli:

1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Take the bowl of onion and pour the onions into the frying pan. Use a wooden spatula and stir the onions until done.
5. Put the bowl of broccoli into the pan, and stir a bit.
6. Sprinkle some garlic powder, salt, and pour some light soya sauce.
7. Stir a few times.
8. Pour in some water into the large pan and close the lid. Let it cook for a few minutes.
9. When the water starts to boil, let it continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
10. Open the lid. Take a knife or a long toothpick, put it into the broccoli. If you feel the broccoli is tender, that means it is ready. If it’s not, cook it a bit longer. Another way, take a piece of broccoli and taste if it’s tender.
11. Once the broccoli is tender, turn the large pan heat off, and set it aside.

Making the plate of broccoli with lunch meat:

1. Take out a clean plate.
2. Use a tong and place all the lunch meat at an angle around the bottom plate.
3. Take some broccoli and place it around the top of the lunch meat on the side plate.
(Note: Leave the lunch meat showing, so that you can see some lunch meat and it will look nicer.
4. Whatever is left un-use, put it onto a bowl and set it on the table.
5. Now you have broccoli with lunch meat.
