1. Take the white radish out of the fridge.

This lettuce with milk-fed veal shoulder on the back beef and onions is very delicious and easy to make.

Milk-fed veal shoulder on the back (beef):
1. Take out a frying pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Turn the heat to middle low
5. Put in the onions and stir until they are done.
6. Take a plate and place the onions onto a plate, but leave some onions on the frying pan
to cook the milk-fed shoulder on the back.
7. Put some oil again.
8. Use a tong and place all the milk-fed shoulder on the back on to the frying pan.
9. Use the tong and twirl the beef around the pan on the heated area until it is a bit dark
10. Repeat the same thing.
11. Turn it to the other side and twirl around the pan.
(Note: Make sure all the beef are press flat to the pan.)
12. Fry pan each side until you do not see rare colour.
13. Once it is cook to the right texture, turn off the heat and place it on the plate of onions.

Cutting the beef and mixing it into the lettuce:

1. Take a cutting board.
2. Use a tong take one by one and cut all the beef into strip pieces.
3. Use the tong and put all the beef on top of the lettuce.
4. Pour the plate of onions, beef and lettuce into the frying pan.
5. Stir the lettuce onions and beef for a few seconds.
6. Scoop up all the lettuce onions and beef onto a plate and place it on the table.
6. Now you have a plate of lettuce with Milk-fed veal shoulder on the back beef and onions.

Tofu with Chinese preserve black beans and topped with sliced onions

This is the easiest recipe to make and not too hard. This is the healthiest dish you can make by steaming the tofu. This time I decided to put some Chinese preserve black beans to make it look more beautiful and tasty.
The tofu’s are very soft and tasty. You can find the Chinese preserve black beans at a Chinese supermarket. This is a good combination that goes with rice. I really like this dish a lot. You can also have this tofu with noodles. It will also taste good.
Kids and adults will love this tofu a lot since it is a healthy steam recipe. If you do not want to put any Chinese preserve black beans, you can eliminate them. You can just put some onions and green onions on the top to look nice. This is the easiest steam tofu to make. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Preparing the Chinese preserve black bean:
1. In the cupboard take out a bowl
2. In the bag take out a hand full of Chinese preserve black bean and put it in the bowl.
3. put some cold water.
4. Put it in the microwave and heat it up, until the water is boiling up.
5. Take it out of the microwave.
6. Take a strainer and pour all the Chinese preserve black beans to drain the water.
7. Rinse with cold water and place it back into the bowl .
8. Cut up some garlic into small pieces and put in the Chinese preserve black beans
9. Use the end knife and pound the Chinese preserve black beans and garlic.
(make sure all the pieces are pound into small pieces.)
10. When it is all done, set it aside.

Preparing the slice onion:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends.
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half.
3. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
4. Slice the onions directly into a mixing bowl.
5. Set the mixing bowl aside.

Preparation the tofu and plate:
1. Take a package of firm tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open the package and drain all the water.
3. Raise all the tofu .
4. Take out a cutting board and knife. Place the tofu on a cutting board
and cut the tofu into square pieces.
5. Separate the tofu’s onto a cutting board and marinate both sides with some garlic powder, soya sauce, turmeric, and some flour.
6. Place all the marinated tofu all around the plate slanted on the side. Then place the rest in the middle.
7. Put all the Chinese preserve black beans on top of the tofu, by separating it everywhere around the tofu.
8. Topped some slice onions on top of the tofu.

Cooking process:
1. Take a large pan out of the cupboard and fill it up with water and turn the heat to high.
2. Put a wire rack in the pan.
3. Wait until the water is boiling. When the water starts boiling, put the plate of tofu in the steamer.
4. Steam the tofu for 12 minutes.
5. When the Chinese preserve tofu with onions is ready, Use a plate clipper and take the tofu out of the steamer
and place it on the table.
6. Enjoy this wonderful steam tofu.

Hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate

This hamburger is simple to make. I used ground beef to make the hamburger patty instead of buying from a store. Making home-made patties is very delicious and test better, You can put what ever you like on top of the patty, If you want to know how to make the hamburger steak, mushroom and the vegetable new zealand spinach. I have the recipe at the bottom that shows you the steps how to do it.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the hamburger bun on the plate. Separate the bun. Take a bottle of ketchup. Squeeze the ketchup on both top and bottom bun. Use a tong and place the hamburger onto the hamburger bun. Close the top of the bun and place it nicely onto the plate. Place some new zealand spianch on the side of the plate. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spianch on the side plate.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their hamburger with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this hamburger for lunch or dinner. Putting some vegetable on the side plate will make the plate look nicer. I really like this dish a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Washing New Zealand spinach:
1. Take the package of New Zealand spinach out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard, take out a strainer and a big container to wash the yu choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take a strainer and place it on the other sink.
4. Take the New Zealand spinach out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each New Zealand spinach apart.
6. Open each New Zealand spinach wide and wash it in the water very clean, make sure there is no dirty stuff in the vegetable.
7. Open the cold water and fill the container with water. Take the New Zealand spinach in each hand. Turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in the water.
(Note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
8. Each time a piece is washed, place it in the strainer.
9. Check the water if there is any dirty stuff. Once the water is clear, that means the New Zealand spinach is clean.
10. Fill the container with water and wash the New Zealand spinach three -four times. Once it’s all washed, put it aside.
(Note: make sure it is all clean and has no dirty stuff.)

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Prepare the mushroom:
1. Wash the mushroom and clean with a brush, until all the dirt comes out.
2. Rinse mushroom very well.
3. Cut up the mushroom into pieces.

Cooking hamburger steak:
1. In the fridge, take out a non-stick pan. and put it on the stove.
2. When the pan is hot. Put some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until done.
4. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together.
5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak
into any size piece of your choice.
6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and place it on the table.

Cooking the mushroom:
1. Re-use the same in the pan. Turn the heat to medium-low.
2. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil.
3. Put some onions and stir until done.
4. Pour in the bowl of mushroom into the pan.
5. Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder and stir for a bit.
6. Put a bit of flour. Then keep on string it until you see bubble.
(Note: Make sure all the flour are coated all around the mushroom.)
7. When you see bubble that means it is ready. String continuously with the flour
can have some sauce at the bottom.
8. When done. Take the pan of mushroom with onions and pour it on top of the hamburger steak.
9. Enjoy.

Cooking New Zealand spinach:

1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan.
2. Place it on the stove.
3. Pour some water into the large pan. If there is not enough water, then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the new zealand spinach.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait until the water is boiling.
6. When the water is boiling, add the new zealand spinach into a large pan and cover the lid.
7. Just wait for it to boil up. Once the water is boiling up, open the lid and keep the lid off.
(Note: Keeping the cover off will prevent the vegetable from being not having a good colour.)
9. When the new zealand spinach is boiling again. Leave it on the water for two more minutes. 
(Note: Do not cook the new zealand spinach too long, it will not stay greenly.)
12. Once it’s ready. Turn off the heat and place all the new zealand spinach on a plate and place it on the table.

Making the hamburger:
1. Take a large plate, put the hamburger bun on the plate.
2. Take ketchup out of the fridge. Squeeze the ketchup on the top and bottom bun.
3. Put the hamburger steak on the bread.
4. Close the top bun.
5. Place the hamburger bun nicely on the plate.
6. Use a tong and put some new zealand spinach on the side plate.
7. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate.
8. Enjoy.

Cheddar cheese chicken burger with strawberries and cherries

This is a cheddar cheese chicken burger. It is very delicious and simple to make. I used the breaded chicken burger from the Giant Tiger brand.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Depending on how many people are eating, bake as much as you need. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. At halftime, flip the burgers over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun, it looks like a chicken burger. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better. If you do not like it being oven, you can just leave it like that and make the buger.
At the bottom and top of the burger, I pour some ketchup. Then I added the breaded chicken burger. In the fridge, I took out a package of cheddar cheese. I took a square pack of cheese. I open the plastic and place the cheddar cheese on the top of the burger. I place the top bun on top of the breaded chicken burger. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your choice in the burger. Now you have a cheedar cheese chicken burger.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. In the fridge, take out some cherries and strawberries. Rinse the cherries and strawberries. Put them onto a bowl. Take a cutting board and cut off the strawberries top part. Take some tooth picks and insert them into the strawberries. Place the cherries and strawberries around the plate. It will make the plate look nicer and delicious. It is place very nicely on the plate. Make sure you do not let the chicken burger sit too long on the plate, or it will be cold. If the burger gets cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Make sure the bun does not get dry.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their chicken burgers with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this chicken burger for lunch or dinner. Putting some cherries and strawberries around the plate, will make it look nicer.

Breaded chicken burger (Giant Tiger brand):
1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen breaded chicken burger out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many burgers as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen burgers onto a baking tray,
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken burger for 18 minutes.
8. When it is 9 minutes. Flip the burger over.
9. Bake the breaded chicken burger until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Leave the breaded chicken burger in the oven until you are ready to eat.

Hamburger bun: (optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
6. If you do not like to heat it in the oven, you can just make the hamburger bun
just like that.
7. It will still taste good.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a large plate.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the plate.
3. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Squeeze the ketchup on the top bun also

This omelette are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how colourful and beautiful it came out after frying the omelette. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice. If you like, you can eat it just like that. You can make whatever choice you desire. The omelettes are the size of a plate after frying in the pan. These are very good to have for breakfast meal.
All you need to do is crack 4 eggs and put what ever ingredients you like inside the egg mixture. I decide to go with frozen baby clams, green onions and red peppers. Frying time on the pan does not take long. Just make sure not to burn the egg on each sides. This is a very good dish to make.

Preparing frozen baby clams:
1. Take a package of frozen baby clams out of the freezer.
2. Open package.
3. Put some into a bowl.

Preparing the onions and scallions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Dice the onions into small pieces.
5. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
6. Take 2-3 pieces of scallions.
7. Wash the scallions.
8. Place it on the cutting board
9. Cut the scallions into small pieces
10. Take 2 red small peppers wash it very well and wipe it clean.
11. Place it on a cutting board. Slice into 2 layers and cut into pieces.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick fry pan.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low,
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of baby clams and stir until almost done.
6. Pour the bowl of egg mixture into the frying pan with the baby clams.
7. Sprinkle red peppers on top of the egg.
8. Turn the heat to low.

I decided to use soft tofu because it’s easier to eat, and it’s not hard. Look at how beautiful the colours came out with some coriander to brighten the colour. The soft round tofu can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
All you need to do is cut the soft tofu package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handle and the other half two corners. Take it out from the package carefully into a plate. Slowly cut into round pieces.
Take a portable steamer or a pot. Pour in some water. Put a steamer tray or a wire rack. Close the lid and turn the heat to high. When the water starts boiling, open the lid. Use a plate clipper or a kitchen mitten and put the plate of soft tofu in the steamer. Be careful, the steamer is hot. Steam the tofu at medium heat for 10 minutes. When ready, use a plate clipper and take out the plate of soft tofu and place it on the table. Take some coriander and wash it very clean without any dirt. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle some coriander on top of the tofu.

All you need to do is cut the soft tofu package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handle and the other half two corners. Take it out from the package carefully into a plate. Slowly cut into round pieces. Take a slice cutter with an attached knife and slice some red peppers on top of the tofu. Wash some green onions and cut into pieces. Sprinkle some green onions on top. The dish will look so nice and colourful.
Take a portable steamer or a pot. Pour in some water. Put a steamer tray or a wire rack. Close the lid and turn the heat to high. When the water starts boiling, open the lid. Use a plate clipper or a kitchen mitten and put the plate of soft tofu topped with green onions and sliced red peppers into the steamer. Be careful, the steamer is hot. Steam the tofu at medium heat for 10 minutes. When ready, use a plate clipper and take out the plate of soft tofu and place it on the table.

Preparation:
1. In the fridge, take the soft tofu roll package. Cut the package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handling package and the other half of the 2 corners.
2. Drain out all the water as much as possible.
3. Slowly pour out the soft tofu onto a glass plate.
4. Use a knife and slowly cut into round pieces.
(Note: if you cut the soft tofu too hard, it will break easily.)
5. Slide the soft tofu in one direction towards yourself.
6. Repeat the same thing on the other side layer.
7. When ready, Set the soft tofu aside.
8. Take a bag of small peppers.
9. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
10. Slice the red peppers into slices directly onto the plate of soft tofu.
11. In the fridge, take out some green onions. Wash the green onions.
12. Cut the green onions into pieces and sprinkle on top of the soft tofu.

Steaming the tofu:
1. In the cupboard, take out a portable steamer or a pot. Place it on the stove or the table.
2. Put in some water and turn on the heat to high.
3. Place a steamer tray on the steamer and close the lid.
4. Once the water is boiling, open the lid. Use a plate clipper or kitchen mittens and place the plate of soft tofu topped with green onions and sliced red peppers into the steamer tray.
5. Steam the tofu for 10 minutes at medium heat.
6. When the time is ready, turn off the heat.
7. Use a plate clipper and take out the plate of soft tofu and place it on the table.
8. Enjoy.




Spinach omelette

This is a 2nd time I made an omlette with spinach and is very simple to make. I decided to use frozen spinach to mix in with the egg mixture. It is already made from the frozen package and does not require a lot of preperation.
I pan-fried the spinach until almost done. I pour the egg mixture with the spinach. Pan-fried on one side until there is no more egg mixture. Flip it to the other and cook until there is no more egg mixture. I cut the omelette into big chunks of pieces. Cook until they are well done. Some will be slightly golden brown. Make sure not to over cook the omelette, or it will get burnt.
Look at how beautiful the dish came out after stir-frying from the frying pan. It is very colourful, and the spinach with scrambled eggs makes a good combination dish. I like this dish a lot.

Preparation of the spinach:
1. In the freezer, take out the package of frozen spinach.
2. In the package, take as much spinach as needed to cook and place it onto a strainer.
3. Close the package of spinach and place it back into the freezer.
4. Rinse the spinach and put it over a bowl so the water will not drip everywhere. Then set it aside.

Preparing the eggs:
1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge.
2. Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour a bit of milk to make the eggs smoother.
4. Beat the eggs using a teeth knife and mix well.
(Note: using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices. Then cut it into small pieces.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard, and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onion and stir until done.
5. Take the frozen spinach strainer and put the spinach into the frying pan. Close the lid and let it cook by itself until the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying-pan.
6. Open the lid. Once the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying pan, stir the spinach.
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soy sauce. Stir to mix.
8. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low.
9. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit.
10. Open the lid and when you see no more egg mixture liquid, use a cooking spatula and cut the spinach with
scramble eggs into chuck pieces and flip it over.
(Note: keep an eye on the eggs because they cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
11. Let it cook until no more egg mixture liquid. Let it cook for a few seconds.
12. Once done, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and spinach into a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Stir-fried spinach with onions and ginger

A stir-fried spinach, when it is put into a large pan, you can hear the sizzling sound. It smells so good. It makes you feel hungry. I put some onions and ginger to stir-fry the spinach. This spinach was bought at a Chinese supermarket, but you can find spinach at any supermarket.
When washing spinach, I separate the end part and the leaves. I separate washing them 4-5 times to ensure proper clean without any dirt. When the water is clear, it means that the spinach is clean. When cooking the spinach, they cook ready fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes. Putting seasoning is your preference. I decided to put a bit of water to cook the spinach. Keep an eye on the spinach. They will cook fast because they are already texture and soft. If you overcook the spinach, it will not be a very green colour.
Kids and adults would like this stir-fried spinach. It is very healthy and good for the eyes.
The colour of this dish came out very nice. It tastes very delicious, and I like it a lot. You can have this for lunch or dinner. This is a good combination with rice. Washing the spinach:
1. Take the bag of spinach out of the fridge.
2. Remove spinach from the bag.
3. Place the spinach onto a cutting board.
4. Cut all the spinach end part.
5. Take 2 mixing bowls and separate the leaves and the end parts.
6. Wash all the end parts. When each part Is washed, put it onto a strainer. IF you see dirty stuff in the bowl of water, throw it outside.
7. Wash 4-5 times or until you see no more dirty stuff in the water, that is when you know it is very clean.
8. Take the bowl of leaves and shake it in the water and rinse it over tap water.
9. Wash it 4-5 times until the water has no more dirty stuff, and it is clear. That
is how you know it is clean.
10. When it is all cleaned. Set it aside.

Preparing the onion and ginger:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices and cut some
onions into dice pieces.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
6. Place the ginger on a cutting board.
7. Cut the ginger into pieces and place it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onions and ginger and stir until done.
5. Put the bowl of spinach into the large pan
6. Pour a bit of water.
7. Put in some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soya sauce.
8. Stir to mix
9. Keep an eye on the spinach because they cook really fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes
10. When the water starts boiling, turn off the heat immediately.
(Note: Do not cook too long or it will not be taste good.)
12. Pour the spinach onto a plate immediately.
13. Place the plate of spinach onto the table.
