Preparation of the zucchini:
1. In the fridge, take 2 pieces of zucchini. If you feel that the zucchini is slippy, rinse with water and rub the zucchini with a cloth.
2. Place the zucchini on the cutting board and cut off 2 end parts.
3. Take 1 zucchini. Take a slice cutter. Make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
4. Slice the zucchini into round piece directly into a mixing bowl.
5. Take another zucchini and repeat the same steps.
(Note: Make sure all the zucchini are slice into the same size. )
6. Set the bowl of zucchini aside.

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard take out a rice cooker.
2. plug in the plug.
3. Put in some water.
4. Press the rice cooker button to rice cook.
5. When the water starts boiling, pour in the bowl of sliced zucchini.
6. Boil the zucchini for 1 minute.
(Note: Keep an eye on the zucchini because they cook really fast)
7. Once ready, Use a tong and put all the zucchini into a bowl and place it on the table.

Hot dogs

These are boiled hot dogs, which are simple to make. When making this hot dog, I use the regular size hot dogs that you used to make the hot dog buns to make hot dogs. When buying hot dogs from a supermarket, there are many different kinds of brands. Some like it spicy and others do not.
Making these hot dogs is a fast and easy way that everyone can make. All you need to do is take a package of hot dogs, whether it’s in the fridge or the freezer. Open the package and take out as many pieces of hot dog you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the hot dogs and set it aside.
Take a sauce pot and some water. Turn the heat to high. Pour the strainer of hot dogs into the sauce pot. Cook the hot dogs in water until it starts boiling. When the water starts boiling, you will see the hot dog expand big. Let the hot dogs sit in boiling water for 5 minutes. Once ready, take a plate. Use a tong and place all the hot dogs onto a plate and set it on the table. I decided to place the hotdog one up and the other down in the same pattern.

6. Wait until it boils again.
7. Once it is boiling, let it cook in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
8. Open the lid. Take a knife or a long toothpick. Put it into the broccoli. If you feel the broccoli is tender, that means it is ready. If it’s not, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Turn off the heat.

This lettuce are very delicious and easy to make. I decided to use a rice cooker to boil the lettuce. It is a healthy way of making lettuce. Eating green vegetables is good for the eyes.

Spaghetti noodles

These spaghetti noodles are so simple to make. The spaghetti package that I used was bought at a store called giant tiger. It was a brand from their own brand, giant tiger. It was the first time I tried this giant tiger spaghetti. A giant tiger store can only be found in Canada, but not in BC. There are also other brands of spaghetti that you can use.
If you made spaghetti noodles before, it would be an easy task. Most people would already know how to make spaghetti noodles since they eat it most of the time. Making spaghetti noodles is like making any kind of pasta. It is a similar step.
All you need to do is add some water onto a large pan. Put some salt and stir it. Turn the heat to high. Close the lid and wait until the water starts boiling. When the water starts boiling, put as many spaghetti noodles into the large pan that you will eat. Close the lid and let it cook in boiling water. Once it is boiling, stir it a few times, so that it will not stick on the large pan. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 minutes or until it boils with a bubble. When it is boiling with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste it to see if it is tender. If the noodles are not tender, let it cook for a bit longer until you taste it and the pasta is tender. When the pasta is cooked to the tender. Turn off the heat. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and pour the pasta in the strainer. Rinse the pasta with cold water until it is completely cold. 2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

White radish with beef balls (using an old rice cooker with congee function)

This boiled white radish with beef balls is simple to make. I decided to use an old-style rice cooker with a congee function. I did not add any seasoning. Just simple and natural. Boiling food is very healthy. The beef balls can be bought at a Chinese supermarket. It comes in different flavours. I choose the beef balls because it is my favorite kind.
To prepare the white radish, I cut it in half. Rinse the white radish. Peel the skin and put the knife at an angle. While turning, cut the white radish into pieces. I place all the white radish into a mixing bowl. Then I took some beef ball from the freeze, put as many in a strainer and rinse it and put it aside.
All you need is the white radish because they take longer to cook. It takes about 20-30 minutes. To know if it’s tender. Insert a large toothpick. If it goes through, that means it is ready. If it’s not, you will need to cook it a bit longer. You can turn it to the congee function and cook for 15 minutes to be sure it is simmering to tender. When it is all cooked, I use a skimmer spoon and scoop up all the white radish into a plate.
I poured the beef balls onto the rice cooker and boiled until the water started to boil and the beef ball expands and flows on the top, that is when you know it is ready. If you want to make sure it is ready, cook it for another 1-2 minutes. Use a skimmer spoon and scoop up all the beef balls into the same plate and mix it.

it is ready. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. Turn the rice cooker to congee function and let it slow cook for 15 minutes
7. Once ready and tender, take a skimmer spoon and scoop up some white radish and put it on the plate.

This boiled turkey leg is delicious and simple to make. I decided, to use a turkey leg from a whole turkey. When a turkey is bought at a store. It needs to defrost in the fridge for 2-3 days.
When cleaning the turkey, remove any black spots on the turkey. Use some salt and rub the turkey. Rubbing the turkey can out the dirty smell from the turkey. When all rubbed, rinse the turkey. Open wide the turkey legs and follow the guidelines can cut the turkey leg off. The same way that you will cut a chicken.
Boil the turkey leg in hot boiling water for 30-45 minutes. Insert a knife in the middle. If blood comes out, it is not ready. When there is no more blood coming out or pink inside, it is done. Do not overcook the turkey. It will be tough. When ready, place it onto a plate and place it on the table.
Kids and adults would love this turkey leg. You can have the turkey leg for lunch or dinner. The taste of the meat is good. The best combination that goes well with this turkey leg is rice. With the turkey leg, you can mix in the rice. You can also make a remove some meat from the turkey leg and make a sandwich with some lettuce and tomatoes. I like the turkey leg a lot.

Direction:
(Turkey needs to be in the fridge to unfreeze for 2-3 days.)
Cleaning the turkey:

1. Put on some dishwasher gloves.
2. Pull wide open the turkey legs.
3. Use scissors and follow the guild line and cut off the turkey legs.
(Note: Cutting off the turkey leg, is like cutting off the chicken leg from a whole chicken.)
4. Repeat the same thing with the other turkey leg.
5. When it is done place it on a mixing bowl.

Cooking process:

1. Take out a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Fill up some water.
3. Turn the heat to high.
4. When the water starts boiling, put in the turkey legs and some slices pieces of onions.
5. Close the lid. Turn the heat to medium-low.
6. Boil the turkey legs for 30-45 minutes.
7. When the time is ready. Open the lid. Take a knife and insert it in the middle.
8. If you see redness coming out, that means it is not ready. It needs to boil a bit longer.
9. Once no more blood coming out and pink inside. It is ready.
10. Once done. Turn off the heat. Take a tong and place it onto a plate and place it on the table.

Napa cabbage with white radish and tofu (using an old rice cooker with congee funtion)

9. Once finish washing the cabbage. Put it aside.

1. Take the White Radish out of the fridge.
2. Take a cutting board and cut the white radish in half, or you can use the whole white radish.

6. When the water starts boiling again and 25 minutes is ready. Take a pieces of
white radish and taste if it’s tender. Take a fork and if it goes through the white radish, that means
it is ready. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer.

if the napa cabbage is tender.
11. Once tender, it is ready. Take a skimmer spoon and take out all the napa cabbage
and place it on the same plate of the white radish.
12. Pour the cut up tofu package slowly into the rice cooker.
(Note: Be careful of the water when putting the tofu in the hot water because it can splash on you.)
13. When the tofu starts boiling in the water, let it boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Once it is ready. Take a skimmer spoon and scoop up some tofu, and place it onto the same
plate of white radish and nappa.
(Note: Be careful placing the tofu on the plate because they are delicate
and easy to brake.)
14. Now you have a plate of nappa cabbage with white radish and tofu.

White radish with ginger (using an instant pot)

This white radish with ginger made from an instant pot is very simple, and you can have this in no time. I decided to use a white radish to make something simple. A white radish can also be called diakon. Using an instant pot is faster than cooking on the stove.
I cut the radish in half and saved the other half in the fridge to use next time. Rinse, peel the skins. Place the white radish on a cutting board. Take a knife and place it at an angle. While in each turn, cut the white radish into pieces and put it directly into a mixing bowl.
Fill up the instant pot with water. Put some salt and garlic powder and some pieces of ginger. Put in the bowl of white radish. Pour in a bit of dark soya sauce and close the lid. Press the manual button and cook for 4 minutes. When 4 minutes are done, it will release the pressure of the value. Once done, and the gray thing drops to the bottom. Press the saute button and wait until it starts boiling. When it starts boiling, press the off button.
This white radish is very delicious, and I like it a lot. It’s very convenient when you have an instant pot. It saves time.
Kids and adults would love this white radish with ginger a lot. You can have this dish for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this dish is rice or noddles. Preparing the white radish:
1. Take the White Radish out of the fridge.
2. Take a cutting board and cut the white radish in half, or you can use the whole white radish.
(Note: If not using the other half, you can wrap it up with a plastic wrapper and put it in the fridge to use next time.)
3. Take a knife peeler and peel off the skin directly into the garbage.
4. Place the white radish on a cutting board. Take a knife and place it at an angle. While in each turn, cut the white radish into pieces and put it directly into a mixing bowl.
5. When all is cut up and put into the mixing bowl, rinse the white radish and set it aside.

Preparing the ginger:
1. Take a ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
2. Place the ginger on a cutting board.
3. Cut the ginger into pieces and place it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking in an instant pot:
1. Take out the instant pot.
2. Fill the instant pot with water the amount that will need to simmer the white radish.
3. Put in some salt and garlic powder. Stir in the water. Then put in some ginger.
4. Put the bowl of white radish into the instant pot. Pour a bit dark soya sauce and stir to mix.
5. Close the lid. Press the manual button and set the time to 4 minutes.
6. Once 4 minutes finished. It will release the pressure of the value.
(Note: Don’t open the lid of the pressure cooker while it is pressuring-cooking, or it will explode.)
7. Once done and the gray thing drops to the bottom, Open the lid. Take a pieces and taste if tender.
Once tender, that means it is ready.
8. Press saute button and let it bring to a boil. Then press cancel/off.
9. Take a kitchen soup spoon and scoop up all the White radish onto a plate and place it on the table. Put some ginger on top of the white radish.
