5. When the eggs are beaten well, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onion in the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour in the tomatoes and stir for a bit.
6. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of soya sauce and stir
7. Keep on stiring on medium until the tomatoes is the desire of texture.
(Note: if you like it soft you can let it cook a bit longer.
8. Put in some flour and stir to have some juice.
9. Once the tomatoes are the right texture, pour in the egg mixture
10. Turn the heat to low.
11. Let it sit and cook. When one side has no more liquid, stir the egg mixture with tomatoes.
12. Keep on stiring until there are no more egg liquid.
13. Once there are no more egg liquid, sprinkle some green onions
into the pan and stir.
14. Once ready, pour it onto a plate and set it aside.

Mixing the beef with some baking powder will have a better texture of the beef. I also added some corn starch and mix it all together. Then I coated the beef with some flour. I mix it all together. When all is done. I set the bowl of beef aside.
I cooked the beef in a non-stick pan. First, I put the oil. When the pan is hot, I put in the red onions and stir until done. I pour the beef into the pan. I separate them apart from each other and cook until both sides are golden brown on low heat. Cook until the beef has no redness or pink inside. Make sure to keep an eye on the beef because they cook fast. Once done. Pour the beef and onions onto a bowl and set it aside.

Put some salt on the shrimp to clean the fresh smell out of the shrimp and rinse until you see no more bubble. Open the water and soak the shrimp in running water for 10-15 minutes. I cook the shrimps because they cook fast. I decided not to remove the shells. If you like, you can remove the shells. Preparing the shrimp:
1. Take the package of shrimp out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and pour out as many shrimps as you need to cook on a strainer.

Preparing the onion and garlic:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a mid-size blender and blend the garlic.
6. Put it into a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the some blended garlic and onions into the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of shrimps into the large pan.
6. Stir 2-4 times.
(Note: Keep an eye on the shrimps because they cook fast.)
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and put some light soya sauce and stir to mix
8. Turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Let the shrimp sit on the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
10. Turn the shrimps over. Continue cooking until they are well done.
11. When the shrimps are well done. Turn the heat off.
12. Use a tong and put all the shrimps onto a bowl and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Boiled zucchini (using a rice cooker)

This boiled zucchini is very simple and cooks fast. You can use a slice cutter and slice the zucchini the night before and put it in a plastic bag and place it in the fridge. I decided to slice the zucchini into round shapes. Easier to cook. The cooking time is really fast.
I decided to use a rice cooker. Put some water inside and wait until the water starts boiling. When the water starts boiling, open the lid and pour all the slices of zucchini in the rice cooker. Cook for one minute because it will be some pieces will be a bit crunchy and some tender. When done, scoop it all up into a bowl and place it on the table.

The best combination that will be with this bowl of zucchini will be noodles or rice. I prefer eating it with rice because rice is one of my favorite food. I really like this bowl of zucchini a lot. It is one of my favorite bowl. When you make a lot, you can have it throughout the day. When you want to make something fast to eat, zucchini will be the best choice when it is sliced into round pieces and cooked in a rice cooker for 1 minute. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Preparation of the zucchini:
1. In the fridge, take 2 pieces of zucchini. If you feel that the zucchini is slippy, rinse with water and rub the zucchini with a cloth.
2. Place the zucchini on the cutting board and cut off 2 end parts.
3. Take 1 zucchini. Take a slice cutter. Make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
4. Slice the zucchini into round piece directly into a mixing bowl.
5. Take another zucchini and repeat the same steps.
(Note: Make sure all the zucchini are slice into the same size. )
6. Set the bowl of zucchini aside.

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard take out a rice cooker.
2. plug in the plug.
3. Put in some water.
4. Press the rice cooker button to rice cook.
5. When the water starts boiling, pour in the bowl of sliced zucchini.
6. Boil the zucchini for 1 minute.
(Note: Keep an eye on the zucchini because they cook really fast)
7. Once ready, Use a tong and put all the zucchini into a bowl and place it on the table.
