A simple and delicious pancakes that you can make at home. Weather it’s regular or with flavour inside. There are many different pancakes that you can make. Blueberry pancakes, strawberry pancakes or apple pancakes.
I decided to make something different by adding some sliced apple pieces inside. This apple pancake recipe I added 1/2 cup of sugar. If you are making other types of pancakes, you should not add any sugar because it might not taste good. If you like, you can double the ingredients to have more to eat. I would just leave the sugar ingredients alone without doubling the ingredient because there are already a lot of sugar in it. At the bottom, I have the recipe on how to make the apple pancakes.
Kids and adults will loves these apple pancakes. You can eat them for snack or breakfast. When you eat the pancakes, you can put some fruits, jam, syrup or just eat it plain. Whatever you like as your desire. You can also make a lot of pancakes and freeze it in the freezer. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freezer and heat it in the oven.

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 whole apple slice into pieces
Direction:
Preparing the batter:
1. In a cupboard take a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of
vanilla extract. Use a whisk and mix everything together well.
2. Put in 1 cup of flour and mix a bit.
3. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water, mix everything to combine.
3. Take an apple and wash it. Use a clean cloth and dry the apple.
4. Use a knife peeler and peel the apple skins.
5. Take a slice cutter and slice the apple into pieces directly into the mixing bowl.
6. Mix everything to combine.
4. If you like, you can let it sit for 2-3 minutes to make sure there are no lumps and it is a
smooth batter.
Cooking pancake direction:
1. In a cupboard, take out a non stick fry pan and place it on stove.
2. Turn on over medium high heat. When the heat is hot. put some oil. on the fry pan. Pour or scoop the batter onto the fry pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancakes. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
2. cook the pancakes for 2 minute. until the bottom is light brown, Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side the same time.
3. For each batter before you scoop up, make sure you mix before scooping up the batter. It will have a better texture of the pancake.
4. For each pancake, that is finish place it on a plate.
5. Repeat the same thing for the rest of pancakes
6. Once all the pancakes are finished, you can now eat the pancakes and enjoy them.
