Direction:
Beating the eggs:
1. Take a clean bowl or a round plate that can beat the eggs.
2. Take out 2-3 eggs. Depending on how many people are eating.
3. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl or a round plate.
4. Beat the eggs, using a teeth knife because it will beat evenly.
5. Put some milk (opitional)
6. If you put milk, continue beating until everything is mix well
7. Set it aside.

Dipping the bread:
1. Take out a bread
2. Cut off the bread crust.
3. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
5. Make sure the bread is dip evenly all around the bread.
(Note: Do not soak too long into the egg mixture or else it will become soggy.)

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard take out a fry pan.
(Note: you can take out the fry fan a head of time.)
2. Put it on the stove. turn the heat to
medium low.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Place the french toast in the fry pan.
5. Immediately turn the heat to low.
6. Cook both sides until they are golden brown
(Note: You will need to keep an eye on the french toast because it cooks fast or else it will get burn.)
Once done turn off the heat.

Making the plate of french toast and slice apple:

1. Immediately put the french toast on the plate and another on the top slanted.
2. Take an apple.
3. Use a slice cutter and slice the apple into pieces directly onto the plate.
4. If you like, you can put butter, syrup or jam on top of the french toast.
5. Now you have a french toast with sliced apple.
6. Enjoy this yummy french toast and sliced apple.

Strawberry jam mini tortilla wraps with two pancakes

This is the easiest strawberry jam mini tortilla wraps with two pieces of pancakes. I use the mini tortilla wraps. I feel that the white tortilla wrap is softer than the whole wheat tortilla wraps. The white tortilla is easier to eat. I like it a lot.
I heat up two mini tortillas in an oven at 350F (190 degress) for 3-5 minutes or until it is hot. When it is ready, I take it out and place it onto a plate. I decided to use the brand Habitant strawberry jam to spread strawberry jam all around the tortilla and roll it into a wrap. If you do not like what I have in my wraps, you can put whatever you choose of your desire. When making the wrap, ensure it is tightly wrapped. I place it on both sides of the plate nicely.
Making a ready-made pancake is easier than doing home-made pancake. It saves a lot of time, and it is faster this way. You can heat them up in the morning for breakfast. 10. Repeat the same steps for the other mini torilla.
11. When done, place it on the other side of the plate.

Making the pancake:
1. Take the package of pancakes
2. Remove pancakes from the package and place them in the oven.
3. Heat the pancakes at 350F (190 degrees) for 2-3 minutes or until it is hot
4. Once it’s ready, Use a tong and take the pancake out and place it on the middle of the plate.
5. Place the other pancake slanted a bit on the other pancake
6. Pour some maple syrup on the top of the pancake.
7. Enjoy.




Baby clam omelette with red peppers and green onions

This omelette are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how colourful and beautiful it came out after frying the omelette. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice. If you like, you can eat it just like that. You can make whatever choice you desire. The omelettes are the size of a plate after frying in the pan. These are very good to have for breakfast meal.
All you need to do is crack 4 eggs and put what ever ingredients you like inside the egg mixture. I decide to go with frozen baby clams, green onions and red peppers. Frying time on the pan does not take long. Just make sure not to burn the egg on each sides. This is a very good dish to make.

Preparing frozen baby clams:
1. Take a package of frozen baby clams out of the freezer.
2. Open package.
3. Put some into a bowl.
4. Wash the baby clams 2-3 times. Ensure they are properly clean.
5. Put some cold water to soak the baby clams.
6. Put the bowl of baby clams into the microwave and heat it until the water starts boiling.
7. Take the bowl of baby clams out of the microwave.
8. Pour out the water into the sink and set the bowl aside.

Preparing the eggs:
1. In the fridge, take out 4 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour some milk into the egg mixture.
4. Take a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife will beat the eggs evenly.)
5. Set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Preparing the onions and scallions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Dice the onions into small pieces.
5. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
6. Take 2-3 pieces of scallions.
7. Wash the scallions.
8. Place it on the cutting board
9. Cut the scallions into small pieces
10. Take 2 red small peppers wash it very well and wipe it clean.
11. Place it on a cutting board. Slice into 2 layers and cut into pieces.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick fry pan.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low,
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of baby clams and stir until almost done.
6. Pour the bowl of egg mixture into the frying pan with the baby clams.
7. Sprinkle red peppers on top of the egg.
8. Turn the heat to low.
9. Let it cook for a bit.
10. When the bottom is no more egg liquid, sprinkle some green onions.
11. Use a large plate. Put it over the pan and flip the clam omlette over on the plate.
12. Flip the omelette over to the other side into the pan.
(Note: Keep an eye on the eggs. They cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
13. Let the egg and baby clams cook by themselves until it is well-done.
14. Once there are no more liquid and well done, that means it is ready. Turn off the heat.
15. Use the same large plate. Put it over the pan and flip the baby clam omlette over on the plate. Place the plate of baby clam omelette with red peppers and green onions on the table.

Peanut butter and jelly toast

This peanut butter and jelly toast is so simple to make. I decided to make a breakfast peanut butter jelly toast. It reminds me of when I was a kid. I used to eat this as sandwich every day. Making a toast is even better because you can eat it right away. Till this day I still eat peanut butter jelly toast sometimes. This is one of my favorite childhood Peanut butter jelly toast
To make this sandwich, take two rye breads or any kind of bread you like. You can toast it in the oven. If you decide to toast the bread, it needs to be eaten right away. I prefer to toast the bread to have a better taste. When the rye bread is finish toasting, place it onto a plate. If you have peanut butter and strawberry jam already open in the fridge, take it out and place it on the table. Use a knife and spread the peanut butter on both breads. Then take another knife and spread the strawberry jam on top of the peanut butter on both breads. place it onto a plate nicely.

Heating Rye bread:
1. Take the package of a rye bread.
2. Take a rye bread
3. Separate the rye bread.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)

Making the rye bread toast:
1. Take the rye bread out of the oven.
1. Put the bread onto a plate.
2. In the fridge, take out some strawberry jam and peanut butter .

All you need to do is boil the water. Once the water is boiling, pour 1 cup of boiling water into a measuring cup. Drop the egg in the boiling water. Mix well. If you are not comfortable with the raw egg in the hot boiling water. Then you can heat it up until you see bubbles. That’s how you know it will not be raw. Pour it into the large cup. Then add hot chocolate powder and mix well. Put a straw into the large cup and be careful, the drink is hot.
Kids and adults would love this drink a lot. It can fill your stomach with this amazing eggnog with hot chocolate. You can have this for breakfast or a snack. This eggnog with hot chocolate can put a smile on someone’s face. You will be very happy when they drink this beverage. Try this drink and enjoy.

1 measuring cup
boiling water
2 spoons
2 tbsp hot chocolate powder
large cup
Straw

Direction:
1. In a kettle, boil some hot water.
2. Once the water is boiling hot, pour 1 cup of hot water into a measuring cup.
3. Crack one egg into hot boiling water. Mix well
4. If you are not comfortable with the raw egg in the hot boiling water. Then you can heat it up until you see bubbles. That’s how you know it will not be raw. (optional)
5. Pour into a large cup.
6. Scoop up 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder and add it in the eggnog mixture and mix well.
7. Put in a straw and be careful, it’s hot.

These waffles and pancakes are very simple and delicious to make. If you have a waffle machine, you can use a pancake recipe and make these amazing waffles. You can also make pancakes on a non stick fry pan. It does not take long and you can have these delicious waffles and pancakes for breakfast in no time. Kids and adults will loves these waffle and pancakes. You can eat them for snack or breakfast. When you eat the waffles and pancakes, you can put some fruits, jam, syrup or just eat it plain. What ever of your desire. You can also make a lot of waffles and pancakes and freeze it in the freezer. Once you want to eat it, just take it out of the freezer and heat it in the oven. Heating it in the oven is more better and crispy. I recommend if you have a waffle machine try making these waffles. Pancakes will be also a great choice to make. preparing the batter:
1. In a cupboard take a large mixing bowl. Add 1 cup all purpose flour and 2 eggs.
Use a whisk and mix everything together well. 2. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water, mix everything to combine.
3. Add in 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract beat
until a smooth batter texture.
4. If you like, you can let it sit for 2-3 minutes to make sure there are no lumps and it is a
smooth batter.

preparing the waffle machine:
1. Take a waffle machine out of the box.
2. Use a clean wet cloth and wipe inside. Wait for a bit to dry.
3. Once it is dry. Plug the machine. Wait until the machine is hot.

Cooking waffles direction:
1. brush some oil on inside the waffle mold
2. Take the waffle batter mixture. Use a soup scooper and scoop up some batter and pour in
the 2 waffle molds evenly. Make sure no batter is licking out. Close the machine.
cook the waffles for 3-4 minutes. Make sure not to overcook the waffles or it will be burn.
(note: Each waffle machine mold are different with just 1,2 or 4.)
3. When you see steam coming out open the lid and check to see if it is ready.
4. When you see it is big and golden brown without any burn on both sides that is how you will
know it is ready.
5. For each waffles, that is finish place it on a wire rack over the plate.
6. Repeat the same thing for the rest of waffles
7. Once all the waffles are finish cooking, unplug the machine.
8. Now you can eat.
9. Enjoy!!!!

2. Turn on over medium high heat. When the heat is hot. put some oil. on the fry pan. Pour or scoop the batter onto the fry pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancakes. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
2. cook the crepe for 2 minute. until the bottom is light brown, Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side the same time.
3. For each batter before you scoop up, make sure you mix before scooping up the batter. It will have a better texture of the pancake.
4. For each pancake, that is finish place it on a plate.
5. Repeat the same thing for the rest of pancakes
6. Once all the pancakes are finish cooking, now you can eat.
7. Enjoy!!!
