Broccoli with celery and zucchini (mix vegetable dish)

A stir-fried mixed vegetable dish with broccoli, celery and zucchini is simple to make. Cleaning and preparing the celery:
1. In the fridge, take out the celery.
2. Peel off as much celery as you needed to eat. What is left over, put it back in the bag and place it in the fridge.
3. Place the celery on a cutting board, cut the end parts and some leaves. Wash each celery very clean.
4. Take a knife, place it on the top of the celery at an angle and peel some strips off. If you use your hand and break it in half, you will still be able to take off the strips but take off as many as you can.
(Note: Peeling the strips from celery will prevent the celery from being very crunchy.)
5. Continue the same steps for the rest of the celery.
6. Cut the celery into pieces. Make sure the pieces are cut into the same size to be cooked and finished same time.
7. Put it all into a bowl and rinse it. Then pour out the water from the bowl and set it aside.

1. Take the broccoli out of the fridge. Remove from bag.
2. Rinse the broccoli’s
3. Place the broccoli on the cutting board and cut it in half.
4. Separate the broccoli and place it directly into the sink.
5. Take a knife, and peel the end hard part strips off the broccoli to prevent crunchy.
(Note: If you like it crunchy, and hard you can leave it the way it is.)
6. When you see big pieces of broccoli that are not separated, cut the broccoli into broccoli pieces.
7. When done separating. Place it into a mixing bowl. 
8. Rinse the broccoli, pour the water into the sink and set it aside.

Preparation of the zucchini:

1. In the fridge, take 1 piece of zucchini. If you feel that the zucchini is slippy, rinse with water and rub the zucchini with a cloth.
2. Place the zucchini on the cutting board and cut off 2 end parts.
3. Cut the zucchini into thin round pieces directly into a bowl.
(Note: cutting it into thin round pieces makes it easier and cooks faster until it is tender.)
4. Set the bowl of zucchini aside.

Cooking process:

Stir frying the broccoli:
1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Take the bowl of onion and pour the onions into the frying pan. Use a wooden spatula and stir the onions until done.
5. Put the bowl of broccoli into the pan, and stir a bit.
6. Sprinkle some garlic powder, salt, and pour some light soya sauce.
7. Stir a few times.
8. Pour in some water into the large pan and close the lid. Let it cook for a few minutes.
9. When the water starts to boil, let it continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
10. Open the lid. Take a knife or a long toothpick, put it into the broccoli. If you feel the broccoli is tender, that means it is ready. If it’s not, cook it a bit longer. Another way, take a piece of broccoli and taste if it’s tender.
11. Once the broccoli is tender, turn the large pan heat off, and place it onto a plate and set it aside.

Stir frying the celery:
1. Rinse the frying pan and re-use the same frying pan. Place the frying pan back on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high. Put in some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until it is almost ready.
4. Take the bowl of celery and pour all the celery into the frying pan.
5. Stir the celery a bit.
(Note: Keep an eye on the celery, it cooks fast.)
6. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder. Pour a bit of soya sauce. Stir to mix.
7. Let it cook for a bit.
8. Turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Stir a bit.
10. Take a piece to taste if it is a bit crunchy and tender. When it is crunchy and tender, that means it is ready. If not, then it needs to be cooked longer.
11. Once the celery is ready, turn off the heat, place it onto a plate and set it aside.

Cooking the zucchini, celery and broccoli together:
1. Rinse the frying pan and re-use the same frying pan. Place the frying pan back on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high. Put in some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until it is almost ready.
4. Put the thin round pieces of zucchini into the frying pan.
5. Stir the zucchini a bit. Put some salt, garlic powder, and pour some light soy sauce.
6. Stir to mix. Lower the heat to medium-low.
7. Pour in some water and close the lid.
8. When the water starts to boil.
9. Let the zucchini cook a bit until they are tender.
10. Open the lid, take a piece and taste if it’s tender. Once it is tender, that means it is ready. If it’s not then, you need
to cook it a bit longer
11. Once ready lower the heat. Pour in the broccoli and celery and stir to mix.
12. Turn off the heat. Scoop up all the zucchini with broccoli and celery onto a plate and set it aside.
13. Now you have a plate of mix vegetable zucchini, broccoli and celery.

Broccoli with beef

This is a stir fry broccoli with beef. It’s so delicious and simple to make. It does not take long and you can have these dish in no time. You can marinate the beefs the night before or the day you will cook it. Which ever you choose as your desire. I decide to put some beefs with the broccoli’s to look nice and to match the combination. I really like this dish a lot.
When you wash the broccoli’s, you can peel off the strips at the bottom of the steams, so that when you boil the broccoli’s the texture will be soft. The beefs cooks fast on the pan, so you need to keep an eye on it.
This dish goes well with rice or noodles which ever you choose as your desire. Adults and kids will would like this dish, but I recommend making the broccoli’s tender for the kids easier to eat. half. Place it on the side and cut into slice pieces.
2. Put all in a small plate and set it aside.
3. Take the broccoli’s out of the fridge. remove from bag.

6. Place the broccoli’s on the cutting board and cut it in half.
7. Separate the broccoli’s and place it directly into the sink.
8. Cut the end hard part strips off the broccoli’s, to prevent the broccoli’s from being crunchy.
If you like it crunchy and hard you can just leave it the way it is.

10. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut the onion in

Marinating the beefs:
1. Take out a beef. Place it on a cutting board and cut the part of the beef the portion you need.
2. What ever is left over, wrap it with a plastic wrapper and place it in the freezer for the next time use.
3. Take a clean bowl. Cut the beefs into pieces and place it in the bowl
4. Marinate with bake soda, salt, soya sauce and sesame oil. Mix it together very well.
(Note: Putting baking soda on the beefs will make the beefs more tender.)
5. Put 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix it together. Then add in flour and mix all together, until you do not see any more flour.
(Note: Make sure the flours are all coated with the beefs.)

Boiling the broccoli’s:
1. In the cupboard take out a large pan.
2. Place on the stove.
3. Pour some cold water into the large pan. If there is not enough water then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the broccoli.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait for about 10 minutes or until the water is boiling
6. When the water is boiling, add the broccoli into the large pan and cover the lid.
7. Wait for the broccoli to boil up again.
8. Let it continue boiling for 3-4 minutes.
9. Open the lid. Take a knife or a long tooth pick. Insert it into the broccoli. If you feel
the broccoli are tender that means, it is ready. If it’s not just cook for another 2-3 minutes.
10. Turn off the heat.
11. place it on a plate and set it aside.

Cooking the beefs:
1. Take a non stick pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to low medium.
3. When the pan is hot, put some oil.
4. Add in the beefs and separate apart.
5. While cooking the beefs, turn the beef to low heat.
6. Wait for the beefs a bit, then flip the beefs to the other side
7. Wait for the beefs to cook by itself.
8. Move the pan 2 -3 times.
9. Cook until the beefs are well done.
( note: Make sure there are no pink or red colour showing.)
10. When the beefs are ready, turn the heat off.
11. Put it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking the broccoli’s and beefs together:

1. Take a fry pan. Turn the heat to high.
2. When the pan is heat up. Put some oil.
3. Put in the onions. Use a wooden spatula and stir the onions,
until it is almost cook.
4. Put the strainer of broccoli’s and into the pan and stir a bit.
5. Sprinkle some garlic powder, salt, and soya sauce and the flour for the coating.
7. Stir a few times.
8. Put in the bowl of cook beefs.
9. Stir the broccoli’s with beefs together a few times.
10. Put in some water and close the lid.
11. When the water is boiling, open the lid
10. Stir the broccoli and beefs
12. Turn the heat off.
13. Scoop up all into a plate and place it on the table.
14. Enjoy this wonderful broccoli with beef.

Chinese broccoli

These Chinese broccoli are very delicious and easy to make. You can buy these Chinese broccoli at a Chinese supermarket. Look at how greenly and beautiful it came out after boiling from the water.
This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with noddles or rice. Which every choice of your desire. The Chinese broccoli are very healthy vegetable to eat. Boiling Chinese broccoli are very healthy also. If you like the chinese broccoli to be crunchy, You do not need to boil it longer. If you want it to be tender then cook it longer. You would have to test the taste to see which texture is better for you. After boiling the Chinese broccoli, the water that is left in the pot or the large pan, you can drink it as a soup. Direction:

Washing Chinese broccoli:
1. Take the package of Chinese broccoli out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the Chinese broccoli.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it.
4. Take the Chinese broccoli out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each Chinese broccoli pieces apart. Use a knife and cut off the end hard part.
7. Open each Chinese broccoli wide wash it in the water very clean, make sure there are no dirty stuff
in the vegetable.
6. Open the cold water and fill it up. Take the end part of the mustard green on each hands. turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Fill the container with water and wash the Chinese broccoli 3-4 times and put it aside
(Note: make sure it is all clean and have no dirty stuff.)

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard take out a pot or a large pan.
2. Place on the stove.
3. Pour 5-6 cups of cold water into the pot or a large pan. If there is not enough water then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the Chinese broccoli.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait for about 10-15 minutes or until the water is boiling
6. When the water is boiling ready, add the Chinese broccoli into the pot or a large pan and cover the lid.
(Note: Make sure all the Chinese broccoli pieces are in the water and nothing is sticking out.)
7. Wait for it boil up. Once the water is boiling up, leave the lid open.
(Note: Keeping the lid open will prevent the vegetable from having a not-good colour.)
8. When the Chinese broccoli is boiling again. Let it sit and cook in the boiling water for little bit.
(note: if you like the broccoli to be hard then do not need to cook longer. If you want it to be tender then let it cook a bit longer.
9. Once they are ready. Turn off the heat and place all the Chinese chrysanthemum vegetable on to a plate and place it on the table.
