Washing Yu Choy:
1. Take the package of yu choy out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard, take out a strainer and a big container to wash the yu choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take a strainer and place it on the other sink.
4. Take the yu choy out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each yu choy apart. Use a knife and cut off the end hard part.
6. Open each yu choy wide and wash it in the water very clean, make sure there is no dirty stuff in the vegetable.
7. Open the cold water and fill the container with water. Take the end part yu choy on each hand. Turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in the water.
(Note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
8. Each time a piece is washed, place it in the strainer.
9. Fill the container with water and wash the yu choy four times. when it’s all wash, put it aside.
(Note: make sure it is all clean and have no dirty stuff.)

Cooking Direction:
1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan.
2. Place it on the stove.
3. Pour some water into the large pan. If there is not enough water, then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the yu choy.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait until the water is boiling.
6. When the water is boiling, add the yu choy into a large pan and cover the lid.
(Note: Make sure all the yu choy are on the water and nothing is sticking out.)
8. Just wait for it to boil up. Once the water is boiling up, open the lid and keep the lid off.
(Note: Keeping the cover off will prevent the vegetable from being not having a good colour.)
9. When the yu choy is boiling again. Leave it on the water for two more minutes. 
(Note: Do not cook the yu choy too long, it will not stay greenly.)
12. Once it’s ready, turn off the heat and place all the yu choy on a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

7. Wait for about 10-15 minutes or until the water is boiling
8. When the water is boiling ready, add the Chinese chrysanthemum vegetable into the pot or a large pan and cover the lid for a little a bit.
(Note: Make sure all the Chinese chrysanthemum vegetable pieces are in the water and nothing is sticking out.)
9. When the Chinese chrysanthemum boil up again, take the lid off.
(Note: Keeping the lid open will prevent the vegetable from having a not-good colour.)
8. When the Chinese chrysanthemum vegetable is boiling again. Let it sit and cook in the boiling water for little bit.
10. Once they are ready. Take a tong and place all the Chinese chrysanthemum vegetable into a bowl.

Pan-fried tofu

Preparation:
1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open the package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.

4. When the pan is hot, put as much tofu as you can on the fry pan on the marinated side.
5. On the non marinated side. Put in some salt, garlic powder and some flour.
6.. Fry the tofu for 8 minutes or until you see golden brown.
(Note: from time to time flip the tofu a few times and keep an eye on the tofu not to get burned.)
7. If you still have some tofu that are not cook, continue the same step for the rest of the tofu.
8. When the tofu is ready, place it on the plate and put it on the table

Stir fry lotus root with Chinese mushrooms and onions

These lotus roots with Chinese mushroom and onions are very simple to make, and it does not take long. You can prepare the Chinese mushroom with an instant pot the night before in a fast and easy way. You can find the lotus roots and Chinese mushroom at a Chinese supermarket. At the bottom I have the recipe how to make this dish.
The dish looks so nice and colourful stir frying from the pan. It is so delicious, and I like it a lot. The lotus is a bit crunchy in texture. It can be used for steam, Chinese soups and stir-fries.

Direction:
Cooking Chinese mushrooms from an instant pot:
1. Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. Rinse the Chinese mushrooms.
3. Put the Chinese mushrooms into a bowl and soak it over water for 30 minutes.
4. Take out instant pot. Put some water. Take the bowl of Chinese mushroom and put it in
the instant pot.
5. Close the lid. Press the manual button, and it will start automatic
6. When done. It will release the pressure of the value.
(Note:Don’t open the lid of the pressure cooker, while it’s releasing the pressure or else it will explode.)
7. Once done and the gray thing drops to the bottom, that means it is ready.
8. Take out the Chinese mushroom and put it in a bowl.
9. Rise with cold water until it is completely cold.
10. Take as many as you need to stir fry.
11. Take the rest of the Chinese mushrooms, put it in a zip log bag or a frozen bag and put it in the freezer. to use next time.

Preparation:
1.Take lotus roots, and wash the lotus roots.
2. Take a knife peeler and peel the lotus roots skin.
(Note: Make sure all the potatoes are peeled nice and clean.)
3. Wash the lotus roots.
4. Take a slice cutter, put the knife into the slice cutter. Slice the lotus roots into thin slices directly into a bowl.
5. Peel the onion skin and place it on the cutting board. Cut the onion in half and cut into slices.
6. Take 3 garlics and peel the garlic’s skins and cut into pieces.
7. Put the Chinese mushroom in a strainer and rinse it and set it aside.

Cooking process:

1. In the cupboard, take out a pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat high.
3. When the pan is hot, put some oil in it.
4. Put the garlic and onions in the pan.
5. Stir the garlic and onions until almost ready.
6. Put the Chinese mushroom into the pan.
7. Stir the Chinese mushroom 2-3 times.
8. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder, then add some light soya sauce, but not too much.
9. Stir a bit to mix the sauce.
10. Put the lotus roots into the pan. Use a tong and separate them apart. Stir all together.
11. Let the Chinese mushroom and lotus roots cook in the pan itself for a few seconds.
(Note: keep an eye on it to make sure it does not stick to the pan.)
12. Stir again.
13. Pour some water and close the lid.
14. Once you see the water is boiling, stir 2 times. Then turn the heat off.
15. Take a plate and scoop up all the lotus root with Chinese mushroom and onions. Place it on the table.
16. Now it is ready to eat.

A bowl of Chinese style noodles (Yet Ca Mein) with Chinese broccoli and seaweed

This bowl of noodles is so simple to make. The only thing that takes long is cooking the noodles. You prepare the noodles the night before and put it in the fridge to eat the next day, I decided to make a vegetarian bowl, to eat healthy. The bowl of noodles is very colourful. You can find the Chinese broccoli and Chinese style noodles (yet ca mein) at a Chinese supermarket. This bowl is very delicious. I like it a lot. You can put some boiling water or a soup base to have a nice taste texture.
You can have this for lunch or dinner. Kids and adults would love this bowl of noodles. If you are a vegetarian person, this bowl of noodles will be the right choice for you. If you can’t finish the noodles, you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the fridge if you know you will finish them in 3-4 days. This is such a wonderful bowl of noodles that you should try and make.

Direction:

Chinese style noodles (Yet Ca Mein) cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water, the quantity
Chinese style noodles that you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boil,
5. Once the water is boil, pour in the noddles in the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about
7-10 min.
7. Once it is boil stir it a few times, so that it will not stick
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until it boil with bubble.
9. When it boil with bubble. Open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to
see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit more longer until you taste the pasta is tender.
11. When the pasta is cook to the tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and
pour the pasta in the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
14. Take come cold water in a pan and put the noodles back in the pan or pot and then
put it in a strainer to losing the noodles. Easier to take it out.

1. Take the package of Chinese broccoli out of the fridge.

7. Open each Chinese broccoli wide wash it in the water very clean, make sure there are no dirty stuff
in the vegetable.

7. Each time a pieces is wash, place it in the strainer.

(Note: make sure it is all clean and have no dirty stuff.)

(note: if you like the broccoli to be hard then do not need to cook longer. If you want it to be tender then let it cook a bit longer.
12. Once they are ready. Turn off the heat and place all the Chinese broccoli on a plate and place it on the table.

Making the bowl of Chinese style noodles (Yet-Ca-Mein):
1. Take a clean bowl
2. Put as much noodles that you will eat into the bowl.
3. Put it in the microwave and heat it up for 3 minutes
(Note: Different microwave wattage heating time is different.)
4. When it is readym take it out of the microwave.
5. Put in 2-3 pieces of chinese broccoli. If the Chinese broccoli’s are to long to eat, you can use a pair of sisscors and cut into pieces.
6. Take a package of seaweed and break into 2-3 square shape or into pieces which ever you like and place it into the bowl.
7. If you like you can add some boiling water or just eat it like that with some soya sauce , so it will not taste so dry when you eat.
8. Enjoy.

Stir fry zucchini with Chinese mushroom

This stir-fry of zucchini with Chinese mushroom is simple to make and not too hard. You can have this dish in no time. You can prepare the Chinese mushroom the night before and put it in the fridge if you know you will be using it the next day or put it in the freezer to use it anytime you take it out. The Chinese dry mushroom can be found at a Chinese supermarket. Look at how colourful the dish came out after frying in the pan.
It is very delicious and tasty. I really like this dish a lot. I have the recipe at the bottom on how to make this dish.

Cooking the Chinese dry mushroom:
1.Take the Chinese mushroom out of the bag.
2. boil some water, put some Chinese mushroom cook for 5-6 minutes
3. Pour out the water and the Chinese mushroom into a strainer .
4. Reboil some new water and put back the Chinese mushroom.
5. Boil until the texture are soft for another 15-20 minutes
6. Once the texture is soft that mean it is ready to use.

Preparation:
1. Take 1 pieces of zucchini’s and rinse with water.
2. Place it on the zucchini’s on the cutting board and cut off 2 end parts.
3. Take a slice cutter and slice into thin or round pieces directly into a bowl.
(Note: slicing it into thin pieces will make it easier and faster cooking.
round pieces will need to cook until it is tender.)
4. Rinse the zucchini again.
5. Peel the onion skins. Place it on the cutting board. Cut the onion in half.Place it on the side and cut
into slice pieces.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard Take out a fry pan.
2. Turn on the heat to high. Put in some oil.
3. Put the onions in the pan.
4. Stir the onions until they are almost ready.
5. Put in the slice round and thin pieces of zucchini’s in the fry pan.
6. Stir the zucchini a bit. Put in the Chinese mushroom and stir a few seconds.
7. Put in some salt, soya sauce, and garlic powder.
7. Stir a bit and lower the heat to medium low.
8. Put in some water and close the lid.
9. Let the zucchini and chinese mushroom cook,a bit until water is boiling.
10. One it is boiling, open the lid and take a piece and taste if it’s tender. Once it is tender that mean it is ready. If it’s
not then need to be cook longer
11. Once it is ready, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the zucchini’s on a plate and place it on the table.

Ready made pan fried Vegetable and chicken dumplings

These vegetable and chicken dumplings are so simple to make. When frying on the pan does not take long and you can have these dumplings in no time. I like eating dumplings and they are so good. Look at how nice it came out after frying from the pan. You can find the Chinese vegetable and chicken dumplings at a Chinese supermarket or any supermarket that would sell Chinese vegetable chicken dumplings. At the bottom, I have the steps on how to fry pan these dumplings.

Direction:
1. Take out a non stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer take out the package of vegetable and chicken dumplings
3. Turn on the heat to low medium.
4. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
5. Use a tong and take out as many dumplings that you will eat and place it on the fry fan.
6. Separate them apart and let it cook for a few seconds.
7. Add some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water are dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the dumplings will not stick on the pan.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the dumplings or else it will get burn.)
11. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put all the dumplings on the plate
one by one.
12. If you see some on the bottom or not golden brown, you can place it back on the fry pan and
cook for a few seconds. When you see golden brown it is ready.
13. When all is place on the plate and set it on the table.
