Pan-fried tofu

This pan-fried tofu is simple to make. They are very delicious and taste so good. I really like this dish a lot. When pan-frying the tofu, it came out perfectly. I sprinkle some green onions to make the fried tofu dish look colorful.
Kids and adults will love this pan-fried tofu a lot. The best combination that goes well with this dish would be rice or noodles. Once you eat a lot of pieces of tofu, you will not stop eating this amazing pan-fried tofu. This will be the most amazing pan-fried tofu you have ever made. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Preparation:
1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open the package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.
3. Raise all the tofu and put it on the cutting board.
4. Cut the tofu into square pieces and separate them apart
(Note: make sure all the tofu is cut into the same size, so they can be pan-fried and finished at the same time).
5. Marinate with garlic powder, onion and salt powder and a bit of light soya sauce.
(Note: you can marinate the tofu while pan-frying them.)

Cooking process:
1. Take the fry pan out of the cupboard and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on low heat.
3. Put some oil on the pan.
4. When the pan is hot, put as much tofu as you can on the fry pan on the marinated side.
5. On the non marinated side. Put in some salt, garlic powder and some flour.
6.. Fry the tofu for 8 minutes or until you see golden brown.
(Note: from time to time flip the tofu a few times and keep an eye on the tofu not to get burned.)
7. If you still have some tofu that are not cook, continue the same step for the rest of the tofu.
8. When the tofu is ready, place it on the plate and put it on the table

Tofu with ginger, onions and topped with green onions

This is the 13th time I have made steamed tofu topped with onions and ginger. It is the easiest recipe to make and not too hard. It does not take long. Most supermarkets sell tofu. Most of the time I get tofu at a Chinese supermarket. It comes in all different kinds of tofu texture. I decided to use firm tofu. Firm tofu are easier to cut. Using soft or medium tofu can break easily when you cut it too hard.
This is the healthiest dish you can make. Steaming tofu is healthier. The tofu is very tasty. I like this dish a lot. I decided add some onions and ginger on the top of the tofu to look nice and colourful.

Preparing the onions and ginger:
1. Take an onions. Peel the skin
2. Cut the onion in half.
3. Take a slice cutter and slice a couple of onions directly into a bowl.
4. Take a ginger,
5. Take a slice cutter and slice a couple of onions directly into a bowl.
6. Set the bowl aside.
7. Take some green onions.
8. Rinse green onions.
9. Place it on the cutting board and cut into small pieces.
10. Put the green onions onto a bowl and set it aside.

Preparing the tofu:
1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.
3. Raise all the tofu and put it on to a steamer plate.
4. Use a knife and slowly cut the tofu into thick square pieces.
5. Repeat the steps for all of them.
6. Marinate with some salt, garlic powder, soya sauce and some flour.
(Note: To coat the tofu with flour on both sides will have less liquid coming out from the tofu.)
7. Place the tofu slanted around the plate and some in the middle and on top.
(Note: If you have leftover tofu and have no space, you can put it on top of the tofu.
9. Put a couple of slices of onions on top of the tofu.
10. Sprinkle some ginger on the top of the tofu.
9. Once all done, set the plate of tofu aside.

Steaming the tofu:
1. Take a large pan out of the cupboard and fill it up with hot water and turn the heat to high.
2. Put a wire rack on the pan.
3. Wait until the water starts to boil. When the water is boiling up. Put in the plate of tofu.
4. Steam the tofu for 10 minutes.
5. When it is ready, take it out with a holder steamer and place it on the table.
6. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the tofu.
7. Enjoy.

The first and second dish is the same. The only slight different is one is pan fried tofu. The second one is coated with breadcrumbs and it’s more taster. It does not take long to pan fried them. You just need to cook them, until both sides are golden brown. I really like these 2 dishes. They taste really good.
You can have them for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with these dishes would be rice or noodles. Which every choice of your desire. Once you eat it, it will taste so good that you want to have some more. Kids and adults would love this dish a lot. Try this recipe and see if you like them with coated breadcrumbs or without.   9. When the pan is hot, put all the pieces of tofu in the pan
  10. Fry the tofu for 8 minutes or until you see golden brown.
  11. Repeat the same steps for the other side of the tofu
  12. When the Tofu is ready place it on the plate and put it on the table.

Pan Fried Tofu with breadcrumbs dish #2

  1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
  2. Open package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.
  3. Raise all the tofu’s and put on the cutting board.
  4. Cut the tofu’s in to square pieces and separate them apart
  5. Marinate both sides with paprika, soya sauce, garlic powder and some flour.
  6. Take out some bread crumbs over the flour and mix.
  7. Take the fry pan out of the cupboard and put it on the stove.
  8. Turn on low heat.
  9. When the pan is hot put some oil on the pan.
  10. Put one tofu at a time directly into the breadcrumbs and coat it everywhere. Then put it
    directly into the fry pan.
  11. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the tofu.
  12. Fried the tofu for 8 minutes until you see golden brown.
  13. Repeat the same steps for the other side of the tofu
  14. When the Tofu is ready place it on the plate and put it on the table.
  15. Enjoy!!!!
