Stir-fried Chinese red radish with onions

This stir-fried Chinese red radish is very delicious and simple to make. Green radish is a type of Chinese radish that can be bought at a Chinese supermarket.

Preparing the red radish:
1. Take a green radish from the fridge.
2. Rinse the green radish.
3. Take a knife peeler and peel the skin.
4. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
5. Slice the green radish into strips and put it directly into a mixing bowl.
6. Once green radish is done slicing. Set the mixing bowl aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
3. Place the onions in a bowl and set them aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onions and stir until done.
5. Pour the Chinese green radish into the large pan and stir a bit.
6. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and a bit of light soya sauce.
7. Stir to mix.
8. Pour in some water. Close the lid.
9. When the water starts boiling, let it cook for a couple of minutes.
10. Open the lid stir a bit. Take a piece of green radish and taste if tender. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
11. When the Chinese green radish is cook to tender, Pour in the red peppers.
12. Stir to mix.
13. Put some flour and stir until you see no more flour showing.
(Note: Putting flour can coat the water to have a sauce base.)
14. When the water starts boiling again. Chinese green radish is tender that means it is ready.
15. Turn the heat off. Take a plate and pour all the Chinese green radish with red peppers onto a plate and place it on the table.

Steamed eggplant

Steaming eggplants are very healthy. Eggplants have vitamins A and C, which can help protect your cells against damage. It may help sugar if you have diabetes. Steaming eggplants is very simple to make, and it does not take long.
I decided to use a slice cutter to cut the eggplants into round shapes. If you want the eggplants to be softer when you eat you need to use a slice knife to slice the eggplant skin a bit. If you do not these shapes, you can cut them in any size and shape as your choice. Marinating eggplants, I put salt, garlic powder, soya sauce, flour and breadcrumbs. For each marinating, I toss the bowl to mix. Then place it onto a plate.
I steam the eggplants for 7-8 minutes. When done, I take out the eggplants from the steamer and put some coriander on the top of the eggplants or you can just leave it the way it is. I decided to leave the way it is without anything on the top. The eggplants are beautiful coming out of the steamer. It is very delicious, and I like it a lot.

Preparing the eggplants:
1. In the fridge, take out 2-3 pieces of eggplants.
(Note: if you have eggplants in a package, take them out and remove them from the package.)
2. Rinse the eggplants. If you feel that the eggplants are slippy, rinse with water and rub the eggplants with a cloth.
3. Place the eggplants on the cutting board and cut off 2 end parts.
4. Use a slice knife and slice a bit of the skin to make the eggplant softer and easier to eat.

5. When all is slice up and put into the mixing bowl, rinse the eggplants and set them aside.

Preparing the onion and gingers
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
6. Take a knife and cut a couple of slices of ginger.
7. Put the gingers in a bowl and set them aside.

Marinate the eggplants:
1. Take the bowl of eggplants.
2. Put in some salt and garlic powder. Toss the bowl of eggplants a few times to mix.
3. Put in some soya sauce and toss the bowl of eggplants to mix.
4. Pour in some flour and toss the bowl to mix. Continue adding flour and toss the bowl until everywhere is coated and mix.
5. In the cupboard, take out breadcrumbs. Use a spoon a scoop up some breadcrumbs, put it into the bowl of eggplants. Toss to mix. Continue adding breadcrumbs, and toss the bowl until everywhere is coated and mix.
6. When all done, Pset it aside.

Making the plate of eggplants for steaming:
1. Take a clean plate for steaming.
2. Use a tong and place all the eggplants on to a plate.

Steaming the eggplants:
1. In the cupboard, take out a portable steamer or a pot. Place it on the stove or the table.
2. Put in some water and turn on the heat to high.
3. Place a steamer tray on the steamer and close the lid.
4. Once the water is boiling, open the lid. Use a plate clipper or kitchen mittens and put the plate of eggplants into the steamer tray.
5. Steam the eggplants for 10 minutes. The time it takes to boil the water and to steam it.
6. When the time is ready, turn off the heat.
7. Take a plate clipper or kitchen mittens and take out the plate of steamed eggplants from the steam tray and place it on the table.
8. In the fridge, take out some coriander. Rinse the coriander.
9. Put the coriander in the middle on top of the eggplants.

Steamed redfish topped with green onions and coriander

A steamed redfish topped with green onions and coriander is very delicious and tasty. I really love it a lot. This is one of my favorite fish. When buying a frozen fish, you need to clean it. When cleaning the redfish, it does not have a lot of scales to scrape off. Some fish have a lot of scales to scrape off. To clean the fish, you have to cut in the middle half way and take out all the dirty stuff. Make sure it is all clean. Since this is my 6th time making this redfish, I got the hang of cleaning the fish. It did not take long and was very simple.
Look at how perfectly the redfish came out from the steamer. The colour is so nice with some scallions, coriander, ginger on top and onions at the bottom. I like this fish a lot, and it tastes very delicious.
There are some bones in the fish, but be careful eating it. The best combination with this dish would be rice. With the sauce in the fish, you can mix it in the rice. The meat tastes very good and it is very fresh. Sometimes you can get a not fresh fish, but once you marinate the fish, you will not smell any.
Younger kids would need help from an adult picking the fish meat for them since it has bones in the fish. You can have this fish for lunch or dinner. It is best to eat the whole fish on the same day fresh. When you want to eat fish and have no idea what fish to make, you can consider making this redfish topped with green onions and coriander. Direction Cleaning:
1. Take the package of frozen redfish out of the freezer.
2. Take out as many redfish as you need, put it in a bowl of warm water and soak the frozen redfish into the bowl to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.
(Note: If you are using the whole bag of fish, then soak the bag in warm water.)
3. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves
4. Take the redfish out of the bowl.
(Note: If using the whole bag, open the bag with scissors and take the fish out of the bag.)
5. Wash the fish.
6. Take a knife and fish. At an angled knife, scrape off the scales everywhere on the fish.
(Note: Make sure the fish is clean without any scales.)
7. Take scissors and cut a straight line on the stomach almost to the middle.
8. Take out all the dirty stuff inside the stomach.
(Note: Make sure the fish is all clean inside.)
9. When it is all clean. Rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing inside.
10. When it’s all done. Rinse the fish again. Place it in a mixing bowl to get all the water out.

Marinate the redfish:
1. Put the fish on the plate.
2. Slice up a couple of gingers and set them aside.
(Note: you can slice the ginger the way you want.)
3. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
4. Place it on the cutting board. Cut it in half, place it on the side and cut it into slices.
5. Use a tong to hold the fish.
6. Sprinkle some salt on the fish on both sides.
7. Sprinkle a bit of garlic powder on both sides, but not too much.
8. Sprinkle a little bit of turmeric on the body.
9. Put some soya sauce on the fish on both sides and rub it all around.
10. Put a bit of turmeric inside the fish.
11. Put some Chinese cooking wine inside the fish to prevent the fish from having any fresh smell when you eat it.
If it does not have a fresh smell, then you do not need to put any.
12. Put some sliced onions on the bottom of the fish and top of the fish.
13. Take some ginger and peel skins, and cut them into slices.
(Note: You can keep a bit of the skin on the ginger.)
14. Put a couple of gingers on top of the fish and inside too!
(Note: Putting ginger inside the finish can prevent the fish from having a fresh smell when you eat it.)
15. Put some oil on top of the fish to look nice. (0ptional)

Direction cooking:
1. Take a steamer pot out and boil some water with a rack inside.
2. Once the water is boiling, put the plate of fish inside the steamer and close the lid.
3. Cook the fish for about 8-10 minutes.
(Note: A large fish, steam for 12 minutes. Small fish steam for 8-10 minutes (it all depends on the size of the fish.)
4. Once the fish is ready, use a knife and put it in the middle. When you feel the knife, touching the bone. Then you know it’s ready. If it’s not, you need to steam it for 2-3 minutes or longer.
(Note: Do not overcook the fish, it will not taste good.) 
5. When the fish is ready. Use a kitchen mitten, or a plate clipper, take the redfish and place it on the table.
6. Enjoy this steamed redfish.
7. Cut the green onions into small pieces. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the redfish.
8. Take some coriander. Wash the coriander very well without any dirt. Cut into pieces and sprinkle on the top of
the fish.
9. Enjoy this wonderful steamed redfish.

Stir-fried zucchini with onions and ginger

A stir-fried zucchini with onions and ginger is very delicious and tasty. It smells so good when stir-frying from the pan. It can make you feel hungry. Eating zucchini is very healthy and good for the eyes. I decided to make a vegetarian dish by using zucchini.
I used a slice cutter with a knife attached to it. I slice the zucchini into round pieces directly into the mixing bowl. Make sure all the zucchini are the same size, so that it can cook and finish at the same time.
I cook the zucchini and onions in a large pan. I added a bit of water. Closing the lid can help the cooking process a bit faster. Let it cook until the water starts boiling. Take a piece and taste it to see if it’s your desire texture. Some people might like it hard, crunchy and tender or tender. Putting seasoning is your preference because some people might like it spicy and others might not. Once it is the right texture, it is ready. 3. Place the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
4. Take a ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin.
5. Place the ginger on a cutting board.
6. Cut the ginger into pieces and place it in a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking the zucchini:
1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onions and stir until done.
5. Take the bowl of zucchini, and pour it into the large pan.
6. Stir the zucchini a bit.
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of soya sauce.
8. Stir the zucchini a few times.
9. Pour in some water and close the lid.
(Note: Keep an eye on the zucchini because they can cook fast.)
10. When the water starts boiling, let it cook by itself for 1 minute.
11. Open the lid and stir a bit.
12. Take a piece of zucchini and taste if it’s a bit crunchy and tender.
13. When it is a bit crunchy and tender, that means it is ready. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
14. When the zucchini is tender, turn off the heat. Pour the zucchini on to a a glass bowl and place it on the table.

Steamed Pampano fish topped with green onions and coriander

This is the 13th time I made steamed Pampano fish topped with green onions and coriander. It’s very delicious and one of my favourite fish. When cleaning the fish, I got the hang of it. It was not too hard. It was very simple and did not take long.
When marinating the fish, I put salt, turmeric, soya sauce, garlic powder, garlic and onions outside and inside. Also, you can put some Chinese cooking wine inside. It will make the fish taste better. You won’t notice any not a fresh smell.
There are some bones in the fish, but just be careful eating it. The meats inside are very awesome and tasty. Once you eat it fresh, you will like it a lot. You can defrost the frozen pampano fish the night before in the fridge.
You can eat this fish with rice, with all the sauce that you can mix in the rice. It will taste so good. Depending on whether you like the sauce or not. You can have this for lunch or dinner. Another way of cooking this fish is pan-fried or baking it. Which ever you choose as your desire and cook it the way you like it. It is best to eat the whole fish on the same day once it is steam, to get the freshness of the fish. Try making this steam fish, and you will love it.

Direction Cleaning:
1. Take the frozen Pampano out of the freezer.
2. Take a bowl of hot water and soak the frozen pampano fish in the bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.

5. Open the bag with scissors and take the fish out of the bag.
6. Wash the fish

10. Take out all the disgusting intestine, the red guts and also the mouth guard out of the fish.
11. When it is all clean. Rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing inside.
12. When done. Rinse the fish again and put it on a plastic bowl to get all the water out.

Preparing the onions and ginger:
1. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board. Cut each onion in half. Put it on the side and cut it into slices.
3. Take ginger. Use a slice cutter and slice the ginger into strips of pieces
4. Place them into a bowl and set it aside.

Marinating the fish:
1. put the fish on the plate.
2. sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce and turmeric on the body
3. Repeat the same steps on the other side of the fish.
4. Inside the fish, sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce, turmeric and Chinese cooking wine.
5. Spread some onions on top of the fish, inside and some at the bottom of the plate.
6. In the bowl, take some sliced ginger strips and spread them on top of the fish. Then put some inside the fish.
(Note: Marinating inside the fish and putting ginger and onions can take the non-fresh smell out of the fish.)

Steaming the pampano fish:
1. In the cupboard, Take a large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Put some water, the amount you need to steam the fish.
3. Put a steamer tray. Close the lid.
4. Once the water starts boiling, put the fish inside the steamer tray and close the lid.
5. Cook the fish for about 12-15 minutes.
( Note: A small size fish cooking time takes 10 minutes.)
6. Once the fish is ready. Use a knife and stick it in the middle to see if it touches the bone. Then you know it’s ready. If not, you need to cook a bit longer.
7. Once it is ready. Turn of the heat.
8. In the fridge, take out some green onions and rinse it. Wash the coriander and rinse them.
9. Chop up some green onion and coriander. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the fish.
10. Place some coriander in the middle of the fish.
11. Use a plate clipper or kitchen mittens, take out the steam pampano fish and place it on the table.
12. Enjoy.

Baked ready made chicken nuggets

These are the easiest ready-made chicken nuggets, you can just heat them up in the oven. They are fast and does not take long. It is the fastest way without having to make your homemade chicken nuggets. You can buy the frozen chicken nuggets at any stores.
When you are tired and do not want to make dinner and just have something fast. You can just heat up the chicken nuggets in the oven.
All you need to do is pre-heat the oven at 425F until the oven is hot. Take a package of chicken nuggets. Open the package. You can use a baking tray with parchment paper or round aluminum foil. Pour as many chicken nuggets that you will eat onto a baking tray or round aluminum foil. When the oven is hot, put the chicken nuggets into the oven and bake it at 425F for 15-20 minutes. Once it is ready, take it out. Take a wire rack and place it on the table. Place all the nuggets onto a wire rack to let it cool off. Once they cool off. It is ready to eat.
I like these chicken nuggets. It’s very delicious. You can have these chicken nuggets with ketchup, bbq sauce or honey mustard. You can also eat it like that without any sauce. You can also make a salad as a side dish that can go with some chicken nuggets. It will be so tasty and delicious.

Hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate

This hamburger is simple to make. I used ground beef to make the hamburger patty instead of buying from a store. Making home-made patties is very delicious and test better, You can put what ever you like on top of the patty, If you want to know how to make the hamburger steak, mushroom and the vegetable new zealand spinach. I have the recipe at the bottom that shows you the steps how to do it.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the hamburger bun on the plate. Separate the bun. Take a bottle of ketchup. Squeeze the ketchup on both top and bottom bun. Use a tong and place the hamburger onto the hamburger bun. Close the top of the bun and place it nicely onto the plate. Place some new zealand spianch on the side of the plate. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spianch on the side plate.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their hamburger with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this hamburger for lunch or dinner. Putting some vegetable on the side plate will make the plate look nicer. I really like this dish a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Washing New Zealand spinach:
1. Take the package of New Zealand spinach out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard, take out a strainer and a big container to wash the yu choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take a strainer and place it on the other sink.
4. Take the New Zealand spinach out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each New Zealand spinach apart.
6. Open each New Zealand spinach wide and wash it in the water very clean, make sure there is no dirty stuff in the vegetable.
7. Open the cold water and fill the container with water. Take the New Zealand spinach in each hand. Turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in the water.
(Note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
8. Each time a piece is washed, place it in the strainer.
9. Check the water if there is any dirty stuff. Once the water is clear, that means the New Zealand spinach is clean.
10. Fill the container with water and wash the New Zealand spinach three -four times. Once it’s all washed, put it aside.
(Note: make sure it is all clean and has no dirty stuff.)

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Prepare the mushroom:
1. Wash the mushroom and clean with a brush, until all the dirt comes out.
2. Rinse mushroom very well.
3. Cut up the mushroom into pieces.

Cooking hamburger steak:
1. In the fridge, take out a non-stick pan. and put it on the stove.
2. When the pan is hot. Put some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until done.
4. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together.
5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak
into any size piece of your choice.
6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and place it on the table.

Cooking the mushroom:
1. Re-use the same in the pan. Turn the heat to medium-low.
2. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil.
3. Put some onions and stir until done.
4. Pour in the bowl of mushroom into the pan.
5. Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder and stir for a bit.
6. Put a bit of flour. Then keep on string it until you see bubble.
(Note: Make sure all the flour are coated all around the mushroom.)
7. When you see bubble that means it is ready. String continuously with the flour
can have some sauce at the bottom.
8. When done. Take the pan of mushroom with onions and pour it on top of the hamburger steak.
9. Enjoy.

Cooking New Zealand spinach:

1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan.
2. Place it on the stove.
3. Pour some water into the large pan. If there is not enough water, then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the new zealand spinach.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait until the water is boiling.
6. When the water is boiling, add the new zealand spinach into a large pan and cover the lid.
7. Just wait for it to boil up. Once the water is boiling up, open the lid and keep the lid off.
(Note: Keeping the cover off will prevent the vegetable from being not having a good colour.)
9. When the new zealand spinach is boiling again. Leave it on the water for two more minutes. 
(Note: Do not cook the new zealand spinach too long, it will not stay greenly.)
12. Once it’s ready. Turn off the heat and place all the new zealand spinach on a plate and place it on the table.

Making the hamburger:
1. Take a large plate, put the hamburger bun on the plate.
2. Take ketchup out of the fridge. Squeeze the ketchup on the top and bottom bun.
3. Put the hamburger steak on the bread.
4. Close the top bun.
5. Place the hamburger bun nicely on the plate.
6. Use a tong and put some new zealand spinach on the side plate.
7. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate.

Cheddar cheese chicken burger with strawberries and cherries

This is a cheddar cheese chicken burger. It is very delicious and simple to make. I used the breaded chicken burger from the Giant Tiger brand.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Depending on how many people are eating, bake as much as you need. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. At halftime, flip the burgers over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun, it looks like a chicken burger. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better. If you do not like it being oven, you can just leave it like that and make the buger.
At the bottom and top of the burger, I pour some ketchup. Then I added the breaded chicken burger. In the fridge, I took out a package of cheddar cheese. I took a square pack of cheese. I open the plastic and place the cheddar cheese on the top of the burger. I place the top bun on top of the breaded chicken burger. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your choice in the burger. Now you have a cheedar cheese chicken burger.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. In the fridge, take out some cherries and strawberries. Rinse the cherries and strawberries. Put them onto a bowl. Take a cutting board and cut off the strawberries top part. Take some tooth picks and insert them into the strawberries. Place the cherries and strawberries around the plate. It will make the plate look nicer and delicious. It is place very nicely on the plate. Make sure you do not let the chicken burger sit too long on the plate, or it will be cold. If the burger gets cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Make sure the bun does not get dry.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their chicken burgers with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this chicken burger for lunch or dinner. Putting some cherries and strawberries around the plate, will make it look nicer.

Breaded chicken burger (Giant Tiger brand):
1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen breaded chicken burger out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many burgers as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen burgers onto a baking tray,
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken burger for 18 minutes.
8. When it is 9 minutes. Flip the burger over.
9. Bake the breaded chicken burger until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Leave the breaded chicken burger in the oven until you are ready to eat.

Hamburger bun: (optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
6. If you do not like to heat it in the oven, you can just make the hamburger bun
just like that.
7. It will still taste good.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a large plate.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the plate.
3. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Squeeze the ketchup on the top bun also
(Note: If you want to put more sauce, you can put whatever you like as your desire.)
5. Use a tong and put the chicken burger on top of the ketchup.
6. Take the package of square cheddar cheese. Take one pack of square cheese.
7. Open the cheese and place the cheddar cheese on top of the burger.
8. Put the top bun together.

Making the plate:
1. Use the large plate that you used to make the burger.
2. Put the burger on the plate nicely,
3. Wash some cherries and strawberries. Cut off the top part of the strawberries.
4. Insert some toothpicks into the strawberries.
5. Place the strawberries and cherries around the swiss cheese chicken burger.
6. Now you have a cheddar cheese chicken burger with cherries and strawberries around the plate.
7. Enjoy.

Pampano fish with ginger topped with coriander.

This is the 12th time I made steamed pampano fish with ginger topped with coriander. I decided to make a big pampano fish. Usually you can find pampano fish at a Chinese supermarket or any store that sells this type of fish. The pampano fish smells so good when it comes out of the steamer.
Making a good steam fish needs to be marinated with salt, turmeric, soya sauce, garlic powder, garlic and onions outside and inside. Also, you can put some Chinese cooking wine inside. It will make the fish taste better. You won’t notice any not fresh smell. The Chinese cooking wine can be bought at a Chinese supermarket. Steaming fish is very healthy.
Take a portable steamer or a large pan. Pour some water and boil on high heat. Close the lid. When the water starts boiling, I put the pampano into the steamer. I steam the fish for 13 minutes. You can steam it for 1-2 extra minutes to ensure it is properly cooked. To know if the fish is ready. Take a knife and insert it in the middle. If you feel the bone, that means ready. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer. When it is done, be careful taking the plate of steam fish out of the steamer. It is very hot.
When eating the fish, there are bones. Be careful eating it. The meats inside are very awesome and tasty. I like it a lot. You can defrost the frozen pampano fish the night before in the fridge.
When eating fish, it is best to go with rice. Make sure there are no bones before mixing it into the rice. It is best to eat the whole fish on the same day once it is steam, to get the freshness of the fish. Try making this steam fish, and you will enjoy it.

Preparing the onions, mixed peppers and ginger:
1. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board. Cut each onion in half. Put it on the side and cut it into slices.
3. Take ginger. Use a slice cutter and slice the ginger into strips of pieces
4. Place them into a bowl and set it aside.
5. Take a bag of small peppers.
6. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attach to the slice cutter.
7. Slice the yellow and red peppers into slices.
8. Place them into a bowl and set it aside.

Marinating the fish:
1. put the fish on the plate.
2. sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce and turmeric on the body
3. Repeat the same steps on the other side of the fish.
4. Inside the fish, sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce, turmeric and Chinese cooking wine.
5. Spread some onions on top of the fish, inside and some at the bottom of the plate.
6. In the bowl, take some sliced ginger strips and spread them on top of the fish. Then put some inside the fish.
(Note: Marinating inside the fish and putting ginger and onions can take the non-fresh smell out of the fish.)

Steaming the pampano fish:
1. In the cupboard, Take a large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Put some water, the amount you need to steam the fish.
3. Put a steamer tray. Close the lid.
4. Once the water starts boiling, put the fish inside the steamer tray and close the lid.
5. Cook the fish for about 12 minutes and extra timing to unsure it is properly cooked.
6. Once the fish is ready. Use a knife and stick it in the middle to see if it touches the bone. Then you know it’s ready. If not, you need to cook a bit longer.
7. Once it is ready. Turn of the heat.
8. Take some coriander. Wash it very clean with out any dirt and cut into small pieces.
9. Sprinkle some on top of the pampano fish.
10. Place the left over into a small bowl.
11. Place it back into the fridge.
12. Open the lid. Use a plate clipper and take out the fish from the steamer and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Baby clam omelette with red peppers and green onions

This omelette are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how colourful and beautiful it came out after frying the omelette. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice. If you like, you can eat it just like that. You can make whatever choice you desire. The omelettes are the size of a plate after frying in the pan. These are very good to have for breakfast meal.
All you need to do is crack 4 eggs and put what ever ingredients you like inside the egg mixture. I decide to go with frozen baby clams, green onions and red peppers. Frying time on the pan does not take long. Just make sure not to burn the egg on each sides. This is a very good dish to make.
Kids and adult will love this omelette a lot. You can have this for breakfast or dinner. It is very delicious and I like it a lot. This is the perfect baby clam omelette after frying from a pan. Easy to make when you know what you want on the omelette. If you have no ideal what dish to make, you can consider making a baby clam omelette with red peppers and green onions. Preparing frozen baby clams:
1. Take a package of frozen baby clams out of the freezer.
2. Open package.
3. Put some into a bowl.
4. Wash the baby clams 2-3 times. Ensure they are properly clean.
5. Put some cold water to soak the baby clams.
6. Put the bowl of baby clams into the microwave and heat it until the water starts boiling.
7. Take the bowl of baby clams out of the microwave.
8. Pour out the water into the sink and set the bowl aside.

Preparing the eggs:
1. In the fridge, take out 4 eggs.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour some milk into the egg mixture.
4. Take a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife will beat the eggs evenly.)
5. Set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Preparing the onions and scallions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Dice the onions into small pieces.
5. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
6. Take 2-3 pieces of scallions.
7. Wash the scallions.
8. Place it on the cutting board
9. Cut the scallions into small pieces
10. Take 2 red small peppers wash it very well and wipe it clean.
11. Place it on a cutting board. Slice into 2 layers and cut into pieces.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick fry pan.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low,
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of baby clams and stir until almost done.
6. Pour the bowl of egg mixture into the frying pan with the baby clams.
7. Sprinkle red peppers on top of the egg.
8. Turn the heat to low.
9. Let it cook for a bit.
10. When the bottom is no more egg liquid, sprinkle some green onions.
11. Use a large plate. Put it over the pan and flip the clam omlette over on the plate.
12. Flip the omelette over to the other side into the pan.
(Note: Keep an eye on the eggs. They cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
13. Let the egg and baby clams cook by themselves until it is well-done.
14. Once there are no more liquid and well done, that means it is ready. Turn off the heat.
15. Use the same large plate. Put it over the pan and flip the baby clam omlette over on the plate. Place the plate of baby clam omelette with red peppers and green onions on the table.
