Instant pot potatoes with onions, carrots, parsley, cilantro and chicken bones soup

By making this potatoes with onions, carrot, parsley, cilantro and chicken bones from an instant pot, it’s a fast and easiest way. Wash and peel each potato and carrots. Wash and cut each potato into big chunks. Cut the carrots into pieces. Take the cilantro and parsley and chop into small pieces. Take a chicken bone and defrost it in the microwave. Defrosting time can be different from the setting and timing. If you just bought a chicken bone from the store, then you will not need to defrost it. Fill the instant pot with water, then put everything in the instant pot. Press the manual button and cook for 15 minutes. Once 15-minute finish. It will release the pressure of the value. Preparation:
1. Take 5 potatoes out of the bag and put it into a bowl.
2. Take out an onion and put it into the same bowl.
3. Wash each potato.
4. Take a potato knife peeler and peel all the potatoes skins.
(Note: Make sure all the potatoes are peeled nice and clean.)
5. Each potato that is peeled put it in a bowl.
6. When all the potatoes are finish peeling, rinse all the potatoes in the bowl.
7. Put the potatoes on a cutting board and cut each potatoes into 2-3 chunk pieces.
8. Put all into a bowl and set it aside.
9. Use a knife and peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut the onion in half and cut
Into slice pieces.
10. Take the ginger and peel the skin. Cut into slices.
10. Take 2-3 pieces of carrots, wash each carrot.
11. Take a knife peeler and peel all the carrots skins.

12. Place it on a cutting board and cut the 2 end pieces and cut into pieces.
13. Take a hand full of parsley and chop into small pieces.
14. Take 2-4 pieces of cilantro and chop into small pieces.
15. Take out a chicken bone. If you have chicken bone in the freezer, than you will have to defrost it in the
microwave

Cooking in an instant pot:
1. Take out the instant pot.
2. Fill the instant pot with water.
3. Put in the ginger, onions, chicken bone, parsley, cilantro, carrots, and potatoes.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual button and set the time to 15 minutes.
5. Once 15-minute finish. It will release the pressure of the value.
(Note:Don’t open the lid of the pressure cooker, while it is pressuring-cooking or else it will explode.)
6. Once done and the gray thing drops to the bottom, that means the soup is ready to eat.
