This is stir-fried tomatoes with scramble eggs. It is very simple to make. I decided to use 2 tomatoes to mix in with the egg mixture. You can also make it into an omelette. Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
3. Place the onions in a bowl and set them aside.

Preparing the tomatoes:

1. In the fridge, that out 2 tomatoes.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Take a teeth knife.
4. Cut the tomato in half. place it on the side and cut into pieces.
5. Repeat the same thing with the other tomatoe.
6. Once it is all cut up, put it aside.

Preaparing the eggs:
1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge
2. Crack the 4 eggs in a bowl.
3. Pour in some milk.
4. Use a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When the eggs are beaten well, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the onion in the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour in the tomatoes and stir for a bit.
6. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of soya sauce and stir
7. Keep on stiring on medium until the tomatoes is the desire of texture.
(Note: if you like it soft you can let it cook a bit longer.
8. Put in some flour and stir to have some juice.
9. Once the tomatoes are the right texture, pour in the egg mixture
10. Turn the heat to low.
11. Let it sit and cook. When one side has no more liquid, stir the egg mixture with tomatoes.
12. Keep on stiring until there are no more egg liquid.
13. Once there are no more egg liquid, sprinkle some green onions
into the pan and stir.
14. Once ready, pour it onto a plate and set it aside.
15. Now you have tomatoes with scramble eggs.

Scramble eggs

These pan-fried scrambled eggs are simple to make. I decided to use 3-4 eggs for the scrambled eggs. It all depends on how many people are eating. I crack the eggs in a bowl. Put some milk into the eggs. It makes the eggs smoother and tastes better. Using a knife with teeth can beat the eggs evenly.
I separate 3 small portions of the egg mixture to cook the scrambled eggs. Take a non-stick frying pan easier to pan-fried the scramble eggs. Put some oil into the frying pan. Pour some egg mixture into the frying pan. Turn the heat to low. If you put the heat too high, the scramble can burn fast. Pan-fried on one side until there is no more egg liquid. Fold the egg and flip it to the other side and flatten the egg. Make sure the egg is well-cooked. Once done, pour it onto a plate and continue the same steps for the rest of the egg mixture.

1. Take a package of frozen baby clams out of the freezer.
2. Open package.
3. Put some into a bowl.
4. Wash the baby clams 2-3 times. Ensure they are properly clean.

2. Turn the heat to medium-low,

4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of baby clams and stir until almost done.
6. Pour the bowl of egg mixture into the frying pan with the baby clams.
7. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the egg.
8. Turn the heat to low.
9. Let it cook for a bit.
10. When the bottom is no more egg liquid, break the eggs with baby clams into pieces.
11. Flip the eggs over and let it cook for a bit.
(Note: Keep an eye on the eggs. They cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
Let the egg and baby clams cook by themselves until it is well-done.
Once there are no more liquid and well done, that means it is ready. Turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and baby clams on a plate and place them on the table.

4. In a bag, take ginger.
5. Place it on a cutting board. Use a knife peeler and peel the skins
6. Cut the ginger into sliced pieces and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard, and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put in the onion and ginger and stir until done.
5. Take the frozen spinach strainer and put the spinach into the frying pan. Close the lid and let it cook by itself until the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying-pan.
6. Open the lid. Once the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying pan, stir the spinach.
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soy sauce. Stir to mix.
8. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low.
9. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit.
10. Open the lid and when you see no more egg mixture liquid, stir the
scramble eggs and the spinach together.
(Note: keep an eye on the eggs because they cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.)
11. Let the egg and spinach cook by themselves until it is well-done.
12. Once done, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and spinach into a plate and place it on the table.

Shrimp with scramble eggs

This shrimp with scramble eggs is so simple to make. I decide to use the shrimps without the shells. If I use the one with shells, I would have to clean the dirty stuff out. If you are allgery seafood like shrimp, I would recommend you not making it.
  All you need to do first cook the onions till it is almost cook. Then add in the shrimp and cook until they are done. Remember to add in garlic powder, salt, soya sauce and a lot of flour to coat the shrimps. When shrimps are ready add in the egg mixture cook each side, until it has no more egg yolks.
  When you have no idea what to make that day to eat, if you have shrimp and eggs in the fridge. You can make this dish.
  The best combination that goes well with this dish would be rice or noodles. Once you eat it, it will make you so hungry, that you want to have some more.

Direction:

Preparation:
1. Take bag of no shell shrimps. Take as many pieces that you will eat and put it in a strainer and rinse it.
(Note: If you take the shrimps with the shell, you will have to take out the dirty stuff out of the shrimp)
2. Transfer to a clean mixing bowl. Add some salt and mix well.
3. Take another clean bowl and crack 6 eggs, Use a knife with a teeth and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife will beat the eggs really well without any unbeaten white eggs and yolks.)
4. Add in some milk, and soya sauce and mix all well together.
5. Once it is all mix well together. set aside.
6. Peel onion skin. Wash the onions. Place it on the cutting board and cut it in half and dice the onions into
pieces.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non stick pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot, add in some oil.
4. Put in the onions and stir, until it is almost done.
5. Put in the shrimps and stir.
6. Add in some salt, garlic powder, soya sauce, fish sauce and a lot of flour. Stir the shrimps a few times.
7. Close the lid, and let it cook for a bit, until it is ready.
8. Pour in the egg mixture. Turn on the heat to low.
9. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes
10. Flip the egg on the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10. When the shrimp with scramble eggs are done, turn off the heat.
12. Put it on the place and set on the table.

Omelette with green onions, red peppers and ham

These omelette are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how colourful and beautiful it came out after frying the omelette. This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with rice. If you like you can eat it just like that. Which every choice of your desire. The Omelettes are the size of a plate after frying from the pan. These are very good to have for a breakfast meal. All you need to do is crack 3 eggs and put what ever ingredients you like inside the egg mixture. I decide to go with ham, green ions and red peppers. Frying time on the pan does not take long. 3 eggs
1 piece of ham (any ham of your desire)
Some red peppers
2 strips of green onions

Directions

Preparation
1. In a cupboard take out a clean bowl. Crack 3 eggs and set it aside. 2. Take out a cutting board and a knife.
3. In the fridge take out 2 strips of green onion. Rinse the green onions and place it on the
cutting board
and cut into small pieces.
4. Put it in the egg mixture. Use a fork and beat the eggs with the green onions together.
3. Use 1 pieces of ham and cut into small pieces. Then put it in the egg mixture.
Mix everything well.
4. In the fridge take out a red pepper. Rinse the red pepper. Place it on the cutting board and
cut into small pieces of pepper.
5. Put it in a bowl and set it aside

Cooking Direction
1. In a cupboard take out a non stick pan.
2. Place the non stick pan on the stove.
3. Turn on the heat high and put some oil.
4. Wait for the pan to get hot.
5. When the pan is hot, put in red peppers.
6. Take a cooking spatula and stir the red peppers for a few seconds
(note: make sure the some red peppers are spread in the middle, so that
when it comes out you have a colourful omelette.)
7. Pour in the egg mixture omelette into the pan.
8. Turn the heat to medium low heat.
9. Cook the eggs, until there are no egg mixture un cook. make sure do not burn the omelette.
(note: the egg mixture needs to be cook well and no eggs mixture are moving.)
10. Once the egg mixture is cook on one side, use a cooking spatula and turn it the
other side.
11. Cook the same way you cook the other side, until there are no egg mixture un cook.
make sure do not overcook or burn.
12. Once it is ready, turn off the heat.
13. In the cupboard take out a plate. place the plate on the pan and flip the omelette on to the
plate.
14. Place the plate of omelette on the table.
