These lettuce are very delicious and easy to make. Look at how greenly and beautiful it came out after stir frying them. When stir frying the lettuce they cook ready fast to be well done. 1. Take the package of lettuce and set it aside.
2. In the cupboard take out a strainer and a big container to
wash the lettuce.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take the strainer and place it
on the other sink next to it or on the counter with a container to hold the strainer from the water dripping everywhere.
4. Take the lettuce out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each lettuce pieces apart.
6. open the cold water and fill it up. While washing, shake each pieces in the water to take the dirty stuff out and rinse it with tap water.
(note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
7. Each time a pieces of lettuce is wash, place it in the strainer.
8. Repeat the same step by washing the lettuce 3-4 times.
1. In the cupboard take out a large pan.
2. Place on the stove.
3. Take out a cutting board. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces
and set it aside.
6. Turn on the heat to high.
7. When the pan is hot, put some oil.
8. Put in the chop garlic in the pan.
9. Use a wooden cooking spatula and stir the garlic, until it is ready
10.. When the garlic are almost ready, put in the lettuce in the pan.
11. Stir the lettuce for a few second. Add in some soya sauce, salt and bit of fish sauce.
12. Stir the lettuce Close the lid and wait for a bit.
(note: Lettuce cook time is very fast, so keep an eye on it.)
13. When the lettuce is ready, Turn off the heat. Take a plate or a container and put all the lettuce. Place it on the table
