Spaghetti with Pergo sauce and cheddar cheese

This is a spaghetti pasta with Pergo pasta sauce and Cheddar cheese. I use an already made pasta sauce from a jar. It is called Pergo pasta sauce. You can find this made Pergo pasta sauce at any supermarket that sells this kind of sauce.
Cooking spaghetti noodles is very simple. I have the recipe on how to make spaghetti noodles. If you already know how to make spaghetti noodles, it will be an easy task.
Making the plate of pasta, you need to put as much spaghetti you will eat on the plate. Take the jar of Pergo pasta sauce. Open the jar and put as much sauce as needed on the spaghetti. Open the package of cheddar cheese and place it on the top of the spaghetti sauce. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 3-4 minutes. Heating time on the microwave depends on the microwave wattage. When ready, take it out. Mix the spaghetti pasta sauce and cheddar cheese.
If you are allergic to cheese, I recommend not to put any. You can eat the spaghetti with the pasta sauce, and it will still taste delicious.
For the first time you make pasta, you will find it hard. But once you do it a couple of times, you will get the hang of it. Then you can make any pasta of your choice. The sauce is very delicious, and I like it. The pasta sauce is already made from the jar. Simple without having to make the sauce. It saves time from making sauce. Making your homemade sauce can taste better too!

Direction:

 Spaghetti cooking:
1. In a cupboard, take out a large pan or pot. Fill up with cold water the amount of spaghetti noodles you would need.
2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
3. Put a bit of salt in the water and stir to mix in the water.
4. Put the lid on the pan or pot and wait until the water is boiling,
5. Once the water is boiling, pour the noodles into the pan or pot and stir.
6. Close the lid and wait until the noddles boil at medium heat for about 7-10 min.
7. Once boiling, stir it a few times so that it will not stick.
8. Close the lid and cook it for another 5 min or until boiled with bubbles.
9. When it’s boiling with bubbles, open the lid and take a piece of pasta out and taste to see if it is tender.
10. If the Pasta is not tender, let it cook for a bit longer until you taste pasta tender.
11. When the pasta is cooked to tender texture. Take a strainer and put it in the sink and pour the pasta into the strainer.
12. Rinse the pasta for 2-3 min with cold water.
13. Put some cold water in the pan and pour the noodles back into the pan or pot. Pour it back in the strainer to loosen the noodles. This way will be easier to take out the noodles.

Making the plate of pasta with Pergo pasta sauce and cheddar cheese:
1. In the cupboard, take a plate.
2. Put as much spaghetti pasta as you want to eat on the plate.
3. Take a jar of Pergo pasta sauce and scoop as much as you want to eat on the spaghetti.
4. Take a package of singles cheddar cheese out of the fridge. 
5. Open the package and take the cheese out. Place the cheese on top of the spaghetti sauce.
6. Place the plate of spaghetti in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes.
(Note: Heating a plate of pasta depends on the wattage of your microwave.)
7. When the pasta is ready, take it out of the microwave and place it on the table.
8. Take a fork and mix the spaghetti pasta sauce with the cheddar cheese.
9. Now you have Spaghetti with Pergo sauce and cheddar cheese.

Rice noodles rolls (Chinese steam rice noodles)

This is a Chinese Rice noodles rolls. It is my fourth time making it. It is very simple and delicious to make. It is not to difficult and it does not take a lot of time. The rice flour and potato starch can be found and bought at a Chinese supermarket.
When you spread the batter on the tray you can add whatever you like inside or you can leave it natural. Cooking process is so fast. When rolling the rice noddles, you need to use a ben scrapper, by scrapping and rolling it. You can cut it in half and roll the rice noodles or take off the whole piece from the tray and roll it all in one piece. When rolling the rice noodles, make sure it is not too thick or too thin. when it is finish rolling, place them onto a plate nicely.
You can eat it now or save these rice noddles rolls for breakfast the next day in the fridge and steam it. You can put whatever dipping sauce of your desire on the rice noddles rolls. once you make it you will like it a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
200g rice flour
20g potato starch
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
550ml water

Direction:
1. Use a scale and measure all the ingredients and others. Set it aside.
2. In a clean bowl put 200g rice flour, 20g potato starch and 1/4 tsp salt.
3. Stir the mixture while adding 550ml of warm water slowly. Ensure no lumps in the mixture by pressing with a spatula.
3. Mix in 2 tsp oil, then rest for 10 min.
4. take a small baking tray and smear some oil on it.
5. prepare a plastic scraper to folder the rice noodles into a roll.
6. Stir the mixture and cover the tray with a mixture.
7. Add whatever you desire in the rice noddles roll or you can leave it natural.
8. Take a wok out of the cupboard and place it on the stove. Put a steamer wire rack on the wok. Put some water and turn the heat to high.
9. When the water is boiling. place the tray in the boiling water,
10. Use a cooking soup spoon a scoop some batter into the tray. Make sure it is all cover. make sure it is not to thick.
10. Cover the lid then steam for 2 min under high heat.
11. smear some oil on a place so that the rice noodles will not stick.
12. When the rice noodles are ready, take it out and place the tray on a cutting board. Use a plastic scraper and cut it in half. Then use the scrapper and roll it into a a roll on each of the rice noodles. Place it on the plate.
13. continue the same steps until all the batter cook and roll up.
14. When it is done you can cut it into pieces with a scissors (Optional)

Steamed tofu with scrambled eggs and scallops

Steamed tofu with scrambled eggs and scallops. It is delicious and simple to make, and it does not take long. I decided to make this dish because I want to make something different using the soft round tofu. You can find the round soft tofu at a Chinese supermarket.
To make this dish, all you need to do is cut the soft tofu package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handle and the other half two corners. Take it out from the package and carefully put it on a plate. Slowly cut into round pieces.
Take 4-5 eggs, crack them into a bowl and beat it well using a knife. Using a knife can beat the eggs evenly. Pour some soya sauce and oil and mix it well. Pour the egg mixture into the plate of tofu.
In the freezer, take out a package of scallops. Put as many scallops as you need onto a strainer. Put the scallop package back into the freezer.
Rinse the scallops. Pour it into a bowl. Put some soya sauce and flour into the bowl of scallops and mix it all. When all mixed. Take the bowl of scallops, and pour it onto the plate of tofu. Spread the scallops and tofu apart.
Take a large pan out of the cupboard, fill it with hot water and turn the heat high. Put a wire rack in the pan. Wait until the water starts to boil. When the water is boiling up. Put in the plate of tofu. Steam the tofu for 10 minutes. When it’s ready, use a knife or a large toothpick and insert it into the tofu egg with scallops. If the toothpick or the knife comes out without any liquid sticking, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to steam it a bit longer. When it’s ready, take it out with a holder steamer and place it on the table.
Kids and adults would love this dish. You can have tofu with scrambled eggs and scallops for lunch or dinner. The best combination with tofu scrambled eggs and scallops is rice. Preparing the soft tofu:
1. Take the soft tofu roll package.
2. Cut the in package in half
3. Slowly pour the soft tofu out of the package onto a plate.
4. Directly, use a knife and slowly cut into pieces
(note: if you cut the soft tofu too hard, it will brake easily.)

Preparing the eggs:
1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge
2. Crack the 4 eggs in a bowl.
3. Use a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.)
4. Put in some light soya sauce and oil.
5. Beat them all together very well.
6. When the eggs are beaten well, Pour the scramble egg mixture into the plate of tofu.

Prepaing the scallops:
1. In the freezer, take out a package of scallops.
2. Put as many as you need onto a strainer.
3. Rinse the scallops.
4. Pour it onto a bowl.
5. Put some soya sauce and flour into the bowl of scallops and mix it all together.
6. When it is all mixed. Pour the scallops on the plate of tofu.
7. Spread the scallops and tofu apart.
8. Set the plate of tofu with scramble eggs and scallops.

Steaming process:
1. Take a large pan out of the cupboard and fill it up with hot water and turn the heat to high.
2. Put a wire rack on the pan.
3. Wait until the water starts to boil. When the water is boiling up. Put in the plate of tofu.
4. Steam the tofu for 10 minutes.
5. When it is ready, Use a knife or a large toothpick and insert it into the tofu egg with scallops.
If the toothpick or the knife comes out without any liquid sticking that means it is ready. If not then you need to steam it a bit longer.
6. When it is ready, take it out with a holder steamer and place it on the table.
7. Enjoy.

Pampano fish topped with green onions

This is a steamed pampano fish topped with green onions. Usually you can find pampano fish at a Chinese supermarket. It usually comes in a frozen package. Most of the time it needs to be clean. When you learn how to clean a fish, you will get the hang of it and can clean any kind of fish.
Making a good steam fish needs to be marinated with salt, turmeric, soya sauce, garlic powder, garlic and onions outside and inside. If your pampano does not have a fresh smell then put some Chinese cooking wine inside. It will make the fish taste better. If the pamapno is fresh, you do not need to put any cooking wine. The Chinese cooking wine can be bought at a Chinese supermarket. Steaming fish is very healthy than pan-fried.
To steam a pampano fish, take a portable steamer or a large pan. Pour some water and boil on high heat. Close the lid. When the water starts boiling, Put in the pampano into the steamer. I steam the fish for 8 minutes. You can steam it for 1-2 extra minutes to ensure it is properly cooked. Make sure do not over cook the fish or the fish meat will not taste good. To know if the fish is ready. Take a knife and insert it in the middle. If you feel the bone, that means it’s ready. If not, you need to cook it a bit longer. When it is done, be careful taking the plate of steam fish out of the steamer. It is very hot.
When eating the fish, there are bones. Be careful eating it. The meats inside are very awesome and tasty. I like it a lot. You can defrost the frozen pampano fish the night before in the fridge.
When eating fish, it is best to go with rice. Make sure there are no bones before mixing it into the rice. It is best to eat the whole fish on the same day once it is steam, to get the freshness of the fish. Try to make this fish, and you will enjoy it.

Direction Cleaning:
1. Take the frozen Pampano out of the freezer.
2. Take a bowl of hot water and soak the frozen pampano fish in the bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Put a pair of dishwasher gloves.
4. Take it out of the bowl.
5. Open the bag with scissors and take the fish out of the bag.
6. Wash the fish
7. Take a knife and fish. At an angle of the knife, scrape off the scales everywhere on the fish. This fish does not have a 8. lot of scales to scrape off. Compare to other fishes. If the fish have a not fresh smell. Put some salt on both sides of the body and inside too!
(Note: putting salt can take the non-fresh smell away.)
9. Take scissors and cut off the mouth guard. Cut a straight line on the stomach almost to the middle
10. Take out all the disgusting intestine, the red guts and also the mouth guard out of the fish.
11. When it is all clean. Rinse inside and make sure there is no dirty thing inside.
12. When done. Rinse the fish again and put it on a plastic bowl to get all the water out.

Preparing the onions, peppers and ginger:
1. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
2. Place it on the cutting board. Cut each onion in half. Put it on the side and cut it into slices.
3. Take ginger. Use a slice cutter and slice the ginger into strips of pieces
4. Place them into a bowl and set it aside.
5. Take a bag of small peppers.
6. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attach to the slice cutter.
7. Slice the orange peppers into slices.
8. Place them into a bowl and set it aside.

Marinating the fish:
1. put the fish on the plate.
2. sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce and turmeric on the body
3. Repeat the same steps on the other side of the fish.
4. Inside the fish, sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce, turmeric and Chinese cooking wine.
5. Spread some onions on top of the fish, inside and some at the bottom of the plate.
6. In the bowl, take some sliced ginger strips and spread them on top of the fish. Then put some inside the fish. Then topped some sliced pieces of orange peppers.
(Note: Marinating inside the fish and putting ginger and onions can take the non-fresh smell out of the fish.)

Steaming the pampano fish:
1. In the cupboard, Take a large pan and place it on the stove.
2. Put some water, the amount you need to steam the fish.
3. Put a steamer tray. Close the lid.
4. Once the water starts boiling, put the fish inside the steamer tray.
5. Take a couple of green beans and wash it. Then place it around the steamer. Close the lid.
6. Cook the fish for about 12-15 minutes.
( Note: A small size fish cooking time takes 10 minutes.)
7. Once the fish is ready. Use a knife and stick it in the middle to see if it touches the bone. Then you know it’s ready. If not, you need to cook a bit longer.
8. Once it is ready. Turn of the heat.
9. In the fridge, take out some green onions and rinse it.
10. Chop up some green onion. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the fish.
11`. Use a plate clipper or kitchen mittens, take out the steam pampano fish and place it on the table.
12. Enjoy.

Nappa cabbage with orange peppers

This stir-fried napa cabbage with mixed small peppers are very simple to make, and it does not take long. Look at how beautiful the cabbage and the mix peppers came out after stir-frying from the pan. I decided to use a knife to cut the cabbages into pieces. II separate the stems and the leaves while cutting the napa cabbage. It is easier to cook faster.

4. Take a slice cutter and slice the cabbage into strips, pieces directly into the strainer.
5. When all the cabbage is sliced. Rinse the cabbage and set it aside.

Preparing the onion:
1. In the bag take out an onion.
2. Place it on the cutting board. Cut off the 2 end parts.

Cooking the cabbage:
1. In the cupboard, take a frying pan and put it on the stove.

3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.

6. Stir the cabbage a few times.
7. Sprinkle some salt and garlic powder. Pour a bit of light soya sauce.
8. Stir the cabbage a bit.
9. Pour in some water. Turn the heat to medium-low and close the lid.
10. Once boiling, open the lid. Take a piece of cabbage and taste if the texture is tender. If it’s not tender, you need to cook it a bit longer.
(Note: Do not close the lid once it is boiling again, or cabbage will not be green.)
11. Once the cabbage is cook to a tender texture, that means it is ready.

Ready made chicken nuggets

These are the easiest ready-made chicken nuggets. When you buy the chicken nuggets from a supermarket it comes in packages. I decided to buy a big bag of chicken nuggets to have more to eat. Eating too much nuggets is not good for the health. I recommend eating the chicken nuggets once in a while.
All you need to do is just heat them up in the oven. They are fast and does not take long. It is the fastest way without having to make your homemade chicken nuggets. When you are tired and do not want to make dinner and just have something fast. You can just heat up the chicken nuggets in the oven.
To make the frozen chicken nuggets all you need to do is pre-heat the oven at 425F until the oven is hot. Take a package of chicken nuggets. Open the package. You can use a baking tray with parchment paper or round aluminum foil. Pour as many chicken nuggets that you will eat onto a baking tray or round aluminum foil. When the oven is hot, put the chicken nuggets into the oven and bake it at 425F for 15-20 minutes. Once it is ready, take it out. Take a wire rack and place it on the table. Place all the nuggets onto a wire rack to let it cool off. Once they cool off. It is ready to eat.
I like these chicken nuggets. It’s very delicious. You can have these chicken nuggets with ketchup, bbq sauce or honey mustard. You can also eat it like that without any sauce. You can also make a salad as a side dish that can go with some chicken nuggets. It will be so tasty and delicious.

Baked jumbo hotdog

These are jumbo hotdogs. It is simple to make, and it does not take long. It is my second time making these jumbo hotdogs. When buying the jumbo hotdogs, they come in a different brand. I decided to buy the Schinders brand that comes in 6-7 pieces in a pacakge. When buying jumbo hotdogs, you can have more to eat. Some hotdogs come in spicy, mild or none spicy. It all depends on your taste.
Making these hot dogs is a fast and easy way that everyone can make. All you need to do is take a package of hot dogs, whether it’s in the fridge or the freezer. Open the package. Take out as many pieces of hot dogs, you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the hot dogs and set it aside.
To bake the jumbo hotdogs, needs to be pre-heat the oven before baking. It can save less time. Pre-heat the oven at 350f for 10-15 min or until the oven is very hot. Once the oven is hot, put the jumbo hotdogs into the pre-heated oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes or until it is slightly burnt. Make sure the hotdogs are not very burnt or else you will not be able to eat it. Once done. Use a tong and take out the jumbo hotdogs and place it onto a plate and place it on the table.

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until you are ready to bake.
2. In the fridge, take out the package of jumbo hotdogs. The brand of the hotdog is called “Schlnder”.
3. Open the package.
4. Take as many jumbo hotdogs that you will eat and put it in the strainer.
5. Rinse the jumbo hotdogs and set it aside.
6. When the oven is hot, use a tong and put the jumbo hotdogs into a pre-heat oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until it is slightly burnt.
(Note: Do not over bake the jumbo hotdogs, or it will get burnt and not good.)
7. When it is ready. Take a tong and place all the jumbo hotdogs nicely onto a place and place it on the table.
8. Enjoy.

Purple cabbage

This stir-fry purple cabbage is a simple recipe to make, and it does not take long. I decided to make the cabbage because the purple cabbage is good for health. This purple cabbage is good for the eyes, and it has vitamin A and helps improve vision.
These purple cabbages need to be cooked until they are tender. Make sure you add some salt, soya sauce and garlic powder to have more flavour and taste better. Put some water and close the lid to cook at low medium heat until it is tender.
How do you know when it is tender? By taking a piece and trying it. Once it is soft, that is how you know it is ready. If you are a vegetarian person, this will be a good purple cabbage to make. 6. Put the cabbage in the pan and stir for a bit.
7. Put a bit of salt, light soya sauce, and garlic powder.
8. Stir to mix.
9. Take some tap water and pour it into the pan.
10. Close the lid and let it cook for a couple of minutes at low medium heat until the texture is tender.
11. Open the lid and take a piece of cabbage and taste it to see if the cabbage is tender. If cabbage is not tender, then you need to cook it a bit longer.
12. When the cabbage is tender and all cooked, turn off the heat.
13. Take a plate or a container and scoop up all the stir-fry purple cabbage and place it on the table.

Whole chicken

This is steamed whole chicken. It’s very delicious and simple to make. This time I bought the whole chicken that had 1 in the package. If you want to buy 2 whole chicken in the package, you can have more to eat. Buying a chicken comes in different size in the package. I like to eat chicken a lot. It is one of my favorite food. When cleaning the chicken is very simple.
All you need to do is open the package. Take one whole chicken. The other chicken is wrapped up and put in the freezer to eat next time. Rinse the chicken. Open up the inside and take all the dirty stuff out. Make sure it is very clean inside. Put salt and Chinese cooking wine all around the chicken. Rub it all around the chicken. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes to get the chicken smell away. Then rinse the chicken. Then place it in a bowl to drain the water out.
If you like, you can marinate the chicken with some salt and cooking wine. You can put some onions and gingers on top of the chicken to make it taste better.
To steam the whole chicken, take a large pan. Put some water. Place a wire rack and close the lid. When the water starts boiling, place the chicken into the steamer. When done, check to see If there are still some blood, redness or pink. If there are some then you need to cook it a bit longer. Make sure not to over cook the chicken, or it will become tough. If you see some pieces are red, not well-done, then you can put it in the microwave to heat it up. Heating time in the microwave depends on your microwave wattage and timing.
Look at how beautiful the chicken came out of the steamer. I decided to make steamed whole chicken because I like to eat chicken. It came out of the steamer perfectly. I like it. Steaming food is very healthy. When it is finish steaming, you can cut it into pieces and place it nicely onto the plate.
Kids and adults would like this steam whole chicken. The best combination that goes well would be with rice. With all the chicken you can mix in with the rice. You can have this for lunch and dinner. Once you eat this whole chicken, you will loeve this chicken a lot.Try the recipe and enjoy.

Direction Cleaning:
1. Put on a pair of dish washer gloves
2. Take the chicken out of the package
3. wash the chicken.
4. Take a scissors and cut out some of the fatty skins from the chicken
mostly from the butt part.
5. Take out all the dirty stuff in chicken.
6. Rinse the chicken inside until it is clean.
7. When you see if it is still dirty clean it some more.
8. Put some some salt all around the chicken and some chicken cooking wine.
9. rub it all around, so it would not stink. Wait for 5-10 minutes.
10. Rinse the chicken again.
11. put the chicken in a plastic bowl to let the water out.

Direction Cooking:
1. Put the chicken on a plate.
2. Take a large pan and put it on the stove.
3. Put some cold water.
4. Place a wire rack in the large pan.
5. Close the lid and turn the heat to high.
6. When the water starts boiling, put the plate of whole chicken into the large pan.
7. Close the lid.
8. Cook the chicken for 30 min
9. Do not overcook the chicken or else it will get old
10. When it is done. Take it out and place it on the table.
11. If You like you can cut the whole chicken into pieces and put it onto a plate
11. If you see the chicken still have some redness or pink that is not well done, you
can heat it in the microwave.
(Note: Heating up the chicken depends on your microwave wattage. The heating time can be
different.)

Two baked wild rose salmon

This is the 5th time I made a rose salmon topped with sliced red onions. When you come home from work, and you want to make something fast to eat. A rose salmon can be a choice to make because all you do is marinate it and bake it. If it does not have any scales to scrape off, it can save time.
When you buy this frozen rose salmon, it comes in a big package. The salmon is mid-size, not very big. As usual, it has two in the package.
There is usually nothing to clean. There might be a slight bit of some scales to scrape off. Sometimes there would be none, and you don’t even need to clean anything. You can also take the skin off.
Take a baking tray and prepare parchment paper. Place the salmon on the baking tray. I added a bit of oil on the parchment paper, so the salmon will not stick. Before baking the salmon, pre-heat the oven before you bake the salmon.
While it is pre-heating, you can marinate the salmon with some garlic powder, salt and a bit of soya sauce. I added some sliced red onions on top of the salmon to look nicer. If you do not like the ingredients that I have, you put whatever you like.
Put it in the pre-heat oven and bake it for 17 minutes. When it is done. Take it out of the oven and place it on the table. It is such simple and easy food to make. Once you make salmon a lot, you will know how fast and easy this salmon can be made.

Cleaning the rose salmon:
If the salmon is very clean and does not have any scales to scrape off then
you can skip this step.
1. Take the package of rose salmon out of the freezer.
2. Open the package. Take the rose salmon out of the package.
3. Rinse the rose salmon with hot water.
4. Take the salmon and scrape off all the scales.
5. Rinse the salmon.

Preparing the red onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends.
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half.
3. Place the onion on the side and cut it into slice of pieces.
3. Place the sliced pieces of onions into a bowl and set them aside.

Marinating the salmon:
1. Take a baking tray.
2. Put a parchment paper.
3. Place the salmon on the baking tray.
(Note: Do not add any oil on the baking tray. When baking the salmon, you will see the oil coming out from the bottom.)
4. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and a bit of soya sauce on both sides.
5. Put some flour on both side of the salmon.
6. Put some sliced onions on top of the salmon.

Baking the salmon:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 350F (180 degrees) until it is hot.
2. Put the baking tray of salmon into the a pre-heat oven.
3. Bake it for 17 minutes.
4. When the time is ready, You can leave it in the oven until
you are ready to eat, to keep the salmon warm.)
5. Once you are ready to eat, Use a kitchen mitten and take out the tray of salmon and place
it on the table.
