Baked chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon

This is the 2nd time I baked a chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon. I decided to use two chicken tenderloins. I used the chicken tenderloin from the Giant Tiger brand. Looking at the chicken tenderloin wrapped with bacon makes me very hungry.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the chicken tenderloin. Pre-heating the oven can save time in baking too long. Prepared a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake as much as you need. I baked 2 pieces of chicken tenderloin. This time I added oil on the baking sheet and spread it around the top and bottom. Then added some flour. Make sure it is coated everywhere. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, flip the chicken tenderloin over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
When you are ready to take it out. Use a tong and put all the chicken tenderloin onto a plate and place it on the table. When you want a piece, cut them into pieces. If you like, you can cut all the chicken tenderloin into pieces.

Chicken tenderloin (Giant Tiger brand):
1. Preheat oven at 350F (190 degrees)
2. Take the frozen chicken tenderloin out of the freezer.
3. Open the package and take as many chicken tenderloin as needed to eat.
4. Take a baking tray. Put some parchment paper.
5. Put the frozen chicken tenderloin onto a baking tray,
6. Marinate some oil and flour on both side of the chicken tenderloin.
6. When the oven is very hot, open the oven and put the baking tray into the oven.
7. Bake the Chicken tenderloin for 30 minutes.
8. Every 10 minutes. Flip the chicken tenderloin over.
9. Bake the chicken tenderloin until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Take out the tray of chicken tenderloin. Place whole whole pieces on to a glass bowl.
11. Place 2 chicken tenderloin onto a cutting board and cut into pieces.
12. Put the chicken tenderloin pieces around the glass bowl.
13. Enjoy.

Boiled corns

Corn is rich in fiber and has good eye health. It is high in starch, can spike blood sugar and may prevent weight loss when consumed in excess. Corn can be a healthy diet. Corn contains lutein and zeaxanthin. They are good for eyesight. The longer corn is cooked, the higher the level of lutein per serving.
The corn is simple and fast to make. A long day at work, and you want to make something fast to eat frozen corns. Most frozen vegetables when bought at a store are already half-cooked. When buying frozen corn, they usually come in packages.
The corn is very delicious. I decided to boil the corn because it is a fast-boiling food. Corn is a healthy vegetable. It is good for the eyesight. I prefer cooking frozen corn to regular corn because frozen corn cooks faster and saves time. Regular corn needs to peel skin and put in the pot to boil for a couple of minutes. Direction:
1. In the freezer, take out the package of corn.
2. The the package and pour as many corns as you need to eat onto a strainer.
3. Rinse the corns.
4. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
5. Pour some water.
6. Turn the heat to high.
7. When the water starts boiling, pour in the corn.
8. Boil the corn for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Frozen corn cooks fast, and it does not take long.)
9. When the corn is ready, turn off the heat.
10. Take a glass bowl and pour all the corn into the bowl.
11. Place the glass bowl of corns onto the table.

Tofu with Chinese preserve black beans and topped with sliced onions

This is the easiest recipe to make and not too hard. This is the healthiest dish you can make by steaming the tofu. This time I decided to put some Chinese preserve black beans to make it look more beautiful and tasty.
The tofu’s are very soft and tasty. You can find the Chinese preserve black beans at a Chinese supermarket. This is a good combination that goes with rice. I really like this dish a lot. You can also have this tofu with noodles. It will also taste good.
Kids and adults will love this tofu a lot since it is a healthy steam recipe. If you do not want to put any Chinese preserve black beans, you can eliminate them. You can just put some onions and green onions on the top to look nice. This is the easiest steam tofu to make. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Preparing the Chinese preserve black bean:
1. In the cupboard take out a bowl
2. In the bag take out a hand full of Chinese preserve black bean and put it in the bowl.
3. put some cold water.
4. Put it in the microwave and heat it up, until the water is boiling up.
5. Take it out of the microwave.
6. Take a strainer and pour all the Chinese preserve black beans to drain the water.
7. Rinse with cold water and place it back into the bowl .
8. Cut up some garlic into small pieces and put in the Chinese preserve black beans
9. Use the end knife and pound the Chinese preserve black beans and garlic.
(make sure all the pieces are pound into small pieces.)
10. When it is all done, set it aside.

Preparing the slice onion:
1. In the bag, take an onion and place it on the cutting board. Cut off the two ends.
2. Peel the skins, and cut the onion in half.
3. Take a slice cutter and make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter.
4. Slice the onions directly into a mixing bowl.
5. Set the mixing bowl aside.

Preparation the tofu and plate:
1. Take a package of firm tofu out of the fridge.
2. Open the package and drain all the water.
3. Raise all the tofu .
4. Take out a cutting board and knife. Place the tofu on a cutting board
and cut the tofu into square pieces.
5. Separate the tofu’s onto a cutting board and marinate both sides with some garlic powder, soya sauce, turmeric, and some flour.
6. Place all the marinated tofu all around the plate slanted on the side. Then place the rest in the middle.
7. Put all the Chinese preserve black beans on top of the tofu, by separating it everywhere around the tofu.
8. Topped some slice onions on top of the tofu.

Cooking process:
1. Take a large pan out of the cupboard and fill it up with water and turn the heat to high.
2. Put a wire rack in the pan.
3. Wait until the water is boiling. When the water starts boiling, put the plate of tofu in the steamer.
4. Steam the tofu for 12 minutes.
5. When the Chinese preserve tofu with onions is ready, Use a plate clipper and take the tofu out of the steamer
and place it on the table.
6. Enjoy this wonderful steam tofu.

Hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate

This hamburger is simple to make. I used ground beef to make the hamburger patty instead of buying from a store. Making home-made patties is very delicious and test better, You can put what ever you like on top of the patty, If you want to know how to make the hamburger steak, mushroom and the vegetable new zealand spinach. I have the recipe at the bottom that shows you the steps how to do it.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the hamburger bun on the plate. Separate the bun. Take a bottle of ketchup. Squeeze the ketchup on both top and bottom bun. Use a tong and place the hamburger onto the hamburger bun. Close the top of the bun and place it nicely onto the plate. Place some new zealand spianch on the side of the plate. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spianch on the side plate.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their hamburger with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. Washing New Zealand spinach:
1. Take the package of New Zealand spinach out of the fridge.
2. In the cupboard, take out a strainer and a big container to wash the yu choy.
3. Place the large container in the sink. Take a strainer and place it on the other sink.
4. Take the New Zealand spinach out of the package and place it in the big container.
5. Separate each New Zealand spinach apart.
6. Open each New Zealand spinach wide and wash it in the water very clean, make sure there is no dirty stuff in the vegetable.
7. Open the cold water and fill the container with water. Take the New Zealand spinach in each hand. Turn it upside down and separate apart and shake it in the water.
(Note: Make sure all the dirty stuff is out and each vegetable is clean.)
8. Each time a piece is washed, place it in the strainer.
9. Check the water if there is any dirty stuff. Once the water is clear, that means the New Zealand spinach is clean.
10. Fill the container with water and wash the New Zealand spinach three -four times. Once it’s all washed, put it aside.
(Note: make sure it is all clean and has no dirty stuff.)

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Prepare the mushroom:
1. Wash the mushroom and clean with a brush, until all the dirt comes out.
2. Rinse mushroom very well.
3. Cut up the mushroom into pieces.

Cooking hamburger steak:
1. In the fridge, take out a non-stick pan. and put it on the stove.
2. When the pan is hot. Put some oil.
3. Put in the onions and stir until done.
4. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together.
5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak
into any size piece of your choice.
6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and place it on the table.

Cooking the mushroom:
1. Re-use the same in the pan. Turn the heat to medium-low.
2. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil.
3. Put some onions and stir until done.
4. Pour in the bowl of mushroom into the pan.
5. Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder and stir for a bit.
6. Put a bit of flour. Then keep on string it until you see bubble.
(Note: Make sure all the flour are coated all around the mushroom.)
7. When you see bubble that means it is ready. String continuously with the flour
can have some sauce at the bottom.
8. When done. Take the pan of mushroom with onions and pour it on top of the hamburger steak.
9. Enjoy.

Cooking New Zealand spinach:

1. In the cupboard, take out a large pan.
2. Place it on the stove.
3. Pour some water into the large pan. If there is not enough water, then you can add more.
(note: Add just the right amount of water that you need to boil the new zealand spinach.)
4. Turn on the heat to high and cover the lid.
5. Wait until the water is boiling.
6. When the water is boiling, add the new zealand spinach into a large pan and cover the lid.
7. Just wait for it to boil up. Once the water is boiling up, open the lid and keep the lid off.
(Note: Keeping the cover off will prevent the vegetable from being not having a good colour.)
9. When the new zealand spinach is boiling again. Leave it on the water for two more minutes. 
(Note: Do not cook the new zealand spinach too long, it will not stay greenly.)
12. Once it’s ready. Turn off the heat and place all the new zealand spinach on a plate and place it on the table.

Making the hamburger:
1. Take a large plate, put the hamburger bun on the plate.
2. Take ketchup out of the fridge. Squeeze the ketchup on the top and bottom bun.
3. Put the hamburger steak on the bread.
4. Close the top bun.
5. Place the hamburger bun nicely on the plate.
6. Use a tong and put some new zealand spinach on the side plate.
7. Now you have a hamburger with new zealand spinach on the side plate.
8. Enjoy.

Cheddar cheese chicken burger with strawberries and cherries

This is a cheddar cheese chicken burger. It is very delicious and simple to make. I used the breaded chicken burger from the Giant Tiger brand.
The oven has to be pre-heated before baking the breaded chicken burger. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Depending on how many people are eating, bake as much as you need. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. At halftime, flip the burgers over and bake till the end of the timing. Leave it in the oven until you are ready to eat. Leaving it in the oven will keep it warm, and it will not get cold.
I decided to use a hamburger bun. When you use a hamburger bun, it looks like a chicken burger. I heat it in the oven to make it crunchy and hot and taste better. If you do not like it being oven, you can just leave it like that and make the buger.
At the bottom and top of the burger, I pour some ketchup. Then I added the breaded chicken burger. In the fridge, I took out a package of cheddar cheese. I took a square pack of cheese. I open the plastic and place the cheddar cheese on the top of the burger. I place the top bun on top of the breaded chicken burger. If you do not like the ingredient I have in my burger, you can put any ingredient of your choice in the burger. Now you have a cheedar cheese chicken burger.
To make the plate. I took a large plate. Place the chicken burger onto a plate. In the fridge, take out some cherries and strawberries. Rinse the cherries and strawberries. Put them onto a bowl. Take a cutting board and cut off the strawberries top part. Take some tooth picks and insert them into the strawberries. Place the cherries and strawberries around the plate. It will make the plate look nicer and delicious. It is place very nicely on the plate. Make sure you do not let the chicken burger sit too long on the plate, or it will be cold. If the burger gets cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Make sure the bun does not get dry.

7. Bake the Chicken burger for 18 minutes.
8. When it is 9 minutes. Flip the burger over.
9. Bake the breaded chicken burger until the oven finishes baking.
10. Once finished. Leave the breaded chicken burger in the oven until you are ready to eat.

Hamburger bun: (optional)
1. Take the package of a hamburger bun,
2. Take a hamburger bun
3. Separate the hamburger bun apart.
4. Put it in the oven and heat it for 3-5 minutes.
(Note: Make sure that the bun is not overcooked, or it will become hard.)
5. Once ready, take it out and set it aside.
6. If you do not like to heat it in the oven, you can just make the hamburger bun
just like that.
7. It will still taste good.

Making the chicken burger :
1. Take out a large plate.
2. Place the bottom and top buns on the plate.
3. Take the bottle of ketchup and squeeze some on the bottom bun.
4. Squeeze the ketchup on the top bun also
(Note: If you want to put more sauce, you can put whatever you like as your desire.)
5. Use a tong and put the chicken burger on top of the ketchup.
6. Take the package of square cheddar cheese. Take one pack of square cheese.
7. Open the cheese and place the cheddar cheese on top of the burger.
8. Put the top bun together.

Making the plate:
1. Use the large plate that you used to make the burger.
2. Put the burger on the plate nicely,
3. Wash some cherries and strawberries. Cut off the top part of the strawberries.
4. Insert some toothpicks into the strawberries.
5. Place the strawberries and cherries around the swiss cheese chicken burger.
6. Now you have a cheddar cheese chicken burger with cherries and strawberries around the plate.
7. Enjoy.

Steamed soft tofu topped with coriander

This is the 2nd time I steamed soft tofu topped with coriander. It is very simple food to make, and it does not take long. You can have this tofu dish in no time. This is the healthiest way of making a dish of steam tofu.
I decided to use soft tofu because it’s easier to eat, and it’s not hard. Look at how beautiful the colours came out with some coriander to brighten the colour. The soft round tofu can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
All you need to do is cut the soft tofu package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handle and the other half two corners. Take it out from the package carefully into a plate. Slowly cut into round pieces.
Take a portable steamer or a pot. Pour in some water. Put a steamer tray or a wire rack. Close the lid and turn the heat to high. When the water starts boiling, open the lid. Use a plate clipper or a kitchen mitten and put the plate of soft tofu in the steamer. Be careful, the steamer is hot. Steam the tofu at medium heat for 10 minutes. When ready, use a plate clipper and take out the plate of soft tofu and place it on the table. Take some coriander and wash it very clean without any dirt. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle some coriander on top of the tofu.
Kids and adults would love this tofu dish. You can have this for lunch or dinner. You can have the soft tofu topped with coriander with rice. You can mix the tofu with rice. I like this dish a lot. It is very delicious. Once you eat it, you will like it a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

8. Take some coriander and wash it very clean without any dirty stuff.
9. Place it on a cutting board and cut into pieces.
10. sprinkle some on top of the tofu.

This steamed soft tofu topped with green onions and sliced red peppers is the simplest food to make.
You can have this steamed tofu in no time. This is the healthiest way of making a dish of steam tofu.

Chives with baby clams and onions

It is stir-fried chives with baby clams and onions. It is simple to make. This time, I decided to use a can of baby clams to stir-fry with the chives. It saves time rather than using frozen baby clams. Cooking this dish is fast and does not take long.
All you need to do is wash the chives 3-4 times. Make sure the water is clear without any dirty stuff. Washing the chives is the same thing as washing Chinese vegetables. When the chives are finish washing. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into small pieces. Take the can of baby clams. Rinse the top can lid clean and wipe it with a clean cloth. Use a can opener and open the can. Drain out all the water. Pour the clams into a bowl. Cut up some onions to stir-fried with the baby clams. Stir-frying with
Stir-fry the onions with some oil until done. Then I add in the baby clams and stir until done. Pour it into a bowl and set it aside.
Second, I use the same frying pan and stir-fry the chives. I added some soya sauce. Since there is some flavour from the stir-fried baby clams. I stir to mix. When cooking, it smells so good that makes you feel hungry. Stir until done.
Pour the baby clams with the chives and mix them in the frying pan. Stir a bit. Then turn off the heat and pour it into the plate.

1. Take a can of baby clams
2. Rinse the top can lid very clean and wipe it with a clean cloth.
3. Take a can opener and open the can of baby clams.
4. Drain out all the water.
5. Pour it into a bowl and set it aside.

Preparing the onions:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Dice the onions into small pieces.
5. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.

Cooking the baby clams:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick fry pan.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of baby clams and stir until done.
6. Pour it into a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking the chives and baby clams together:
1. Re-use the same non-stick frying pan.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the small pieces of onions into the frying pan and stir until done.
5. Pour in the chives and stir a bit.
6. Turn the heat to low.
7. Pour in a bit of soya sauce and stir to mix.
(Note: Since there is already some baby clams flavour on the frying pan. You do
