Making these hot dogs is a fast and easy way that everyone can make. All you need to do is take a package of hot dogs, whether it’s in the fridge or the freezer. Open the package and take out as many pieces of hot dog you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the hot dogs and set it aside.
Take a sauce pot and some water. Turn the heat to high. Pour the strainer of hot dogs into the sauce pot. Cook the hot dogs in water until it starts boiling. When the water starts boiling, you will see the hot dog expand big. Let the hot dogs sit in boiling water for 5 minutes. Once ready, take a plate. Use a tong and place all the hot dogs onto a plate and set it on the table. I decided to place the hotdog one up and the other down in the same pattern.

Baked turkey meat

This is a baked turkey meat. The turkey meat is from turkey. I used the leftover turkey meat from the freezer. You have to take it out and defrost it in the microwave. Different microwave wattage defrosting time can be different.
I decided to marinate the turkey meat. I put some salt, garlic powder and soya sauce in it. I also added some flour to coat the turkey meat to have a better taste. I used a fork or a tong to mix everything well.
I pre-heat the oven until it is hot. I take a baking tray and place a parchment paper on top. I used a tong and put the marinated turkey meat on the baking tray. Once the oven is hot, I put the baking try of turkey meat into the oven and bake it for 18 minutes.
The turkey meat smells so good when baking in the oven. It will make you feel hungry. It will taste so good and delicious. When the turkey meat is done baking. Take out the tray of turkey meat. Place the turkey meat onto a cutting board and cut into pieces. Take a glass plate and place all the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (175 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take a baking tray. Put a parchment paper.
3. Put the turkey meat onto the baking tray.
4. Put the tray of turkey meat into a preheat oven and bake for 18 minutes.
5. When it is ready, take out the turkey meat and set it side.

Making the plate of turkey meat:
1. Take a glass plate.
2. Put the turkey meat on a cutting board.
3. Cut the turkey into pieces.
4. Place the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.
5. Now you have a plate of baked turkey meat.

These pork chops are simple to make, and it does not take long. When you buy pork chops straight from the supermarket, you can cook it right away, and it saves time. If you already have pork chops in the freezer. You need to defrost it in the microwave. It can take a bit longer. Different microwave defrost timing can be different.
When marinating the pork chops, I put salt, garlic powder and soya sauce. I toss the bowl to mix. I added some flour. When tossing the bowl to mix, ensure all the flour is coated everywhere. Marinating has a better taste than without it. You can also marinate the pork chops the night before to have a better taste of the flavour texture. If you like, you can marinate the pork chops to spicy seasoning flavour.
When the pork chops are put into a frying pan, you can hear a sizzling sound. It smells so good and makes you very hungry. Pan fried the pork chops on each side for 5 minutes. It will cook fast. If you cook it for too long, it will be tough. When you press on the pork and it is hard, that means it is ready. Also, make sure it is well-done and not tough.
This time I did not make any sauce. I made it plain, topped with some green onions. I decided to put some green onions to make the dish look nicer.

1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium
3. When the pan is hot, add in some oil.
4. Turn the heat to medium
5. Use a tong and put the pork chops into a pan.
6. Close the lid and cook one side for 5 minutes.
7. Open the lid and take a tong and turn the pork chops over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
(Note: If you cook the pork chops to long it will be tough.)
8. Make sure there are no pink or blood coming out.
9. When the pork chops are all done cooking
10. Take a tong and place it all nicely onto a plate and place it on the table.
11. Take green onions out of the fridge. Wash and cut into small pieces.
12. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the pork chops
13. Enjoy.

Panko-crusted baked chicken legs

Tasty panko-crusted baked chicken legs coming from an oven smell, so good when it is baking in the oven. You can see the juice dripping onto the tray. If you keep an eye on the chicken legs, you can see the chicken legs changing into golden brown. I decided to coat it with bread crumbs and bake the chicken legs to have a tasty and delicious juicy meat inside.
Cleaning the chicken legs is very simple than cleaning a whole chicken. I marinated the chicken legs the night before to have a better flavour texture. If you like, you can marinate the chicken legs, the day you will eat them.
Since the chicken legs are coming from a baked oven, kids and adults would love these chicken legs. The best combination with these chicken legs would be rice. The meat, and the juice, that you can mix in with the baked chicken. You can also eat these baked chicken legs with a side dish of vegetables or salad.

Cleaning the chicken legs:
1. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
2. Take three chicken legs out of the package.
3. Wash the chicken legs.
4. Take scissors and cut some fat skins off the chicken legs.
5. Cut off the end part of the bone.
6. Take all the dirty stuff out of the chicken.
7. Rinse the chicken legs.
8. If you still see dirty, clean it some more.
9. Put some salt all around the chicken.
10. Rub it all around, so it would not stink.
11. Rinse the chickens again.
12. Put the chicken in a mixing bowl to let the water out.
13. If you already have chicken legs in the freezer, take out the frozen chicken legs and put them in the microwave to defrost.
(Note: Different microwave wattage and defrost time can be different.)

Marinate the chicken legs:
(Prepare the night before or the day you will eat)
1. Take the bowl of chicken legs.
2. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and ginger powder. Mix with a tong.
3. Pour a bit of light soya sauce and mix with a tong.
(Note: Make sure all the chicken legs mix evenly.)
When the chicken legs are mixed, put them in the fridge to use the next day. (Note: Marinating the chicken legs the day before will have a better taste of the texture flavour.) 

Baking process:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put aluminum foil on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the chicken legs and coat on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the chicken legs.)
6. Place the chicken legs on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the chicken legs.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of chicken legs in the oven.
9. Bake the chicken legs for 45 minutes.
10. When 45 minutes is up, open the oven and check if there is any blood coming out. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer. If you want to make sure it is ready, you can bake it for another 10-15 minutes.
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the chicken legs out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the chicken legs onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. If you see some parts are not well done, you can put them in the microwave and heat them up

Hamburger steak cut into pieces

This homemade hamburger steak cut into pieces is so simple to make. The cooking time of the hamburger steak pieces depends on the size. I decided to cut it into pieces, to have more to eat and don’t have to eat a big hamburger steak all at once.
When marinating the ground beef, It was my first time putting in the onions and mixing them to make it more flavour of the taste.
I use a non-stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put in some oil, put all the ground beef into a non-stick pan and made it into a one hamburger patty. Using a cooking spatula and flatten the patties. While cooking, cut the hamburger steak into pieces. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes with the lid close. When it is all done. Place it onto a plate.
These hamburger steaks are very delicious. You can have these for lunch or dinner. You can put the cut hamburger steak pieces in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. You can also have these with rice. It will taste so good. Whatever you choose as your desire.

2. In the package, take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. sprinkle a bit of salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce. Mix well 
4. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
5. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
6. Place it on the cutting board. Cut it in half, place it on the side and cut it into slices.
7. Dice a couple of onions into small pieces. Put it into the mixing bowl.
5. When everything is all mixed up. Set it aside.
6. If you already have ground beef in the freezer, take out as much ground beef as needed. Put the ground beef into the microwave to defrost it.

6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and set them on the table.

15. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.

Vietnamese pork balls

This is the first time I have made Vietnamese pork balls, it is so simple to make. It’s the same steps as making the Vietnamese ham, but instead, I made it into a pork ball and boiled it in water, using a sauce pot. You will find it hard when you first make it, but once you do it a couple of times, you will get the hang of it and make perfect Vietnamese pork balls. The Vietnamese fish sauce, tapioca flour, sesame oil and Chinese cooking wine can be found at a Chinese supermarket. At the bottom I have the recipe how to make the Vietnamese pork balls. If you like, you can check out my Vietnamese pork ham I posted how to make it.
Some people might not like the Vietnamese fish sauce taste, but if you don’t try it, you will never know whether you like it or not. The pork balls taste delicious, and it came out very good, and I like it a lot.

Ingredients:
900 grams of pork chops
6 grams of sugar
15 grams of salt
20 grams of Vietnamese fish sauce
20 grams of sesame oil
3 grams of baking soda
2 grams of white pepper powder
20 grams cooking wine
350 grams of water
80 grams of tapioca flour

Using a blender to blend the pork chops:
1. Take out a meat blender.
2. Put some pork chops in the blender, but not too much, just the amount that will cover the blade.
3. Put some a bit of sauce mixture into the pork. Close the lid. Press the pulse button a few times. Open the lid.
4. Use a spatula to scrape the top and a spoon for the bottom. Close the lid. Continue adding the sauce mixture a bit at a time until it’s mixed together.
5. Place it onto a bowl and set it aside.
6. Repeat the same steps for the other half.
7. When it’s all finished blending, if you like, you can place it in the fridge for 1 hour (optional)
(Wrap the bowl of blended pork chops with a plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.)
8 If you don’t want to put in the fridge. Just add the sauce mixture a bit at a time in the blender. Once all pour in, continue to blend until the texture is smooth. By touching the blend pork chops, you will know when the texture is smoother.
9. Repeat the same step for the other half. Weather you put it in the fridge to chill or not.
10. Once the texture is smooth, place the Vietnamese pork ham mixture into a bowl.
11. Now it is ready to make the ball shape.

Making the ball shape:
1.In a cupboard, take out a plate,
2. Take 2 spoons, scoop up some blended smooth pork and use both spoon and form a ball,
3. Make sure the pork balls are formed into a ball round and tight.
4. Place each finished pork ball on the plate.
5. Once all done, set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take out the sauce pot..
2. Put some water in the sauce pot.
4. Close the lid. Just wait until you see small bubbles.
5. Once you see small bubbles, open the lid. Use a spoon and put the Vietnamese pork balls in the
sauce pot.
6. Cook until the pork balls are big and flowing on top of the water.
7. Once it’s boiling, let it boil for a few mintues.
7. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the Vietnamese pork balls.
8. Once it’s done, put all on a plate.
9. Now it is ready to eat.

4. Use a spatula to scrape the top and a spoon for the bottom. Close the lid. Continue adding the sauce mixture a bit at a time until it’s mixed together.
5. Place it onto a bowl and set it aside.
6. Repeat the same steps for the other half.
7. When it’s all finished blending, if you like, you can place it in the fridge for 1 hour (optional)
(Wrap the bowl of blended pork chops with a plastic wrap and place it in the fridge.)
8 If you don’t want to put in the fridge. Just add the sauce mixture a bit at a time in the blender. Once all pour in, continue to blend until the texture is smooth. By touching the blend pork chops, you will know when the texture is smoother.
9. Repeat the same step for the other half. Weather you put it in the fridge to chill or not.
10. Once the texture is smooth, place the Vietnamese pork ham mixture into a bowl.
11. Now it is ready to roll the shape.

Making the Vietnamese pork ham roll shape:
1.Take out a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil and a sushi roller.
(Note: When making Vietnamese ham, usually you use a banana left to roll out the ham and tie with string.)
2. Place the parchment on a sushi roller.
3. Spread some pork chop mixture across the parchment paper.
4. Use a scissor and cut out the parchment paper length that you need to roll Vietnamese pork ham.
5. Roll the Vietnamese pork ham very tight, like you would roll a sushi roll.
(Note: The Vietnamese pork ham has to be rolled very tight, or else it will break apart and will not look nice.)
6. Repeat the same thing the rest of the pork ham

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take out a steamer pot.
2. Put some water in the steamer pot.
3. Put the steam tray on top of the steamer.
4. Close the lid. Wait until the water is boiling.
5. Once water, is boiling, put in the Vietnamese hams.
6. Steam for 30 minutes.
7. Once it’s finished steaming, Use a tong and place it on a wire rack.
8. Wait, until it’s completely cool down.
9. Remove parchment paper or aluminum. foil.
10. Place it on the cutting board and cut into thin pieces.
