Ready made pan fried meatballs

These meatballs are simple to make. When pan-frying, the meatballs you do not have to put any oil since there is oil on the meatballs already. I like eating meatballs, and they are so good. Direction:
1. Take out a non-stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer, take out the package of meatballs
3. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
4. When the pan is hot, do not put any oil on the pan since the meatballs have oil on them already.
5. Use a tong and take out as many meatballs onto the frying fan.
6. Turn the heat to high.
7. Put some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water is dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the meatballs will not stick on the pan.
11. Once the water is all dried up. Pan-fried the meatballs until they are golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the meatballs or they will get burn.)
12. When you see some that are slightly golden brown, that means they are ready.
13. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put the rest of the meatballs onto a glass bowl
one by one.
13. If you see some on the bottom or not golden brown, you can place it back on the frypan and
cook for a few seconds. When you see slightly golden brown, it is ready.
14. Place the meatball glass bowl on the table.

Pork chops with breadcrumbs

This is the first time I baked pork chops with bread crumbs. I decided to bake the pork chops in the oven to try something new. When buying pork chops at the supermarket, I choose the pork that doesn’t have too much fat skin.
Marinating the pork chops will make the pork chops taste better. I put salt, garlic powder, soya sauce and flour. Mix it together. The flour needs to be coated everywhere. If you like eating spicy, you can marinate it spicy. I coat the pork chops with breadcrumbs to have a delicious taste of the pork chops.
Don’t forget to preheat the oven before baking the pork chops. It can help to bake faster. It all depends on what kind of food you will be baking.

6. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can put the pork chop package in the fridge the night before to defrost it. 

Baking process:

1. Preheat the oven at 350F (190 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take out a baking tray.
3. Put parchment paper on the baking tray.
4. Take some bread crumbs and put it in a container.
5. Take the pork chops and coat it on both sides.
(Make sure it is coated everywhere on the pork chops.)
6. Place the pork chops on the baking tray.
7. Continue the rest of the pork chops.
8. When the oven is preheated and hot, put on a pair of kitchen mittens
and put the tray of pork chops in the oven.
9. Bake the porks chops for 25-30 minutes.
10. Half way through the baking process, flip the pork over.
10. When 30 minutes is up, open the oven and take a pieces of pork chop. Use a sisscors and cut the pork chop to see if there are any pink inside. If there are non, that means it is ready. If not, then you need to bake it a bit longer.
(Note: Make sure you do not over bake the pork chop or it well become tough.)
11. Once it is ready, put a pair of kitchen mittens and take the pork chops out of the oven
12. Take a plate and put all the pork chops onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy this wonderful and delicious baked chicken legs.

Baked turkey meat

This is a baked turkey meat. The turkey meat is from turkey. I used the leftover turkey meat from the freezer. You have to take it out and defrost it in the microwave. Different microwave wattage defrosting time can be different.

Place the turkey meat onto a cutting board and cut into pieces. Take a glass plate and place all the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.

4. Coat the turkey meat with some flour everywhere and mix until you see no more flour.
5. When it is all marinated. Set the bowl aside.

Baking the turkey meat:
1. Preheat the oven at 350F (175 degrees) until the oven is hot.
2. Take a baking tray. Put a parchment paper.
3. Put the turkey meat onto the baking tray.
4. Put the tray of turkey meat into a preheat oven and bake for 18 minutes.
5. When it is ready, take out the turkey meat and set it side.

Making the plate of turkey meat:
1. Take a glass plate.
2. Put the turkey meat on a cutting board.
3. Cut the turkey into pieces.
4. Place the turkey meat nicely onto the glass plate.
5. Now you have a plate of baked turkey meat.
6. Enjoy.

Boiled turkey leg

This boiled turkey leg is delicious and simple to make. I decided, to use a turkey leg from a whole turkey. When a turkey is bought at a store. It needs to defrost in the fridge for 2-3 days.
When cleaning the turkey, remove any black spots on the turkey. Use some salt and rub the turkey. Rubbing the turkey can out the dirty smell from the turkey. When all rubbed, rinse the turkey. Open wide the turkey legs and follow the guidelines can cut the turkey leg off. The same way that you will cut a chicken.
Boil the turkey leg in hot boiling water for 30-45 minutes. Insert a knife in the middle. If blood comes out, it is not ready. When there is no more blood coming out or pink inside, it is done. Do not overcook the turkey. It will be tough. When ready, place it onto a plate and place it on the table.
Kids and adults would love this turkey leg. You can have the turkey leg for lunch or dinner. The taste of the meat is good. The best combination that goes well with this turkey leg is rice. With the turkey leg, you can mix in the rice. You can also make a remove some meat from the turkey leg and make a sandwich with some lettuce and tomatoes. I like the turkey leg a lot.
If you can not finish it, you can put it in the fridge and have it the next day. If you have no choice what to make, you can consider boiling a turkey leg. Try making this simply boiled turkey leg,

Direction:
(Turkey needs to be in the fridge to unfreeze for 2-3 days.)
Cleaning the turkey:
1. Take the turkey out of the fridge and place it in the sink.
2. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
3. Take a pair of kitchen scissors and open the package of the turkey.
4. Open the turkey body-wide. Take the bag of hearts out of the turkey.
5. Check if there is any dirty stuff inside the turkey. If there are, remove them.
6. Rinse the turkey.
7. Put some salt and rub it around the turkey.
8. Place the turkey on a strainer with a container over it.
9. Remove the plastic holder from the turkey.

Preparation onions:
1. In the bag, take out an onions and Peel the onion skin.
2. Place the onion on a cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut into slices.
4. Put it onto a bowl and set it aside.

Preparing the turkey:

1. Put on some dishwasher gloves.
2. Pull wide open the turkey legs.
3. Use scissors and follow the guild line and cut off the turkey legs.
(Note: Cutting off the turkey leg, is like cutting off the chicken leg from a whole chicken.)
4. Repeat the same thing with the other turkey leg.
5. When it is done place it on a mixing bowl.

Cooking process:

1. Take out a large pan and put it on the stove.
2. Fill up some water.
3. Turn the heat to high.
4. When the water starts boiling, put in the turkey legs and some slices pieces of onions.
5. Close the lid. Turn the heat to medium-low.
6. Boil the turkey legs for 30-45 minutes.
7. When the time is ready. Open the lid. Take a knife and insert it in the middle.
8. If you see redness coming out, that means it is not ready. It needs to boil a bit longer.
9. Once no more blood coming out and pink inside. It is ready.
10. Once done. Turn off the heat. Take a tong and place it onto a plate and place it on the table.
11. Enjoy.

Pork chops topped with green onions

These pork chops are simple to make, and it does not take long. When you buy pork chops straight from the supermarket, you can cook it right away, and it saves time. 6. Close the lid and cook one side for 5 minutes.
7. Open the lid and take a tong and turn the pork chops over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
(Note: If you cook the pork chops to long it will be tough.)
8. Make sure there are no pink or blood coming out.
9. When the pork chops are all done cooking
10. Take a tong and place it all nicely onto a plate and place it on the table.
11. Take green onions out of the fridge. Wash and cut into small pieces.
12. Sprinkle some green onions on top of the pork chops
13. Enjoy.

Panko-crusted baked chicken legs

Boiled drumsticks topped with cilantro (using an old rice cooker with congee funtion)

These boil drumsticks are simple to make. I decided to cook it in an old rice cooker with a congee function. If you don’t have one, you can boil drumsticks on the stove. It is almost the same process as the rice cooker. A slight difference is instead of turning rice congee. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Once ready. Leave the drumsticks in the rice cooker until you are ready to eat. Once ready to eat, take out the drumsticks and place them onto a plate. Place some cilantro on top of the drumsticks. The drumsticks came out perfectly and delicious. I like it a lot. Boiling food is very healthy.
Kids and adults will love these healthy drumsticks. Boiling is a healthy way of making food. Most boiling food can have a soup base. The best combination with these drumsticks is rice or noodles.
The chicken broth that is left in the slow cooker after cooking the drumsticks can be used as a soup. You can just drink it like that or eat it with noodles. Just be sure to remove any oil that is floating from the top. This is a very good dish to make. Another way of eating drumsticks is removing the meats and making a tortilla wrap or a sandwich. Preparing the drumsticks:
Take 6 drumsticks from the fridge.
If drumsticks are in the freezer, take them out. Place it on a plate and put it in the microwave to defrost it.
(Note: Different microwave wattage defrost time can be different.)
When it is defrosted or already bought in the fridge. Take it out and place it in a strainer.
Take some salt and rub it on the drumsticks to take the not a good smell away.
Rinse the drumsticks.
Put all the drumsticks onto a place and set them aside.

Preparing the onions and ginger:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a ginger. Take a slice cutter. Make sure the knife is attached to the slice cutter and slice couple of ginger into strips of pieces. Place it in a bowl and set it aside.

Preparing cilantro:
Take cilantro out of the fridge.
Put the cilantro in a bowl.
Fill the bowl with cold water and wash 3-4 times.
Make sure there is no dirty stuff.
once clean, put it in a clean bowl and set it aside.

Using a rice cooker with a congee function:
1. Take out a rice cooker with a congee function. Plugin the plug
2. Fill the rice cooker with water. The amount you need to cook the drumsticks
3. Put a couple of gingers and onions into the rice cooker.
4. Pour the plate of drumsticks into the rice cooker.
5. Turn on the rice cooker. Cook for 10 minutes or until the rice cooker steam starts to come out.
6. When the rice cooker starts to have steam coming out, turn it to slow cook.
7. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
(Note: Do not over-cook the drumsticks, or it will become tough.)
8. When 10 or 15 minutes are ready. Open the rice cooker and check if there is any blood coming out. If there is, that means you need to cook it a bit longer.
9. Once ready. Use a tong and take out all the drumsticks and place it onto a plate and set them on the table.
10. Take some cilantro and place it on top of the drumsticks to look nice.
11. The chicken water that is left in the rice cooker you can drink as a soup or use as a soup base for noodles.

Hamburger steak cut into pieces

This homemade hamburger steak cut into pieces is so simple to make. The cooking time of the hamburger steak pieces depends on the size. I decided to cut it into pieces, to have more to eat and don’t have to eat a big hamburger steak all at once.
When marinating the ground beef, It was my first time putting in the onions and mixing them to make it more flavour of the taste.
I use a non-stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put in some oil, put all the ground beef into a non-stick pan and made it into a one hamburger patty. Using a cooking spatula and flatten the patties. While cooking, cut the hamburger steak into pieces. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes with the lid close. When it is all done. Place it onto a plate.
These hamburger steaks are very delicious. You can have these for lunch or dinner. You can put the cut hamburger steak pieces in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. You can also have these with rice. It will taste so good. Whatever you choose as your desire.
Kids and adults would love hamburger steak. Cut it into pieces, easier for kids to eat. Once you eat it, you will know how good these cut pieces of hamburger steak will be. If you have leftovers, you can put them in the fridge and eat them the next day. Try the recipe and enjoy.

2. In the package, take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. sprinkle a bit of salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce. Mix well 
4. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
5. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin.
6. Place it on the cutting board. Cut it in half, place it on the side and cut it into slices.
7. Dice a couple of onions into small pieces. Put it into the mixing bowl.
5. When everything is all mixed up. Set it aside.
6. If you already have ground beef in the freezer, take out as much ground beef as needed. Put the ground beef into the microwave to defrost it.
(Note: Different microwave wattage heating defrost and timing can be different.)

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
3. When the pan is hot. Put in some oil.
4. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together.
5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak
into any size piece of your choice.
6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.)
7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle.
If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer.
8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat.
Place the hamburger pieces onto a plate and set them on the table.
9. Enjoy!!!

Pork chops with breadcrumbs

These pork chops are very delicious and easy to make. This time, I use egg mixture and breadcrumbs to dip the pork chop 2 times. To have a better texture and have more to eat. When pan-frying the pork chops, it will smell so good and makes you very hungry. When pan-frying the porks, they cook ready fast on each side. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork chops. I decided to take some celery leaves. Place them on the backplate of the pork chops to look nice.
The perfect combination that goes well with this dish is noodles or rice. Which every choice of your desire. You can have this for lunch or dinner. If you do not finish it, you can put it in the fridge and eat them the next day.
Kids and adults would love this dish. It is tasty, and I like it. The way I put the pork chop with celery leaves on the backplate looks nice. You can try creating the same dish I made and you will like it a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Marinate the pork chops:
1. Take a package of pork chops
2. Open the package, take as many pork chops as need.
3. Raise pork chops
4. Put the pork chops in a mixing bowl. If you find the pork chops are too big, you can cut them in half. 
5. Marinate both sides with some salt, garlic powder, and pour some soya sauce. Use a tong and mix the pork chops.
6. If you already have pork chops in the freezer, you can put the pork chop package in the fridge the night before to defrost it. 

Preparing the egg mixture and breadcrumbs:
1. Take a container, fill it with some breadcrumbs and set it aside.
2. In the fridge, take out 2-3 eggs. 
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl. 
4. Use a teeth knife and beat the eggs.
(Note: using a teeth knife to beat can beat the eggs evenly.)
5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non-stick frypan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low
3. When the pan is hot, put in a lot of oil, but not too much.
4. Use a tong and take a pork chop. Dip it in the egg mixture. Make sure it is all coated everywhere. Then place the pork chop into the breadcrumbs and coat it everywhere.
5. Repeat the same steps for the 2nd time
(Note: Repeating the 2nd time will make it a thicker texture and have more to eat and taste better.)
6. Once the pork chop is coated, place the pork chop into the frying pan.
7. Repeat the same steps, coating the pork chops 2 times in the egg mixture and the breadcrumbs and putting them in the frying pan.
8. When it is all coated and place in the frying pan, close the lid
9. Let the pork chop cook for 3-4 minutes.
(Note: Keep an eye on the porks, so that it does not get burnt. They cook fast.)
10. Use a wooden spatula, turn the pork chops over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
(Note: If you cook the pork chops too long, it will be tough.)
11. Take scissors, cut a piece, and check if there is any pink or blood coming out. If there are none, that means it is ready.
12. When the pork chops are all done cooking, take a tong and place it all nicely onto a plate.
13. Take some celery leaves and place them on the back of the plate of the pork chops to look nice. (Optional)
