This homemade hamburger steak cut into pieces is so simple to make. The cooking time of the hamburger steak pieces depends on the size. When marinating the ground beef, It was my first time putting in the onions and mixing them to make it more flavour of the taste. I use a non-stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put in some oil, put all the ground beef into a non-stick pan and made it into a one hamburger patty. Using a cooking spatula and flatten the patties. While cooking, cut the hamburger steak into pieces. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes with the lid close. When it is all done. Place it onto a plate. These hamburger steaks are very delicious. You can have these for lunch or dinner. You can put the cut hamburger steak pieces in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. Marinate ground beef: 1. Take a clean mixing bowl. 2. In the package, take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl. 3. sprinkle a bit of salt, garlic powder and pour some soya sauce. Mix well 4. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl. 5. Take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin. 6. Place it on the cutting board. Put all the ground beef into the pan and flatten it all together. 5. Separate the hamburger steak apart into pieces. You can separate the hamburger steak into any size piece of your choice. 6. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until you see no more pink inside with the lid close. (Note: Closing the lid will cook faster. The cooking time of the hamburger steak depends on the size.) 7. To know if the hamburger steak pieces are cook, by cutting them in the middle. If you still see pink, you need to cook it a bit longer. 8. When the hamburger steak pieces are done, turn off the heat. These pork chops are very delicious and easy to make. This time, I use egg mixture and breadcrumbs to dip the pork chop 2 times. To have a better texture and have more to eat. When pan-frying the pork chops, it will smell so good and makes you very hungry. When pan-frying the porks, they cook ready fast on each side. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the pork chops. Use a teeth knife and beat the eggs. (Note: using a teeth knife to beat can beat the eggs evenly.) 5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.
Cooking process: 1. Take a non-stick frypan and put it on the stove. 2. Turn the heat to medium-low 3. When the pan is hot, put in a lot of oil, but not too much. 4. Use a tong and take a pork chop. Dip it in the egg mixture. Make sure it is all coated everywhere. Then place the pork chop into the breadcrumbs and coat it everywhere. 5. Repeat the same steps for the 2nd time (Note: Repeating the 2nd time will make it a thicker texture and have more to eat and taste better.) 6. Once the pork chop is coated, place the pork chop into the frying pan. 7. Repeat the same steps, coating the pork chops 2 times in the egg mixture and the breadcrumbs and putting them in the frying pan. 8. When it is all coated and place in the frying pan, close the lid 9. Let the pork chop cook for 3-4 minutes. (Note: Keep an eye on the porks, so that it does not get burnt. They cook fast.) 10. Use a wooden spatula, turn the pork chops over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. (Note: If you cook the pork chops too long, it will be tough.) 11. Take scissors, cut a piece, and check if there is any pink or blood coming out. If there are none, that means it is ready. 12. When the pork chops are all done cooking, take a tong and place it all nicely onto a plate. 13. Take some celery leaves and place them on the back of the plate of the pork chops to look nice. Boiled chicken legs are so simple to make, and it does not take long. I decided to use an old style rice cooker with a congee fuction to cook the chicken legs. I did not marinate anything. I just put it in the boiling water and boil the chicken legs. All you need to do is wash and clean the chicken legs. Take off all the dirty stuff off the chicken until it is clean. Fill the slow cooker with water. Put some ginger and onions into the slow cooker. Place the chicken legs into the rice cooker with a congee function. Turn on to low heat and cook for 7 minutes or until the steam comes out. Then turn to low heat. Cook for another 25 minutes. Use scissors and cut a piece of it to check if it’s all well-done. If it has no blood or pink showing, that means it is ready. Kids and adults would love these boiled chicken legs. It’s healthy and very delicious. I like it a lot. You can have these chicken for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with this dish is rice or noodles. The chicken broth that is left in the slow cooker after cooking the chicken legs can be used as a soup. You can just drink it like that or eat it with noodles. Just be sure to remove any oil that is floating from the top. This is a very good dish to make. Another way of eating the chicken legs is removing the meats and making a tortilla wrap or a sandwich. Cut off the end part of the bone. 6. Take all the dirty stuff out of the chicken. 7. Rinse the chicken. 8. If you still see dirty, clean it some more. 9. Put some salt all around the chicken. 10. Rub it all around, so it would not stink. 11. Rinse the chicken again. 12. Put the chicken in a mixing bowl to let the water out. 13. If you already have chicken legs in the freezer, take out the frozen chicken legs and put it in the microwave to defrost. (Note: Different microwave wattage and defrost time can be different.) Preparation: 1. Take a ginger. Peel the skins. 2. Cut 7-8 pieces of ginger into slices. 3. In the bag, take onions and peel the skins. 4. Place the onion on a cutting board. Put it on the side and cut into round pieces.
Cooking process: 1. Take out a rice cooker that has a congee function. Plug in the plug 2. Fill the rice cooker with water. The amount you need to cook the chicken legs. 3. This is a 14-pound turkey. The size of the turkey is kind of big. It’s simple to bake, but the cooking time takes longer. Putting some potatoes and onions around the turkey can make it nicer. I put some aluminum foil on the wings and drumsticks to prevent it from getting burned. When cutting the turkey, the knife has to be slanted at an angle to have a perfect piece of turkey. I prefer eating dark meat because it tastes good. Making the gravy sauce is very simple. You can use the turkey sauce from the turkey and cook it in the slow cooker. You will need to make the cornstarch mix in the water. Pour it in the slow cooker and mix the sauce until it thickens and boils up, which means it is ready. Now you made a gravy sauce. (Note: different size of the turkey, baking time can be different.) 8. When 3 hours are up. Put on a pair of kitchen mittens and open the oven. Take the turkey out. Use a knife and insert it into the turkey. If blood comes out, it means it is not ready. You need to bake it for another 1 hour. 9. Once it is ready, insert the knife again. If there is no blood, the turkey is ready. Turn the heat off. Use kitchen mittens and open the oven.Take the turkey out and place it on the table.

Slower cooker- making the gravy sauce: 1. Take out a slow cooker. Plugin the power. 2. Put some turkey sauce bowl into the slow cooker. 3. Turn on to rice cook 4. Stir the turkey sauce a bit. 5. In the cupboard, take out a bowl. Put some cornstarch and some water. Mix together. 6. While stirring the cornstarch, pour a bit into the slow cooker turkey sauce. 7. Take a spatula and stir the turkey sauce a bit until it thickens. 8. If you feel the turkey sauce is not thicken, then you need to add a bit more of the cornstarch mixture. It will make the sauce taste and look better. 9. Leave the lid open and let it cook until the sauce boils. 10. Once it’s boiling, use a spatula and stir to see if it’s thickened. If not, then you need to add more of the cornstarch mixture and mix. 11. Once the turkey sauce thickens, that means it is ready. Pour the sauce into a bowl and set it aside. 12. Now you have a gravy sauce.
Making a plate of turkey: 1. In the cupboard, take out a plate. 2. Take a tong and put some turkey meat on the plate. You can choose the white or dark meat of your desire. 3. Pour the gravy sauce on the top of the turkey. 4. On the side, you can have some potatoes. 5. Enjoy this plate of turkey with potatoes.
