Pan-fried hairtail fish

This frozen hairtail fish is very delicious, but it has a lot of small bones inside the fish. Some people might have a hard time eating and others may not. If you do not like eating fish that has a lot of bones inside, then this is not the kind of fish for you to eat.
There are many different ways of cooking the hairtail fish. I decided to pan-fry the hairtail fish to have a flavoured taste of fish.
To Marinating the hairtail fish will make the fish taste better. While cooking the hairtail fish, I cook each side until they are golden brown. Keep an eye on the fish so that it will not burn. Once it is done, place it on a plate and place it on the table.
This kind of fish has a lot of small bones inside. You need to be careful when eating the hairtail fish. If you have never eaten a hairtail fish, you can give it a try and see if you like it or not. When you know how to clean, marinate and steam. You can make any kind of fish. The red fish is one of my favourite fish. This is a very good fish to make. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Marinate the hairtail fish:
1. Take the frozen hairtail fish out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and take the frozen blue cod fillet out of the package.
3. Place it on the cutting board. Slowly separate the cod fillet apart and place it nicely apart on the cutting board.
4. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder, pour some light soya sauce and rub all over. Sprinkle some paprika and turmeric.
5. Put some flour and coated it everywhere on the hairtail fish.
6. Use a tong and flip the hairtail fish over and repeat the same steps.
7. When it is all marinated, set it aside.

Cooking the hairtail fish
1. In the cupboard, take out the non-stick frying pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Use a tong and put all the hairtail fish into the frying pan
(Note: If the hairltail fish does not have enough space to fit in the pan, Just cut it in half and place it in the pan.)
5. Let it cook by itself on one side for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown
6. Turn the hairtail fish over and cook it for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Sprinkle some parsley on the top of the hairtail fish.
8. If you feel the hairtail fish is well cooked that means it is ready. If it’s not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
9. Turn the heat off the frying pan and put all the blue cod fillet onto a plate and place it on the table.
10. Enjoy.

Homemade hambuger topped with spices and onions

This homemade hamburger steak is so simple to make. It does not take long to make, and you can have this hamburger steak in no time. I decided not to marinate the hamburger patty. I used a mold to make the hamburger patty shape. Easier and can make an even shape.
If you like, you can marinate the ground beef by putting 2 tablespoons of quick oats to make with the ground beef to have a better taste. After that, you can put garlic powder, soya sauce, and turmeric. At the end, I recommend putting in a lot of cornstarches and then mix. Then put a lot of flour and mix together. By putting flour in it, it will not have a tough texture when you pan-fried it.
I used a non-stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil. Pour in the onions and stir until they are well-done. Put 3-4 pieces of hamburger patty into the fry pan. Cook each side until they are golden brown at low heat. Keep an eye on the hamburger patty because they cook fast. Close it with a lid and cook even faster. When it is all cooked well done. Take a tong and place it all onto a plate and place it on the table. I decided to sprinkle some spices on top of the hamburger topped with some onion.
This hamburger steak is very delicious. You have these for lunch or dinner. You can have the hamburger steak in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. You can also have these with rice. You can choice the way you like to eat as your desire.
Kids and adults would love this chicken burger. Kids can also have fun creating their hamburger with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. Putting some vegetable on the side plate will make the plate look nicer. I really like this dish a lot. Try the recipe and enjoy.

Marinate ground beefs:
1. Take a clean bowl.
2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Ready made patty in the freezer:
1. When you buy a ground beef. Make each grown beef into a patty.
2. wrap them with a plastic wrapper and place it in the freezer. When you want to eat it, just take it out and
defrost it in the microwave.
3. When you want to eat Take as many frozen patty that you will eat out of the freezer.
2. Put it on to a plate and defrost it in the microwave.
(Note: Different microwave defrosting time can be different.)
3. When ready. Take it out and you are ready to pan-fried.

Cooking process:
Weather you marinate or just cook the patty like that, the cook process will still be the same
1. Take out a non stick pan
2. Turn on the non stick pan heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot. Put in a bit of oil.
4. Put in the onions and cook until they are ready.
5. Put in 3 pieces of hamburgers.
6. Cook each sides for 5 minutes with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster.)
6. When they are golden brown immediately sprinkle some flour to coat the meat, so it will not become tough.
7. When each hamburger steak is finish cooking, and it is all golden brown colour. That mean it is ready.
8. place the hamburger steak onto a plate.
9. Place it on the table.

Turkey burgers

This is a Turkey burgers very simple to make. Inside the turkey package, there are six pieces of turkey burger. The turkey burger brand is Belmont meats. I bought it from a store called Giant tiger, but you might be able to find the turkey burger at any supermarket. There are many kinds of different brands of turkey burger. At this store I chose the turkey burger brand Belmont meats.
When cooking the turkey burger, I decided to pan-fried two pieces of turkey burgers. When you make more, you can eat more to eat throughout the day or save it to have the next day.
To make this turkey burger, all you need to do is take a non-stick frying pan. Turn the heat to high to heat the pan, so it can be hot and heat faster. Put some oil. Turn the heat to medium. Put the frozen burgers on the frying pan. Remove the round parchment paper. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until it is well-done and it’s not frozen. To know if the burgers are cooked, use a cooking thermometer and insert it in the turkey meat. When the temperature is 74 celcius/165F and the juice needs to be run clear, that means it is ready. If it’s not, you need to cook a bit longer. Make sure not to overcook the turkey burger, or it will not taste good. When ready, place it onto a plate.
Kids and adults would love this turkey burgers. Using this turkey burgers, you can make a burger. Kids can also have fun creating their own turkey burgers with an adult’s help in putting the ingredients in for them. You can have this chicken burger for lunch or dinner. You can also have this turkey burger with rice and some vegetables as a side dish. It will taste very good. I really like this burgers a lot. Direction:
1. Take the turkey burgers from the freezer.
2. Open the package.
3. Use a knife and carefully separate the turkey burgers as many as you will need to make.
4. In the cupboard, take out a non-stick frying pan and place it on the stove.
5. Turn the heat to high.
6. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
7. Put two pieces of turkey burger into the frying pan and remove the round parchment paper.
8. Turn the heat to medium.
9. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until it’s well done and it’s not frozen.
10. Take a cooking thermometer and insert it into the turkey meat.
11. When the turkey meat reaches the temperature of 74 celcius/165F and the juice runs clear, that means
it is ready. If not, it needs to be cooked longer.
12. Once ready, turn off the heat and scoop it up onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Shrimp with garlic and onions

These stir-fried shrimps are simple to make. When making these shrimps, I use the mid-size shrimps. When buying shrimps from a supermarket. They come in different sizes and brands. I decided to use the mid-size shrimps.
Making these shrimps is fast and easy. All you need to do is take a package of shrimp from the freezer, open the package and take out as many pieces of shrimps you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the shrimp. Put some salt on the shrimp to clean the fresh smell out of the shrimp and rinse until you see no more bubble. Open the water and soak the shrimp in running water for 10-15 minutes. When there is no more not a fresh smell. You can start to use the shrimp.
I cook the shrimps because they cook fast. I decided not to remove the shells. If you like, you can remove the shells. When cooking the shrimp, you can put seasoning of your preference because some people might like it spicy and others might not. I put some dice of onions and blended garlic with the shrimps to pan-fried it. Pan-fried the shrimp on each side until they are well-done. Do not overcook the shrimp, or it will not taste good. Once done, place it onto a plate.
Kids and adults would love these pan fried shrimps. They are very delicious and easy to make. If you are allergic to shrimps, I will not recommend making this dish. You can have these shrimps with rice or noodles. It will make a good combination and taste so good. You can also add some of your favorite vegetables. Adding vegetables can have more stuff to eat in the rice or noodles. If you have never pan-fried shrimp. You can try making this dish. If you make a lot, you can have it throughout the day. Preparing the shrimp:
1. Take the package of shrimp out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and pour out as many shrimps as you need to cook on a strainer.
3. Rinse the shrimps.
4. Remove all the shells from the shrimps. (option
5. When all done. Rinse the shrimps.
6. If you smell a not fresh shrimp smell, put some salt and rinse until you see no more bubble.
7. Open some water and rinse in soak water for 10 minutes.
8. When you smell no more not fresh smell anymore, you can start to use the shrimp.

Preparing the onion and garlic:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a mid-size blender and blend the garlic.
6. Put it into a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the some blended garlic and onions into the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of shrimps into the large pan.
6. Stir 2-4 times.
(Note: Keep an eye on the shrimps because they cook fast.)
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and put some light soya sauce and stir to mix
8. Turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Let the shrimp sit on the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
10. Turn the shrimps over. Continue cooking until they are well done.
11. When the shrimps are well done. Turn the heat off.
12. Use a tong and put all the shrimps onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.
