Pan-Fried Blue Cod Fillet

This frozen blue cod fillet is very delicious and tasty. There are many different ways of cooking the blue cod fillet. I decided to pan-fry the blue cod fillet, to have a flavoured taste of fillet. Marinate the blue cod fillet
1. Take the frozen blue cod filet out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and take the frozen blue cod fillet out of the package.
3. Place it on the cutting board. Slowly separate the cod fillet apart and place it nicely apart on the cutting board.
4. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder, pour some light soya sauce and rub all over. Sprinkle some paprika and turmeric.
5. Put some flour and coated it everywhere on the cod fillet.
6. Use a tong and flip the cod fillet over and repeat the same steps.
7. When it is all marinated, set it aside.

Cooking the blue cod fillet
1. In the cupboard, take out the non-stick frying pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to medium-low
3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Use a tong and put all the blue cod fillet into the frying pan
(Note: If the blue cod fillet does not have enough space to fit in the pan, Just cut it in half and place it in the pan.)
5. Let it cook by itself on one side for 6-7 minutes.
6. Turn the blue cod fillet over and cook it for 6-7 minutes.
7. Sprinkle some parsley on the top of the blue cod fillet.
7. If you feel the blue cod fillet well cooked then, that means it is ready.
If it’s not, you need to cook it a bit longer.)
8. Turn the heat off the frying pan and put all the blue cod fillet onto a plate and place it on the table.
9. Enjoy.

Scramble eggs with round zucchini place around the egg.

This pan fried egg with stir-fried zucchini around the egg is very simple to make. Look at how beautiful and nice the dish came out. I decided to make something different in the dish by putting some zucchini around the bottom of the dish in 2-3 layers. Then place a fried egg on top. On the top, I put some zucchini around the egg. Preparing the zucchini:
1.Take 3 pieces of zucchini and rinse with water.
2. If you feel the zucchini are slippery, use a cloth and rub it under running water.
3. Place it on the zucchini on the cutting board and cut off the 2 end parts, cut it into round pieces..
4. Put it in a mixing bowl and set it aside.
(Note: slicing it into thin pieces will make it easier and faster cooking.)
5. Rinse the zucchini, pour the water into the sink and set it aside.

Preparing the eggs and onions:

1. In the fridge, take 4 eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2. Pour a bit of milk and beat the eggs using a teeth knife.)
(Note: Using a teeth knife will beat an egg better and evenly.)
3. Take an onion, peel the skins.
4. Place it on the cutting board. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.

Cooking process:
1.Take out 1 non-stick frying pan and a regular frying pan. Place them on the stove.
2.Turn on the non-stick frying pan to medium-low and the other fry pan to high heat.
3. When both pans are hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the egg mixture into the non-stick frying pan and turn to low heat.
5. Put the onions into the other pan and stir until done.
6. Take the bowl of zucchini and pour it into the frying pan. Stir a bit.
7. On the other non-stick pan, when one side of the egg is done.
8. Use a wooden cooking spatula and flip the egg over and let it cook until there is no more egg mixture in the pan and it is well-done.
9. While waiting. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of soya sauce and stir a bit.
10. Pour some water and let the zucchini cook by itself for a few minutes.
11. When the scrambled egg is done, turn off the heat and place it onto a plate and set it aside.
12. On the other frying pan, take a piece to taste to see if it is tender. Once it is tender, that means it is ready. If not, then it needs to be cooked longer.
13. Once it is ready, turn off the heat.

Making the plate of scrambled eggs with zucchini
1. Take a clean plate.
2. Use a tong, take zucchini from the frying pan and place it around the bottom plate 2-3 layers.
3. Place the scrambled eggs on top of the zucchini.
4. Take some more zucchini and place it around the top of the scrambled egg.
5. What is left un-used for zucchini for the plate decoration on the eggs can be put into a bowl and set on the table to eat as a sir fry zucchini dish.
6. Now you have an egg with zucchini around the eggs.

Soft tofu with eggs top with green onions

This pan-fried soft tofu with eggs is very delicious and simple to make. I decided to make something different with the tofu by pan-frying it with eggs. Look at how beautiful the colours came out with green onions on top. The soft round tofu and Hoisin sauce can be found at a Chinese supermarket.
All you need to do is cut the soft tofu package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handle and the other half two corners. Take it out from the package carefully into a plate. Slowly cut into round pieces. Slowly put it into the frying pan. Crack three eggs, spread the eggs into the pan and cook until there are no more egg yolks. When cooking, turn heat to low or it will burn fast if you leave it on high heat. Halfway through the cooking, lift the part of an egg and pour in the sauce mixture. Cook until the eggs and tofu are well-done.

Preparation:
1. In the fridge, take the soft tofu roll package. Cut the package in half where the line indicated. Cut the handling package and the other half of the 2 corners.

1. In the cupboard, take a non-stick frypan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium-low.
3. Put the sliced onions into the pan.
4. Stir the onions until they are ready,
5. Take the plate of soft round tofu and pour it into the pan. Let it cook for a few seconds.
6. Pour the egg mixture on top of the tofu.
7. Use a spatula and spread the egg mixture evenly all around the tofu.
8. Let it cook for a bit. Turn the heat to low.
9. Use a spatula and lift a part of the egg tofu, carefully pour all the sauce into the pan.
(Note: make sure it’s spread everywhere.)
10. Close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
11. Open the lid. Cook until the eggs are well-done without any egg liquid.
12. If there are still some eggs that are not well-done, then you need to cook it a bit longer.
13. When the tofu and egg are done cooking, turn off the heat.
14. Use a spatula and scrape the sides, so that you can remove from the pan easier.
15. When it is done. Carefully place the egg with the tofu onto a plate and set it on the table.
16. Enjoy.

Basa steak pangasius

This is a frozen basa steak pangasius, very easy to make. It does not take long. When you buy the frozen basa steak pangasius, you do not need to scrap the scales or clean. Most of the time is clean. To be sure, check to make sure the frozen basa steak is clean.
If it does not have a fresh smell on the basa steak, you will have to remove the skin. Marinate it with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, soy sauce and turmeric. For each sauce, toss the bowl to mix it. Pan fry each side until golden brown.
When it is pan-fried, it is very delicious and tastes so good. Some people might not like the frozen basa steak pangasius, but if you don’t try it, you will never know whether you like it or not.

Preparation:
1. In the freezer, take out the basa steak pangasius
2. Take the package of basa steak pangasius and put it in a bowl of warm water, soak the frozen package into the mixing bowl, to unfrozen it for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Put on a pair of dishwasher gloves.
4. Take the package of basa steak pangasius out of the mixing bowl. Open the package, put all the basa steak pangasius into a mixing bowl.
5. Remove any dirty stuff inside the basa steak pangasius and rinse it.
(Note: make sure it is clean without any dirty stuff.)
6. If you smell any, not fresh, you can rinse the basa steak with hot water for a bit. Then remove the skins. (If there is no unfresh smell, you can skip this step).
7. Rinse the basa steak pangasius, put it into a mixing bowl and set it aside.

Marinate the basa steak pangasius:
1. Take the mixing bowl of steak pangasius.
2. Sprinkle some salt, a lot of garlic powder. Toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
3. Sprinkle a bit of the ginger powder and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
4. Sprinkle some turmeric and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
5. Put in some soya sauce and toss the mixing bowl to mix well.
(Note: tossing the mixing bowl to mix so that you do not need to use any utensils.
6. When the basa steak pangasius is all mixed, set it aside.

Cooking process:
1.In the cupboard, take out a non-stick frying pan. Place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium-low
3. When the frying pan is hot, put in some oil.
4. Take a tong and place all the basa steak pangasius into the frying pan.
5. Close the lid and let it cook itself for a few minutes or until it is golden brown.
6. Open the lid. Take a tong and check on the basa pangasius if it is golden brown. Once it is golden brown, take a tong and flip it to the other side. If it’s not, you need to cook it a bit longer.
7. Repeat the same step on the other side.
8. Take a knife and insert each basa steak to make sure it is not frozen.
9. If it is frozen you need to turn it on each side to cook until it is not frozen.
(Note: if you already know it is not frozen and you have already removed the skins you can skip this step.)
10. When it is ready, put some light soya sauce, take a tong, put all the basa steak pangasius onto a plate and place it onto a table.
11. Enjoy.



French toast

This breakfast meal everyone can make in the morning in a simple and fast way. When you have left over bread at home that has not been used, you can make French toast with it. It does not take long. When eating the French toast, it’s very delicious
I really like this French toast a lot. French toast is dipped in an egg mixture and pan fried until it is golden brown on both sides on low heat. If you like, you can cut off the bread crust to make it look nice.
Kids and adults would love this breakfast French toast. You can put some butter, syrup, or jam on top with some fruits. Whatever you choose as your desire. Direction:
Beating the eggs:
1. Take a clean bowl or a round plate that can beat the eggs.
2. Take out 2-3 eggs. Depending on how many people are eating.
3. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl or a round plate.
4. Beat the eggs, using a teeth knife because it will beat evenly.
5. Put some milk (opitional)
6. If you put milk, continue beating until everything is mix well
7. Set it aside.

Dipping the bread:
1. Take out a bread
2. Cut off the bread crust.
3. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
5. Make sure the bread is dip evenly all around the bread.
(Note: Do not soak too long into the egg mixture or else it will become soggy.)

Cooking process:

1.In the cupboard take out a fry pan.
(Note: you can take out the fry fan a head of time.)
2. Put it on the stove. turn the heat to
medium low.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Place the french toast in the fry pan.
5. Immediately turn the heat to low.
6. Cook both sides until they are golden brown
(Note: You will need to keep an eye on the french toast because it cooks fast or else it will get burn.)
7. Once it is done. place it on the plate and top with butter, syrup or jam.

Ready made pan fried Vegetable and chicken dumplings

These vegetable and chicken dumplings are so simple to make. When frying on the pan does not take long and you can have these dumplings in no time. I like eating dumplings and they are so good. Look at how nice it came out after frying from the pan. You can find the Chinese vegetable and chicken dumplings at a Chinese supermarket or any supermarket that would sell Chinese vegetable chicken dumplings. At the bottom, I have the steps on how to fry pan these dumplings.
Kids and adults would love these dumplings a lot. When eating these dumplings you can dip the sauce in Chinese vinegar, soya sauce or chilli sauce whichever you choose as your desire. Direction:
1. Take out a non stick fry pan and put it on the stove.
2. In the freezer take out the package of vegetable and chicken dumplings
3. Turn on the heat to low medium.
4. When the pan is hot, put in some oil.
5. Use a tong and take out as many dumplings that you will eat and place it on the fry fan.
6. Separate them apart and let it cook for a few seconds.
7. Add some water and close the lid.
8. Wait until the water is boiling and all the water are dry up.
9. Open the lid.
10. Move the pan a few times, so the dumplings will not stick on the pan.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
(Note: You need to keep an eye on the dumplings or else it will get burn.)
11. When it’s all done. Turn off the heat and put all the dumplings on the plate
one by one.
12. If you see some on the bottom or not golden brown, you can place it back on the fry pan and
cook for a few seconds. When you see golden brown it is ready.
13. When all is place on the plate and set it on the table.

The first and second dish is the same. The only slight different is one is pan fried tofu. The second one is coated with breadcrumbs and it’s more taster. It does not take long to pan fried them. You just need to cook them, until both sides are golden brown. I really like these 2 dishes. They taste really good.
You can have them for lunch or dinner. The best combination that goes well with these dishes would be rice or noodles. Which every choice of your desire.   1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
  2. Open package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.
  3. Raise all the tofu and put it on the cutting board.
  4. Cut the tofu’s in to square pieces and separate them apart
  5. Marinate both sides with paprika, soya sauce, garlic powder and some flour.
  6. Take the fry pan out of the cupboard and put it on the stove.
  7. Turn on low heat.
  8. Put some oil on the pan.
  9. When the pan is hot, put all the pieces of tofu in the pan
  10. Fry the tofu for 8 minutes or until you see golden brown.
  11. Repeat the same steps for the other side of the tofu
  12. When the Tofu is ready place it on the plate and put it on the table.

Pan Fried Tofu with breadcrumbs dish #2

  1. Take 1 pack of Tofu out of the fridge.
  2. Open package and drain all the water from the package in the sink.
  3. Raise all the tofu’s and put on the cutting board.
  4. Cut the tofu’s in to square pieces and separate them apart
  5. Marinate both sides with paprika, soya sauce, garlic powder and some flour.
  6. Take out some bread crumbs over the flour and mix.
  7. Take the fry pan out of the cupboard and put it on the stove.
  8. Turn on low heat.
  9. When the pan is hot put some oil on the pan.
  10. Put one tofu at a time directly into the breadcrumbs and coat it everywhere. Then put it
    directly into the fry pan.
  11. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the tofu.
  12. Fried the tofu for 8 minutes until you see golden brown.
  13. Repeat the same steps for the other side of the tofu
  14. When the Tofu is ready place it on the plate and put it on the table.
  15. Enjoy!!!!

Pork chops with top scallions

These pork chops are very delicious and easy to make. It does not take along and you can have these pork chops in no time. When pan frying the pork chops they cook ready fast on each sides. Don’t forget to keep an eye on them because if you cook them to long it will become tough. At the bottom I have the recipe how to marinate and pan fry them.
This is a perfect combination dish that goes well with noddles or rice. Which every choice of your desire. You can have this for lunch or dinner and if you do not finish it, you can put it in the fridge and eat them the next day. Kids and adults would love this dish a lot. Preparation:
1. Take a package of pork chops
2. Open the package take as much pork chops as need.
3. Raise pork chops
5. Separate the pork chops on a cutting board or a plate. Marinate both sides with some garlic powder, soya sauce, and cornstarch
(Note: Make sure all the cornstarch is coated everywhere on the pork chops.)
6. Peel the onion skin. Cut it in half and place it on the side and cut into pieces

Cooking process
1. Take a fry pan out of the cupboard and place it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to high.
3. When the pan is hot, add in some oil.
4. Put in the onions and stir the onions until it is almost done.
5. Turn the heat to medium
6. Use a tong and put the pork chops into a pan.
7. Close the lid and cook one side for 5 minutes.
8. Open the lid and take a tong and turn the pork chops over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes.
(Note: If you cook the pork chops to long it will be tough.)
9. Make sure there are no pink or blood coming out.
10. When the pork chops are all done cooking
11. Take a tong and place it all nicely onto a plate.
12. Cut some scallions and sprinkle on the top.
13. Enjoy.

Hamburger Steak

These homemade hamburger steak are so simple to make. It does not take long to make and you can have these hamburger steak in no time. When I marinate the ground beef I decide to put in 2 tablespoons of quick oats, to have a good taste After you can put garlic powder, soya sauce, and turmeric to it. At the end I recommend putting in the a lot cornstarch and then mix. Then put a lot flour and mix together.
Make each ground beef into a balls. I use a non stick pan. Place it on the stove. Turn on the heat high. Put some oil and put 4-5 pieces of hamburger patty depending on the size you can making. Use a cooking spatula and flatten the patty and cook for 5 mintues on each side with the lid close. when all ready place it on the plate.
These hamburger steak are very delicious. You have these for lunch or dinner. You can the hamburger steak in a hamburger bun and make it as a hamburger with some salad and fries on the side. You can also have these with rice. It will be so good. What ever way you like to eat it , it is your choice of your desire.

2. in the package take as much ground beef as you need in the bowl.
3. Add in 2 tablespoon of quick oats. Use a wooden or a fork spatula and mix well together.
4. A lot of garlic powder, a bit of salt, soya sauce and turmeric. Mix well together.
5. Put in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl.
6. Put in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any
more flour.
7. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
8. Take an onion. Peel the onion skin. Place it on the cutting board. Cut in half. Cut into pieces and dice into small pieces.
9. Take out a pan from the cupboard and place it on the stove.
10. Turn the heat to high.
11.when the pan is hot, put some oil.
12. Put all the onions and stir for a few minutes, until it is ready.
13. When the onions are ready, turn off the heat.
13. Take a mid size bowl and put all the cook onions.
14. wait for the onions in the bowl to cool down.
15. When the bowl of onions are cool down, put all the onions in the bowl of marinated ground beef.
16. Mix all together very well.
17. when it is all mix together, set is aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the bowl separate all the ground beef and roll into a ball. You can make any size of your desire.
1. Take out a non stick pan
2. Turn on the non stick pan heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot. Put in a bit of oil.
4. Put in 4-5 pieces of balls. Press each ground beef balls flat into a hamburger patty.
5. Cook each sides for 5 minutes with the lid close.
(Note: Closing the lid will cook faster.)
6. When each hamburger steak is finish cooking, place it on a plate.
7. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the hamburger steak.
8. When all is done. Place it on the table.
