Shrimp with garlic and onions

These stir-fried shrimps are simple to make. When making these shrimps, I use the mid-size shrimps. When buying shrimps from a supermarket. They come in different sizes and brands. I decided to use the mid-size shrimps.
Making these shrimps is fast and easy. All you need to do is take a package of shrimp from the freezer, open the package and take out as many pieces of shrimps you will eat and put it in the strainer. Rinse the shrimp. Put some salt on the shrimp to clean the fresh smell out of the shrimp and rinse until you see no more bubble. Open the water and soak the shrimp in running water for 10-15 minutes. When there is no more not a fresh smell. You can start to use the shrimp.
I cook the shrimps because they cook fast. I decided not to remove the shells. If you like, you can remove the shells. When cooking the shrimp, you can put seasoning of your preference because some people might like it spicy and others might not. I put some dice of onions and blended garlic with the shrimps to pan-fried it. Pan-fried the shrimp on each side until they are well-done. Do not overcook the shrimp, or it will not taste good. Once done, place it onto a plate.
Kids and adults would love these pan fried shrimps. They are very delicious and easy to make. If you are allergic to shrimps, I will not recommend making this dish. You can have these shrimps with rice or noodles. It will make a good combination and taste so good. You can also add some of your favorite vegetables. Adding vegetables can have more stuff to eat in the rice or noodles. If you have never pan-fried shrimp. You can try making this dish. If you make a lot, you can have it throughout the day. It is a good choice of a dish to make. If you are not allergic to shrimp, try the recipe and enjoy.


Preparing the shrimp:
1. Take the package of shrimp out of the freezer.
2. Open the package and pour out as many shrimps as you need to cook on a strainer.

6. If you smell a not fresh shrimp smell, put some salt and rinse until you see no more bubble.
7. Open some water and rinse in soak water for 10 minutes.
8. When you smell no more not fresh smell anymore, you can start to use the shrimp.

Preparing the onion and garlic:
1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins.
2. Place it on the cutting board.
3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices.
4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside.
5. Take a mid-size blender and blend the garlic.
6. Put it into a bowl and set it aside.

Cooking process:
1. In the cupboard, take a non-pan and place it on the stove.
2. Turn the heat to high.
3. When the heat is hot, put in some oil.
4. Put the some blended garlic and onions into the large pan and stir until done.
5. Pour the bowl of shrimps into the large pan.
6. Stir 2-4 times.
(Note: Keep an eye on the shrimps because they cook fast.)
7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and put some light soya sauce and stir to mix
8. Turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Let the shrimp sit on the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
10. Turn the shrimps over. Continue cooking until they are well done.
11. When the shrimps are well done. Turn the heat off.
12. Use a tong and put all the shrimps onto a plate and place it on the table.
13. Enjoy.

Mushroom with shrimp and onions


A stir-fried mushroom with shrimps looks so good after being cooked in a large pan. I decided to separate the mushroom and shrimps to cook them. Each cooking time is different. I use small shrimps that have shells on them. Before cooking, I removed the shrimp shells. Rinse the shrimps from the strainer.
First, I cook the mushrooms in a large pan. When cooking the mushrooms, I put some salt, garlic powder and a bit of light soya sauce to have more flavour to the taste. When you see water at the bottom of the pan starting to boil, sprinkle some flour and stir. Continue putting the flour and stir until the mushrooms are cooked. When mushrooms are cooked. Pour the mushroom onto a plate and set it aside.
I reuse the same pan to cook the shrimps. They cook fast. I just stir and stir. I added some salt, garlic powder and a bit of light soya sauce to have a better taste. When the shrimps are ready, Turn the heat off. I pour the shrimps into the plate of mushroom and mix it. Look at how colourful the mushroom and shrimp came out of the large pan.
Kids and adults would like this dish a lot. The mushroom with shrimps and onions makes a good combination dish. You can have this stir-fried mushroom with shrimps with rice. The mushroom with shrimps can be mixed with the rice. It is delicious, and I like it a lot. If you are allergic to shrimp, I recommend not putting any. Just make a stir-fried mushroom. If you cannot finish, you can put it in the fridge and have it the next day. Once you eat this dish, it will taste so good that it will make you want some more.

4. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the mushrooms

6. Take mushrooms, place them on the cutting board, and cut them in half.
7. Take the half mushroom, cut the mushroom from the middle apart and place it in a clean bowl.
Repeat the same steps for the rest of the mushrooms.
8. When all the mushrooms are done cutting and put in the bowl. Set it aside.

6. Stir 2-4 times.

9. When the shrimps are well done. Turn the heat off.
10. Pour the shrimps into the plate of mushrooms.
11. Use a spoon and mix the shrimps and mushrooms together.
12. Now you have a plate of mushrooms with shrimps

Shrimp with scramble eggs

This shrimp with scramble eggs is so simple to make. I decide to use the shrimps without the shells. If I use the one with shells, I would have to clean the dirty stuff out. If you are allgery seafood like shrimp, I would recommend you not making it.
  All you need to do first cook the onions till it is almost cook. Then add in the shrimp and cook until they are done. Remember to add in garlic powder, salt, soya sauce and a lot of flour to coat the shrimps. When shrimps are ready add in the egg mixture cook each side, until it has no more egg yolks.
  When you have no idea what to make that day to eat, if you have shrimp and eggs in the fridge. You can make this dish.
  The best combination that goes well with this dish would be rice or noodles. Once you eat it, it will make you so hungry, that you want to have some more.

Direction:

Preparation:
1. Take bag of no shell shrimps. Take as many pieces that you will eat and put it in a strainer and rinse it.
(Note: If you take the shrimps with the shell, you will have to take out the dirty stuff out of the shrimp)
2. Transfer to a clean mixing bowl. Add some salt and mix well.
3. Take another clean bowl and crack 6 eggs, Use a knife with a teeth and beat the eggs.
(Note: Using a teeth knife will beat the eggs really well without any unbeaten white eggs and yolks.)
4. Add in some milk, and soya sauce and mix all well together.
5. Once it is all mix well together. set aside.
6. Peel onion skin. Wash the onions. Place it on the cutting board and cut it in half and dice the onions into
pieces.

Cooking process:
1. Take a non stick pan and put it on the stove.
2. Turn on the heat to medium low.
3. When the pan is hot, add in some oil.
4. Put in the onions and stir, until it is almost done.
5. Put in the shrimps and stir.
6. Add in some salt, garlic powder, soya sauce, fish sauce and a lot of flour. Stir the shrimps a few times.
7. Close the lid, and let it cook for a bit, until it is ready.
8. Pour in the egg mixture. Turn on the heat to low.
9. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes
10. Flip the egg on the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10. When the shrimp with scramble eggs are done, turn off the heat.
12. Put it on the place and set on the table.
13. Enjoy this wonder shrimp with scramble eggs.
