A stir-fried spinach, when it is put into a large pan, you can hear the sizzling sound. It smells so good. It makes you feel hungry. I put some onions and ginger to stir-fry the spinach. This spinach was bought at a Chinese supermarket, but you can find spinach at any supermarket. When washing spinach, I separate the end part and the leaves. I separate washing them 4-5 times to ensure proper clean without any dirt. When the water is clear, it means that the spinach is clean. When cooking the spinach, they cook ready fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes. Putting seasoning is your preference. I decided to put a bit of water to cook the spinach. Keep an eye on the spinach. They will cook fast because they are already texture and soft. If you overcook the spinach, it will not be a very green colour. Kids and adults would like this stir-fried spinach. It is very healthy and good for the eyes. The colour of this dish came out very nice. It tastes very delicious, and I like it a lot. You can have this for lunch or dinner. Washing the spinach: 1. Take the bag of spinach out of the fridge. 2. Remove spinach from the bag. 3. Place the spinach onto a cutting board. 4. Cut all the spinach end part. 5. Take 2 mixing bowls and separate the leaves and the end parts. 6. Wash all the end parts. When each part Is washed, put it onto a strainer. IF you see dirty stuff in the bowl of water, throw it outside. 7. Wash 4-5 times or until you see no more dirty stuff in the water, that is when you know it is very clean. 8. Take the bowl of leaves and shake it in the water and rinse it over tap water. 9. Wash it 4-5 times until the water has no more dirty stuff, and it is clear. That is how you know it is clean. 10. When it is all cleaned. Set it aside.
Preparing the onion and ginger: 1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife and peel the skins. 2. Place it on the cutting board. 3. Cut it in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices and cut some onions into dice pieces. 4. Put the onions in a bowl and set them aside. 5. Take a ginger. Use a spoon and peel the skin. 6. Place the ginger on a cutting board. 7. Cut the ginger into pieces and place it in a bowl and set it aside.
Cooking process: 1. In the cupboard, take a large pan and put it on the stove. 2. Turn the heat to high. 3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil. 4. Put the onions and ginger and stir until done. 5. Put the bowl of spinach into the large pan 6. Pour a bit of water. 7. Put in some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soya sauce. 8. Stir to mix 9. Keep an eye on the spinach because they cook really fast. It takes about 2-3 minutes 10. When the water starts boiling, turn off the heat immediately. (Note: Do not cook too long or it will not be taste good.) 12. Pour the spinach onto a plate immediately. 13. Place the plate of spinach onto the table. 14. Enjoy.
This spinach with scrambled eggs is very simple to make. I decided to use frozen spinach to mix in with the egg mixture. You can also make it into an omelette, But I break the eggs into pieces and made it into a stir-fried dish instead. Preparation of the spinach: 1. In the freezer, take out the package of frozen spinach. 2. In the package, take as much spinach as needed to cook and place it onto a strainer. 3. Close the package of spinach and place it back into the freezer. 4. Rinse the spinach and put it over a bowl so the water will not drip everywhere. Then set it aside.
Preparing the eggs: 1. Take 4 eggs out of the fridge. 2. Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl. 3. Pour a bit of milk to make the eggs smoother. 4. Beat the eggs using a teeth knife and mix well. (Note: using a teeth knife can beat the eggs evenly.) 5. When all mixed, set the bowl of egg mixture aside.
Preparing the onions and gingers 1. In the bag, take an onion. Use a knife peeler and peel the onion skin. 2. Place it on the cutting board. 3. Cut the onion in half. Place it on the side and cut it into slices. Then cut it into small pieces. 4. In a bag, take ginger. 5. Place it on a cutting board. Use a knife peeler and peel the skins 6. Cut the ginger into sliced pieces and set it aside.
Cooking process: 1. Take a non-stick frying pan out of the cupboard, and place it on the stove. 2. Turn the heat to medium-low. 3. When the pan is hot, put in some oil. 4. Put in the onion and ginger and stir until done. 5. Take the frozen spinach strainer and put the spinach into the frying pan. Close the lid and let it cook by itself until the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying-pan. 6. Open the lid. Once the spinach is no longer frozen in the frying pan, stir the spinach. 7. Sprinkle some salt, garlic powder and pour a bit of light soy sauce. Stir to mix. 8. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and turn the heat to low. 9. Close the lid and let it cook for a bit. 10. Open the lid and when you see no more egg mixture liquid, stir the scramble eggs and the spinach together. (Note: keep an eye on the eggs because they cook fast. Make sure they do not get burn.) 11. Let the egg and spinach cook by themselves until it is well-done. 12. Once done, turn off the heat. Scoop up all the egg and spinach into a plate and place it on the table. 13. Enjoy.

Put as much spinach that you will eat on to a strainer. 6. Rinse the frozen spinach. Place the strainer of spinach over a bowl. so that the water will not drip everywhere. Marinate the ground beef: 1. In the cupboard take out a clean bowl. 2. Take the ground beef out of the package, the amount you need to eat. 3. Put the ground beef in the bowl. Use a fork and separate the ground beef apart. 4, Marinate garlic powder, soya sauce, and mix together using a wooden spoon or a tong. 5. Add in some cornstarch. Mix it together, until you do not see any cornstarch in the bowl. 6. Add in some flour and make sure it is coated everywhere. Mix together, until you do not see any more flour. 6. When everything is all mix up. Set it aside.
Cooking process: 1. Take out a non stick pan and a pan and put it on the stove. 2. Turn on the non stick pan heat to medium low 3. When the pan is hot, put in the ground beef. 4. Use a wooden cooking spatula and spread out the ground beef flat. 5. Let the ground beef sit on the fry pan and cook for a few minutes (note: keep an eye on the ground beef because it can cook up fast. 6. when one side is ready, turn it over and let it sit on the fry pan and cook for a few minutes. 7. While waiting. On the other pan turn the heat to high. 8. When the heat is hot, put some oil. 9. Put in the chop onions and garlic together and stir until it is almost ready. 10. Pour in the frozen spinach into the pan and stir. 11. Add in salt, soya sauce, garlic powder, turmeric and fish sauce mix together. 12. On the non stick pan when the ground beef is ready, turn off heat. 13. On the other pan put some water and close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes. 14. At the mean time, use a wooden cooking spatula and cut the ground beef into pieces. 15. When you see the other pan is boiling up, open the lid, put in the ground beef with the frozen spinach and stir a few times. 16. Close the lid and let it cook itself for a few minutes. Open the lid and taste a pieces and see if it is salty or need to be cook a bit longer. 17. Once you feel it is ready, take a place and scoop up the frozen spinach with ground beefs and onions and place it on the table 18. enjoy.
